I always used it on my baby's face and body, and it was consistently gentle and non-irritating, making it a product I could apply with peace of mind. As my children grew older, I had forgotten about Atopam for a while. Recently, I was struggling with sudden acne breakouts on my face, and other cosmetics were causing irritation, redness, and a burning sensation. Fortunately, I had the chance to try Atopam emulsion through The Hwahae Testers. After about three days of use, it seems this was exactly what my skin needed! My skin has calmed down significantly! As expected, Atopam is gentle and absorbs well into the skin. This product seems suitable for both dry and super sensitive skin. In my case, I'm prone to blemishes, so I need to be careful about which cosmetics I use. This product absorbs well and caused no irritation whatsoever. I especially recommend it for those with sensitive skin!
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing about it. The scent is barely noticeable when applied and quickly dissipates, making it essentially fragrance-free. (Personally, I don't mind the slight scent before it fades, but for those who dislike any fragrance at all, it's worth noting.)

But I've noticed that even kids can have different reactions to creams depending on their skin. Since it didn't work for them, I took it and tried it as a body emulsion for my arms and legs. I must say, it's gentle enough for all ages, including infants and children. The hydration is great and absorbs well!
ConsThe scent wasn't really to my liking. It has a grassy smell that I'm not fond of. I wish it was fragrance-free. Still, the scent does fade away, so I continued using it. It's not bad overall.

It's barely there, like a faint herbal aroma. The texture is just right - not too thick, not too runny. My child loves applying it, saying it feels soft and moisturizing. With dry and sensitive skin that often gets itchy, this product seems great for soothing and hydrating! It absorbs quickly too, which is perfect for dressing kids right after application. The long shelf life is a big plus - I'm very satisfied!
ConsIf I had to point out a downside, it might be the lack of fragrance for those who prefer scented products. For me, though, the minimal scent is actually a benefit!
TipI applied it all over my child after their shower, from face to body. The absorbs well, so a few pumps quickly cover the whole body.

I started using Atopalm MLE Emulsion cautiously at first. After using it for over a week, here's my review: 1. After applying, despite my skin being dehydrated, there's no feeling of tightness. 2. Once it absorbs, there's no unpleasant residue, which is great. 3. After sleeping with it on my face, my skin felt wonderfully soft the next morning. 4. I even applied it on my 27-month-old baby after a shower, and it was perfect! In conclusion, it provides excellent hydration and moisture while absorbing well. I'm 100% sure I'll repurchase this once I finish the current bottle.
ConsThe scent isn't like baby powder or floral. After application, the fragrance dissipates, making it close to unscented. I wouldn't really consider this a downside.
TipThe whole family can use this one bottle, so there's no reason not to use it.

My little one seems to have inherited my dry skin, so I've been applying emulsion to their hands, legs, and feet after every bath. Naturally, I prefer products that provide hydration and moisture. The texture is slightly rich, which initially made me hesitate, but once absorbed, it doesn't feel sticky and leaves a nice hydrated feeling. The best part is that the ingredients are so good, I can use it on both myself and my baby. The pump bottle makes it convenient to use too! I tried it on myself before using it on my baby, and I've noticed significant improvement in my stretch marks and dry, itchy areas. While I usually prefer unscented products over fragranced ones, this does have a slight artificial scent, but it dissipates quickly. It's so convenient to have a functional emulsion that addresses both dryness and itchiness, eliminating the need to apply separate ointments and body emulsions when my skin is dry.
ConsThe absorption is slightly on the slower side. You need to massage it in well for it to absorb completely. I didn't mind this though, as I just thought of it as giving myself a massage. While it's supposed to be unscented, there is a slight artificial fragrance, but it doesn't linger for long.
TipI've found that firmly pressing down on the pump when dispensing seems to reduce the likelihood of the product coming out in clumps.

ConsThe scent is slightly bothersome, but it doesn't linger long so it's tolerable

The Atopalm MLE Emulsion is already quite famous, isn't it? I used this product a lot when my first and second babies were little. I personally preferred the cream, which has a more moisturizing and rich texture than the emulsion. But has it been upgraded after all these years? The emulsion seems to have changed to a more elastic feel! If the original emulsion was a bit less hydrating, this new one is slightly lighter than the cream but still sufficiently elastic and moisturizing. The finish is so fresh that I think it would be great for adults to use too! It feels like the surface is soft and fresh, while the inside is deeply hydrated? I think adults could use this without any concerns.
ConsI remember the original scent being more unscented, closer to a chrysanthemum fragrance, but this time it has a slight cinnamon scent? The scent dissipates quickly though, so it's not too bothersome.
TipThis product is suitable for everyone from infants to adults, and I've been using it since my babies were newborns! I raised my first and second children with this gentle MLE formula without any blemishes. I applied it to my children and also used it on my elbows and dry legs from time to time. When my third child is born next year, I'll make sure to prepare with MLE again!

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsIt absorbs well without feeling sticky or sitting on top of the skin. After application, it feels incredibly moisturizing without being greasy or oily. Despite being an emulsion, it seems to have the hydrating power of a cream. It has a herbal scent.
ConsPersonally, I would recommend it as I don't have any reasons not to. However, it does have a strong herbal scent. I didn't mind it, but this might be a point of contention for some. Although the scent is quite noticeable when applying, it doesn't linger for long. Still, the perception of this may vary from person to person.
TipWhile it's a body emulsion, I've been using it on my face too. Interestingly, it provides enough hydration for particularly dry areas of the body, yet it's light enough for facial use. Usually, products this moisturizing tend to be too rich and cause blemishes when used on the face, but this one absorbs quickly and feels very lightweight.

I usually just apply a hydrating emulsion. One morning when I was in a rush, I quickly slathered it on my face and was surprised to find no deep dryness or stickiness at all! I also liked that it wasn't too sticky when applied to the body, and it worked well on my face too. While it feels a bit richer than a regular emulsion, it's not too heavy for me. If you have dry skin and find multiple skincare steps tedious, a small amount on your face should work fine! This is definitely a time-saver for busy morning routines!
ConsI didn't find much else inconvenient, but the scent was a bit medicinal, if I had to describe it. It wasn't quite unscented, which was a bit off-putting. The fragrance doesn't linger for long, but it's not particularly pleasant when applying!
TipIf you have dry skin, I recommend applying a small amount to your face as part of your skincare routine! I don't wear heavy makeup, but I noticed no pilling and it kept my skin hydrated for hours!

Absorption: Initially sits on the surface a bit, but absorbs completely after a few gentle rubs. Finish: Non-sticky and quickly disappears into the skin! Highly recommended for those who dislike sticky textures. Irritation: Absolutely zero irritation, leaving skin feeling soothed. Plus, with continued use, I noticed ingrown hairs becoming less noticeable, similar to using an ingrown hair treatment!
ConsScent: It's not unscented... There's a slight medicinal aroma, but it dissipates quickly.
TipRather than applying it all over, given its price point, it's perfect for targeting areas prone to ingrown hairs like calves, upper arms, and inner thighs!
