It's moisturizing and absorbs well. If you apply it in two layers, there's no tightness on the skin. It's good to use as a substitute for toner.

Pros
It's great. I didn't like it right away when I first used it. After using it for a week, it definitely helps with dryness. Layering it 3 times has become a habit, and I always do it that way. I've also tried using it as a pack by applying it to cotton pads, and it works well. It subtly boosts the glow. Most importantly, my skin tends to get very dry with just a regular skin lotion, but this one, even just using the sample, doesn't irritate me at all. The only downside is that the glass bottle is a bit heavy.
Cons
There is some eye irritation. Definitely better when layered multiple times - just using it once leaves my skin feeling dry. I typically layer it 3 times.

❣️This is a review of a product that I've almost finished using!❣️ ☺️Skin type Sensitive+Combination (oily T-zone + dry cheeks)+Redness+Forehead and chin small acne+Enlarged pores on the cheeks => Not extremely bad-looking skin, but definitely not the kind of good skin that anyone would notice. ✔️Light texture and fast absorption ➖The formula is like pure water, so the finish is light and it absorbs quickly! ➖Personally, I prefer to do multiple rounds of patting, and this formula was perfect for that. I do at least 3 or more rounds of patting, and it gets absorbed into the skin without any sticky or greasy feeling. ✔No irritation on the face ➖Even when I used a toner known for being gentle, I would often feel a stinging sensation depending on my skin condition. But with this product, my face has never felt stinging at all! Especially when I used a toner with exfoliating ingredients, the stinging would be more pronounced, but the Primera essence also contains exfoliating ingredients, yet there was no irritation. ➖I often do multiple rounds of patting to address dryness, but I've never experienced any breakouts due to the formula being too rich or the ingredients being too strong. I've also never had any issues with redness or eczema.

It stung every time, almost until I finished the entire bottle, and this is the reason I'm hesitant to repurchase. ➖It's likely due to the alcohol content, so those who are sensitive to alcohol may want to consider this. ✔️Ambiguous performance for the price ➖There were no particularly noticeable effects in terms of soothing, clarifying, or hydrating. Skin Type: Oily + Redness and acne scars/marks, making my cheeks overall quite reddish!! When I first received the package and checked the packaging, I was really excited because it said it helps soothe and reduce redness. I've been using a lot of products with ingredients like mugwort and houttuynia cordata to help calm and reduce breakouts. ✔️ Packaging and Design: It's a glass product, but it wasn't as heavy or bulky as I expected, and the design is clean and nice~ ✔️ Texture and Fragrance: It's a watery toner that absorbs quickly, and the fragrance is faint and disappears quickly after application! ✔️ Application and Feel: Since my skin is oily, I don't like products that feel heavy or greasy, but this applied lightly and felt great. After using it for a few days, I noticed my skin texture became smoother!! I never felt dryness after using it.

✔️Texture: It has a texture between a water-based toner and a very thin essence. -> It feels like a water-based toner with two pumps of essence mixed in. So it's not completely lightweight, but it doesn't feel heavy either. ✔️Fragrance: Fragrance-free ✔️Stickiness: None / It's on the refreshing side, and when you quickly absorb it into the skin, there's a very subtle plump feeling, but it's not overly sticky. Effects: 💜In this time of seasonal changes, ‼️ >>It acts as a booster between toner and essence<<, in my opinion. ➡️I'm currently using the Cosrx Propolis Yellow Toner. This toner has an amazing bouncy texture. After cleansing, applying it helps open the moisture barrier and provides good hydration. But in this dry weather, that alone is not enough, so after using this toner, when I apply a watery essence, I don't feel dryness during the time between washing my face and brushing my teeth, and instead feel like something has been replenished, helping the next essence step absorb better. 💜The calming effects appear quickly. I have combination skin and it gets very dry in the winter, but using the Ogallenic Watery Essence has helped alleviate the dryness. It has a liquid formula that can be applied with a cotton pad like a face pack, which I highly recommend.
Cons
1. The bottle is made of glass, so it feels a bit heavy. 2. It can be a hassle to apply like an uncle, and it stings my eyes a little bit.

Usage period: 10/23 ~ 10/29 (total 7 days) As the weather gets colder, my skin is starting to get incredibly dry 🥲 I think I was lucky to receive a product that is perfect for this season, and I can share more details with the users:) ✔️ Improvement of dryness Usually, in other seasons, I just use an essence + a light cream, and in winter, I use a rich cream. But this time, I bought a low-molecular hyaluronic acid cream, thinking it wouldn't be too heavy. However, with the sudden drop in temperature, my face was at the extreme of dryness (Basic routine: Witch's Factory Bifida Ampoule Toner or Cellmax Eraser Pad ➡️ Skinfood Lettuce & Cucumber Watery Essence or Dive-in Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Ampoule ➡️ Dive-in Cream) After using the Primera Watery Essence to wipe my face 1-2 times and then absorbing it all over with my hands, I found that the dryness was much less noticeable when I applied the cream compared to my usual routine. ✔️ Packaging The bottle is glass, and the cap is plastic, so it has a bit of weight, but personally, I think the glass bottle looks more premium and beautiful. The box is also easy to remove, so I think it would be nice as a gift. ✔️ Dispenser It dispenses one drop at a time, so there is almost no waste. Of course, this could be a downside depending on one's preference. ✔️ Texture As you can see from the bottle, the essence has a purple-ish color. It's a thin, watery texture that drips immediately when applied to the face or back of the hand.
