  Pros

  It removes makeup so well! I was getting tired of just using oil cleansers, so I decided to give this a try. It feels more refreshing than oil, which is nice.

  There wasn't anything I disliked about it. The scent was fresh and pleasant. I think I'd feel more at ease using it if there was a larger size available.

  As someone with super sensitive skin, I often find that cleansing tissues and waters can leave my skin feeling irritated and tingling. That's why I prefer cleansing oils or balms. While oils can be tricky to control and tend to spill, this balm is easy to portion out and absorbs beautifully into the skin. I'm really satisfied with it! I can even use it to remove eye makeup, including eyeliner, mascara, and brow mascara, without needing a separate lip and eye remover. What's more, there's a subtle, pleasant scent while cleansing - I'm not sure if it's rapeseed flower, but it's really lovely and adds to the experience.

  Cons

  As someone with sensitive skin, I'm using this product without any blemishes or irritation, which is great. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the amount of product is a bit small.

  The texture is so smooth, it glides on my face without any irritation. I've been using this product for about 6 months now. My skin type is acne-prone, combination dehydrated, and super sensitive, but I've been able to use this without any blemishes and it keeps my skin nicely hydrated. Being a balm type, I use a spatula to scoop it out, which makes it more hygienic. For a cleansing product, I think cleansing effectiveness is the most important factor, and I'd rate this product's cleansing power at least 8 out of 10. I usually wear sunscreen, foundation, and tint, and this removes them well. + I'd recommend this cleansing balm to anyone looking for a non-irritating option that leaves your skin feeling moisturized without any deep dryness after cleansing.

  Cons

  1. It runs out faster than expected... I wish it came in a larger size. 2. It doesn't seem to remove waterproof or heavy makeup very well. 3. Even after rinsing with lukewarm water, there's a slight feeling of oily residue left behind. So I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin types. Personally, I follow up with a second cleanse using a low pH foam cleanser.

  Pros

  This was my first time trying a cleansing balm. I've only used oils before, but this was better than I expected. Unlike oil, it doesn't run down your face, and it emulsifies well. It's also effective at removing makeup.

  I always regret opening too many at once. The amount is quite small.
