It's a rich cream, but it absorbs well. I used to use the jar version, but this time I bought the tube type. Personally, I find the tube more convenient to use.
ConsPersonally, I was disappointed that it has a scent. While the fragrance isn't strong or long-lasting, it might be a matter of personal preference.

Since it's a product for children, I had a feeling it would be good, and when applied, it was great for hydration. There were no issues with dryness causing cracking or the child scratching.
ConsWhen using it after a shower, if you scoop the cream with slightly damp hands, it feels like it's not absorbing well on your hands, and this effect is somewhat noticeable when applied to the skin too. It's probably due to the cream's texture, but it's fine once you spread it well. There's also a subtle scent that's reminiscent of herbal medicine, but it disappears quickly after application, so it wasn't a problem.

I'm genuinely over the moon with this product! I'd buy it again in a heartbeat, 2000% sure! My skin used to be as dry and cracked as a turtle's shell. Even in summer, I'd layer on oil, body cream, and emulsion. But this little gem? It's a game-changer! Works brilliantly with oil and great on its own too. I initially thought the amount was small, but the texture is something else - a perfect balance between butter and cream. Not too thick, just about 5-10% richer than my usual body cream. A little goes a long way, spreading easily over large areas. I'm 7 months pregnant with some extra weight, and the amount in the photo covers about 3/5 of my belly! It absorbs well too. Highly recommend for those with extremely dry skin. I was already thrilled, but then my husband, who has dry and sensitive skin, tried it. He'd been scratching his hips constantly, refusing to use other body emulsions. But this? He loves it! After a few days, his dry, itchy skin completely cleared up. If our baby has dry skin, I'm definitely buying this again. Great ingredients, loved by both of us, cute packaging... it's a winner!
ConsThe downside... It says you can use it on your face, and since I have dry facial skin too, I tried it. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me there. For some reason, it made my face feel really tight inside, though it was fine on my body. Oh well, I'll just use it on my body instead. Also, the scent might be hit or miss for some people. It doesn't linger long, but personally, I'm not a fan. It's kind of a grassy smell?
TipFor those who think the amount is too small, try using it with oil! It's not small at all, I promise! Highly, highly recommended for those with dry skin! If you get itchy or cracked skin in winter due to dryness, definitely give this a try! Even if you're very dry, one application feels like it coats your skin - no need for layering. It might be wasteful to apply multiple times, as one application should do the trick!

It's nearly fragrance-free with a slightly thick consistency when applied. As someone with combination and somewhat sensitive skin, I've been feeling quite dry during the seasonal change. After using the Atopalm cream, I feel like it's helping with my deep dryness. I've only used it for about 3 days, so I'll need to use it a bit longer to be sure, but so far, the experience has been great! The photo is of my daughter, who has very dry skin. Even with just one application, you can see a glow! It's fantastic. She tends to be sensitive and usually gets itchy with creams other than Zero*, but Atopalm seems to work well for her.
ConsWhile it's almost fragrance-free, there's a distinct scent when applying it to your face that might bother those with super sensitive skin. However, the smell disappears quickly!
TipIf you have a spatula, using it to scoop out the product could help keep things more hygienic.

First off, it's incredibly gentle! The scent is so subtle, it's almost fragrance-free, which I really appreciate. Despite being a cream, it's not too thick and absorbs well. It's nicely hydrating and seems good overall, so we plan to keep using it consistently.
ConsWhile the mild scent is great for kids, it might be too subtle for adults. It's hydrating, but the lasting power is a bit weak. I wish the moisturizing effect would last longer, which is slightly disappointing.
TipApplying a generous amount of the hydrating emulsion and finishing with the cream leaves the skin feeling comfortable for a long time. In the depths of winter, finishing with an oil would make it perfect.

I've been searching for gentle body creams, and this product caught my eye since it's known to be used by newborns. The ingredients are incredibly mild. After showering with body wash and drying off, my skin usually stings, but applying this product quickly calmed it down. Although the texture is thick, it absorbs surprisingly well. There's no stickiness or slipperiness at all. It feels fresh and soft, giving my skin a baby-smooth feeling. It leaves my skin feeling powdery soft, so I didn't experience any discomfort when putting on clothes right after application.
ConsThe thick consistency makes it less spreadable, similar to cream cheese just out of the freezer, as it lacks oiliness. The quantity is quite small for the price. While it's fragrance-free, there's a subtle scent - imagine 1% herbal and 1% ointment-like smell. This might be slightly uncomfortable for those with super sensitive skin. However, the scent dissipates quickly. It comes in a jar, but I didn't see a spatula included. Having to scoop it out with your fingers could be somewhat unhygienic.
TipIts main drawback seems to be the price, which might be best addressed by purchasing during sales. The quantity is a bit small. Given it's a cream in a jar, using a separate spatula would be more hygienic. A tube format might be more convenient. I'd recommend having a dedicated spatula on hand when using this product.

There's a subtle herbal scent that's quite refreshing. My baby has extremely dry skin with dead skin cells even on the scalp, so both of us have been using it. When applied to dry areas, it absorbs quickly and the light oiliness protects the skin, maintaining moisture for a long time. My baby tends to overheat, and products that are too rich can cause redness, but the Atopalm MLA Cream provides just the right amount of richness without irritating the skin. I've been focusing on using it around the baby's nose and mouth area - you can see the results in the after photo. It's suitable for all ages, so our whole family plans to use it.
ConsThe herbal scent doesn't last as long as you might expect, which is worth noting if you're not a fan of mint or alpine herb fragrances.
TipFor double the hydration, apply after cleansing! Following the usage instructions exactly is the best approach.

Skin Type: - Not particularly sensitive - Especially oily on the forehead - Slightly severe dehydration - Prone to atopic dermatitis on the face, especially in winter I have slightly severe deep dryness and atopic dermatitis, so if I don't take good care of my skin, it becomes itchy and rough (though the atopic dermatitis isn't extremely severe). Recently, due to the dry winter weather and wearing masks all day because of COVID, my face flared up particularly badly last winter and this winter. However, consistently applying the Atopalm Emulsion has really helped! Application: - Cream-like texture - Applies smoothly - Finishes moisturizing and soft without stickiness - Absorbs a bit slowly I was worried that the cream-like texture might not absorb well and cause deep dryness, but it absorbs faster than expected and finishes soft, seemingly reducing deep dryness! ** At home, I only use 'Atobarrier Hydro Essence' and 'Atopalm MLE Cream'. Packaging: Personally, I find the jar packaging convenient for using up the product completely and easy to recycle. * As a skincare novice and a bit lazy, I don't often use the spatula. I just store it in my vanity, trying to keep it as dust-free as possible.
Cons1. Absorbs a bit slowly >> It's slightly inconvenient on busy mornings, but I apply it generously at night. 2. The scent isn't personally appealing >> The fragrance isn't strong, but initially, it reminded me of glue, which was uncomfortable. However, after continued use, I realized the scent isn't very noticeable and dissipates quickly when applied, so now I use it without any issues. 3. When a large amount of emulsion meets oily skin, it can feel a bit heavy after absorption >> It's not severe, but when I wake up, my forehead feels slightly sweaty and heavy. This might be because I apply too much before bed. 4. The price >> It's on the pricier side, so when I find it at a good discount, I stock up on multiple bottles.
TipOverall, after applying the emulsion to your face, gently pressing your palms against your skin at the end seems to help it absorb faster due to the warmth of your hands. This also helps prevent makeup from flaking off.
