I was able to try the famous Primeraorganiense Watery Essence through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. I liked the simple design with no frills in the sturdy glass bottle, and the 230ml volume seems generous enough to last a long time. The brown water-type essence inside the transparent container with an ivory cap has a low viscosity, making it easy to flow, so I tend to use it with a cotton pad as a wipe-off. The scent is faint and almost unscented, so even sensitive skin can use it with confidence. I apply it generously with a cotton pad after cleansing in the morning and evening as the first step, and then gently pat the remaining essence into the skin. The oil-free, moisture-rich texture works great during the warmer seasons. This essence acts as a great first step, enhancing the adherence and synergistic moisturizing effects of the following essence or cream.

I used this as a toner rather than an essence. Texture: It has a runny water-like texture. While it doesn't feel strongly moisturizing, when I wiped it off with a cotton pad, there was no tight or dry feeling. It has the consistency of a low-viscosity essence, not sticky at all. Those who have tried the organic line already know this, but no matter what lotion or water (skin) you use, the basic items don't change the skin texture. It's a good product. Even just looking at the ingredients shown in the Hwahae app, you can tell that the ingredients are good. But when you actually apply it, you can feel it. There is a slight alcoholic scent, but it doesn't feel irritating and is barely noticeable, so even those with sensitive skin can apply it lightly. -Although it looked like it would have a strong fragrance, there is actually no fragrance at all, which is great. You don't have to worry about it mixing with the fragrances of other products when using it together. -The refreshing feel when applied was nice. If the essence had been heavy like the thick moisturizer, lotion, or cica cream applied afterwards, it could have felt burdensome. But since it applies lightly, it was good.

However, even after exfoliating, the flakiness didn't seem to improve much. My skin felt slightly moisturized on the inside, but the surface was just refreshed without any product left, so the flakiness didn't subside.
