It's an excellent product not just for the face, but for body care too!
ConsIf you apply too much on your face at once, it might feel a bit heavy on the skin. I recommend applying thin layers multiple times instead!

This moisturizing cream uses MLE technology to strengthen the skin barrier, making it especially suited for dry and sensitive skin types. Despite its rich texture, it melts gently into the skin, forming a moisture barrier that can deeply hydrate even the most parched complexions. One of its strengths is that it's nearly fragrance-free and gentle enough for the whole family to use, from children to adults. It feels a bit more rich than watery, making it perfect for extremely dry skin during fall and winter. Star Review: Pros: ✅ Excellent hydration with MLE skin barrier technology ✅ Fragrance-free, low-irritation formula suitable for sensitive skin ✅ Rich yet adherent texture for long-lasting moisture ✅ Suitable for the whole family, from children to adults Cons: ⚠️ May be a bit heavy for oily skin types ⚠️ Not the most lightweight option, might feel heavy in summer ⚠️ Takes a bit of time to fully absorb Atopalm MLE Cream is optimized for extremely dry and sensitive skin types that need barrier care and intense hydration. However, due to its rich feel, those with oily skin might want to use it sparingly!
ConsDrawbacks: While it offers excellent hydration, its rich texture might feel heavy on oily skin types. It could feel a bit suffocating, especially in summer, so it might not suit those who prefer lightweight moisturizers. Also, its initial thick consistency means it takes a little time to fully absorb into the skin.
TipPro Tips: In winter, mix it with your hydrating serum for a non-sticky, deeply moisturizing finish! For a damaged skin barrier, apply generously at night as a sleeping pack for enhanced effects! Works great as a hand and foot cream to prevent cracking in winter!

It's so dense that if you put some on your finger and turn your hand upside down, it won't budge. ✨Scent: While it's marketed as fragrance-free, there's a subtle scent reminiscent of woody notes or ointment. It shouldn't bother anyone unless you're extremely sensitive to smells. ✨Pros: The cream absorbs well, allowing you to spread a small amount over a large area. Unlike some very thick creams that are hard to spread, this one glides on smoothly.
ConsTo get an accurate feel, I used only the skin toner and this cream. While creams can be sticky by nature, this one has minimal stickiness. It's not completely non-sticky, but it did feel slightly heavy on my skin.

It doesn't feel like it's just sitting on top of the skin with excess oil, but rather gives a sense of hydration. After application, it feels like it creates a moisturizing barrier. This would be great for winter. The scent is also pleasant - not off-putting (it seemed like a cica or calendula fragrance?) and not too strong, which I appreciated.
ConsGiven that it creates a moisturizing barrier, it might feel a bit heavy during summer. Also, the packaging... if you're dealing with a newborn who needs quick application, or an active child, the jar-type container could be a drawback. Since it's a cream and typically the last step, it's tricky to twist open when your hands are already slippery... and using a spatula to scoop it out each time can be cumbersome.
TipIt seems to absorb better if you massage it in well.

This is especially noticeable in children's skin. That's why I always prepare for fall and winter skincare in late summer. Among my go-to products is Atopalm, which is responsible for moisturizing both adults and infants. I can confidently say that I've raised my two daughters' skin with Atopalm. The MLE Cream is like the older, reliable sibling in the product line. I've also tried this year's MA version, and it still has that simple, warm exterior we all know and love. Applying a moderate amount, I found the texture to be as pleasant as ever. It adheres well to the skin with excellent absorption. It's not slippery or mattifying, and while it's not sticky, it provides a nice, nourishing feel. The scent is almost undetectable, but if you really try, you might catch a hint of lemon. All Atopalm products are made with safe, suitable ingredients, and the MLE is famous for its hydrating properties. As described, it's an excellent cream for maintaining the skin's protective barrier. It keeps your face and body flexible and soft, without any tightness or dryness, much like the supple, well-balanced skin of a newborn. In other seasons, if you apply it evenly, it keeps your skin from feeling dry throughout your daily activities!
ConsHowever, during summer, it might feel a bit heavy, so you'll need to adjust the amount you use.

While seemingly unscented, there's a subtle medicinal aroma reminiscent of an ointment. After application, it gives a comforting sensation as if it's enveloping your skin. The hydration power is absolutely fantastic. Despite its thick consistency, it spreads easily, allowing you to cover a large area with just a small amount.
ConsThe price per volume is quite steep! It would be great if they included a spatula. The moisturizing effect is so intense that it might feel a bit heavy and itchy during summer. It's not sticky, yet somehow feels sticky at the same time?!!
TipAny pro tips to share? It's perfect for keeping little ones' skin hydrated!

