The Bakuchiol ingredient seems to be the reason why when I apply it at night and look at my face in the morning, my complexion appears noticeably brighter and clearer.

This was a sample (30ml), not the full product I purchased. I would have been sad if I had paid for the full product.

This product created pimples on my clear forehead. I used pimple patches to calm them down, and when they got better, I used the product again. But then the pimples came back just like before. I couldn't believe it, so I tested it again out of curiosity. And sure enough, the same thing happened. I have somewhat sensitive skin. Products that don't suit me usually cause itching or irritation right away. But this product didn't have that reaction, so I kept testing it, which was a waste of time. Silly me. This is a photo I took today (23.08.16). There were even more pimples on some days before this. I had pimple patches on during the day and they had almost calmed down, but then I applied the product again in the evening and this is how they looked the next day.

If you consider the first night you applied it as day 1, on day 2 in the morning there were no issues. The product was chosen because using retinol can be tricky and difficult. After applying and sleeping, my skin feels smooth and soft the next day.
