This is my honest review after purchasing with my own money. My lips: My lips are very dry, so I always apply lip balm before bed. Application: Peripera seems to be a well-known brand for tints. It stains well and offers good value for money, making it a convenient product to use. In terms of satisfaction, I was pleased with its staining ability. Color payoff: Since the color itself is quite intense, you need to apply it very lightly to achieve a natural 'my lips but better' look. If you're not careful with the amount, it can apply too thickly or appear too vibrant, so you need to be mindful while applying. As I have extremely dry lips, when I only applied this product, I felt dryness after some time. I had to layer it with a light-colored or clear lip balm. The key is controlling the amount you apply! - kr*****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 13, 2024
I chose this product because red tones suit my skin, and the color payoff is truly impressive. It's probably due to the ingredients... While the color payoff is good, it does make me think twice. I occasionally mix it with a balm when applying. - mi********Normal SkinRecommendedSep 1, 2024
It suits my cool skin tone perfectly. I'm really satisfied with its long-lasting power. It's a bit drying, so I have to apply lip balm first. That's the only downside. I apply lip balm, blot with a tissue, then use this tint for a gradient effect. Even with a light application, the color payoff is great. - gw********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2024
The perfect blush!! It's a bit darker, so I use it just to add a lively glow Hmm... If you have a lot of dead skin cells, it might accentuate them - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMay 29, 2024
It's so intense! I think I'll be using this for a long time, haha. My lips are like wow! The color is too intense... and it transfers a lot. How am I supposed to apply this? - dl********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 5, 2024
As someone with a warm autumn complexion (shade 23), I wanted a lively, vibrant look rather than something too dark. This product delivers! With a light application, it's perfect. Just be careful not to apply too heavily, or your lips might look a bit disconnected from your face. The key is mastering the right amount. The color payoff is incredibly vivid, so a little goes a long way in covering your entire lips. I honestly didn't encounter any drawbacks while using this product. However, I'd recommend those with warm undertones to swatch it in person before purchasing, just to be sure it suits your complexion. - lo******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 21, 2024
I absolutely love both the texture and color! On my lips, it feels like a blend of pink and coral in a 7:3 ratio. It's not overly vibrant, which is perfect for me since I don't suit extremely bright shades. I think it would be ideal for brightening up your complexion! There's not really anything disappointing about it, but if I had to pick something, maybe it's a bit drying? However, that seems unavoidable with a velvet lip formula. - ve*****Oily SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 24, 2023
Peripera is unbeatable when it comes to creating that soft-focus, blurred edge effect. I love its powdery finish, so I even used Peripera Ink The Velvet for my ID photo makeup recently. It feels quite matte when applied in winter. The color is so intense that it might not work well for a full lip application. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 9, 2023
I love that it doesn't come off easily after application, and even when it does fade, it leaves a pretty stain behind. I initially bought it just because the color looked pretty, but on me, it has a slightly reddish tone? It's redder than you might expect, so apply it little by little. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 27, 2023
Even though I have a deep undertone and cool summer complexion, I accidentally bought this tint thinking it was for cool winter tones! But surprisingly, it suits cool summer skin tones quite well too. The color payoff and staying power are simply incredible! It doesn't come off even when eating, and it stains the lips beautifully. The color is a bit too vibrant, and it tends to dry out my lips after application. Controlling the amount is crucial. If you apply it like your usual lip products, you might end up looking like you've eaten something bright red!