Positive aspects: Highly recommended for those seeking a gentle yet refreshing cream that isn't overpowering in scent. Here's why: I have sensitive skin, and during pregnancy, hormonal changes made my body even more delicate. I couldn't use any of my usual cosmetics and was only applying soothing gel, which left my face feeling dry. The dryness caused intense itching, but amazingly, when I applied the Atopalm MLE Cream, the itchy areas disappeared. It was truly remarkable! Cleansing effectiveness/Texture/Formulation: It looks like a soothing gel but has a cream formulation that's soft, hydrating, and surprisingly refreshing. Recommended for: If you have sensitive skin, test it on your hand first. Even with my sensitive skin during the delicate pregnancy and postpartum period, this cream was effective. It should be suitable for most people. Satisfaction level: I'm 100% satisfied with this product.
ConsAreas for improvement: Drawbacks in application/Potential for blemishes/Skin types not recommended There are no drawbacks. I used to think cream formulations were unhygienic and felt greasy or heavy, but despite the minor inconvenience of having to scoop it out, I want to continue using this product.
TipPro tip: Use a stainless steel spatula for hygienic application.

According to the description, it's an MLE skin barrier cream that helps restore the skin barrier function and alleviates itching. Despite the recent hot and humid weather, my skin has been strangely dry. Here's my review after using it consistently every night: ✔️ My skin type is combination dehydrated with oily tendencies. I used this after my routine of cleansing-toner-emulsion, applying it to my face and neck. ✔️ The cream's texture is rich but spreads smoothly. It's thick enough not to run when applied to the back of your hand. ✔️ True to its moisturizing claims, it absorbs slowly but the hydration doesn't evaporate quickly. It keeps your skin feeling moist for a long time. I loved that even after a while, I could still feel the moisturizing effect. ✔️ While it's hydrating, it might feel a bit heavy for oily skin types. It's not greasy, but there's a slight slip when you touch your skin after application. Although I haven't seen dramatic results due to the short usage period, I'm very satisfied with the cream's moisturizing power. You can feel your skin becoming instantly hydrated when applied to dry areas.
ConsIf you prefer lightweight moisturizers, this might feel a bit heavy. Unfortunately, I developed a few blemishes the day after applying it to my face. It seems like it's best to avoid using this on oily areas or on days when your skin is particularly greasy.
TipFor quicker absorption, try applying a thin layer using a small amount.

As my little one grew, their skin became drier, and after trying various creams, I'm genuinely applauding the instant hydration effect of Atopalm MLE cream! When children's skin gets severely dry, it can leave marks as if they've been burned. I was thrilled to directly see the improvement when applying Atopalm MLE cream. The texture is definitely rich and thick. You can provide moisture and soothing care with just a small amount, and it's great for massaging into particularly dry areas! I loved that I could use it on both the body and face.
ConsThere weren't really any downsides, but if I had to mention something, the thick, rich texture might feel a bit heavy if you apply it to your face like a regular moisturizer. However, that's easily solved by adjusting the amount you use, so I didn't find it to be a significant issue.
TipIt's also great for applying to elbows and heels. This product seems more suitable for fall and winter use rather than summer!

Initially, I bought specialized products for my kids, which were quite pricey. However, I realized they couldn't use up the entire product before it expired due to their smaller body surface area. So, we started sharing the products, which actually feels more cost-effective. Personally, I prefer formulas that absorb quickly into the skin. Although this cream looked rich and potentially slow-absorbing, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it applied! It leaves a slight oily feeling on the surface, but as someone who washes their hands frequently and suffers from extremely dry hands, I felt an immediate boost in hydration. The oil and moisture balance seems well-formulated. Being fragrance-free with only the natural scent of its ingredients, you can apply it generously without any discomfort.
ConsThis cream is quite rich, so it's suitable for babies all over their body and face. However, older children might find it a bit heavy on their face. For winter, you can still use it on their body to combat dryness. My child absolutely hates sticky textures, so for their face, we use Atopalm Gel Emulsion, which has a lighter consistency and works well for us.
TipSince this was originally designed for children, it might be too rich for adult facial use, so I wouldn't recommend it as a face cream for grown-ups. However, when used on the body, it does take some time to absorb but provides a satisfying boost of oil and moisture. It could be an excellent option for moms with dry hands in winter - you can apply it generously as a hand cream substitute.
