Pros
It has both dry skin and blackheads on the nose, but it manages to provide both proper exfoliation and moisturization. I've been using it for several years.

The scent is almost unscented. It doesn't overflow when applied, so there's no waste - it's great that I can control the exact amount I need. The exfoliating ingredients have smoothed out my skin texture and cleared up my bumps. But it wasn't irritating to my skin at all. It says on the packaging that it also helps strengthen the skin barrier. It leaves my skin moisturized without any oiliness, so it's effective for dry skin as well.
Cons
The price is a bit disappointing. I was using the AHA-based face wash and toner before, and my cheeks got a little red, so now I'm just using this toner. It doesn't seem to be completely free of irritation. I think it depends on your individual skin type.

Pros
I have oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. I don't use cotton pads when applying toner - I just dispense it into my palm and apply it that way. As a sensitive skin type, I sometimes find the friction of cotton pads to be irritating, so I prefer using my hands. I occasionally use a gentle exfoliator, and when I do, I'll soak a cotton pad with toner and use that. Just applying the toner alone makes my skin feel so hydrated and well-moisturized. It seems to really lock in that inner moisture. This product has been incredibly effective at calming the small bumps that appeared on my forehead after getting my hairline waxed. I've stopped getting my forehead waxed now because I don't want those pesky breakouts to come back. I've attached before and after photos of my forehead bumps. The first two photos are when I had a lot of those small bumps, and the third photo is after they cleared up significantly! This is a product I would highly recommend to anyone with a similar skin type or who struggles with those kinds of forehead breakouts.
Cons
There are no downsides! I don't even have 20 words' worth of complaints to share. I've lost count of how many bottles of this toner I've gone through - it's a holy grail product for me.
