I really liked how solid the product was - it didn't crumble and maintained its shape well. The lid was nice and large, and I appreciated the gentle ingredients. After using it, I experienced no adverse reactions. The scent has an artificial vanilla fragrance. The texture feels greasy, almost like applying oil. While it absorbs well, it's too oily for someone who prefers a more hydrating feel. It's greasier than Burt's Bees Unscented, though not excessively so. It's much less oily than Dr. Bronner's and less greasy than Blistex. However, it is more oily than Burt's Bees Grapefruit. - to******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 6, 2023
A gentle lip balm that feels like applying a nourishing emulsion to healthy lips daily. Perfect for summer use. As someone with extremely dry lips prone to dead skin cells, I need lip balm even in summer. However, this one feels a bit weak, perhaps due to its gentleness. The outer case and application experience are similar to Nivea. - ha*******Combination SkinRecommendedApr 11, 2022
The subtle vanilla scent and smooth application feel absolutely delightful. On days when I have more dead skin cells, the soothing effect is even more noticeable. The staying power is also quite impressive. When applied in the morning, the moisturizing sensation seems to last for hours. Compared to the white Blistex I used before, this one feels softer and has longer-lasting effects. There's not really anything to complain about, but there is a slight waxy residue that might make me reach for it less often during the peak of summer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJan 1, 2022
The vanilla scent is lovely and it's so moisturizing. I use it with peace of mind since it's for babies. Nothing particularly bad to say! Though it might be a tad pricey for a lip balm? - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 13, 2021
It has a pleasant scent and, most importantly, it applies smoothly without being too soft The fragrance might be a matter of personal preference, which is a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I still recommend it It's great to apply on dry lips before bed - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJan 12, 2021
I originally used Vaseline Lip Therapy Original, but when it wasn't available at my usual store, I switched to this product as an alternative. Please keep in mind that my comparison is based on Vaseline Lip Therapy. 1. Portability and convenience The switch from applying with fingers to a stick format definitely makes it more convenient to apply and carry around. 2. Application It goes on quite thinly. I used to scoop up Vaseline with my finger and apply it thickly, so this feels lighter and more delicate when applying. 3. Scent It's supposed to have a vanilla scent, but honestly, most white lip balms smell pretty similar to me. Since Vaseline was unscented, this fragrance seemed a bit strong to me at first. 4. Hydration Despite the thin application, the moisturizing power is surprisingly good. My lips were slightly irritated from constantly licking them when I didn't have lip balm, but after applying this three times before bed, they felt much better the next day. No dead skin cells appeared either. 1. Longevity When I used to apply a thick layer of Vaseline before bed, my lips would still feel moisturized in the morning. With this product, I find myself reapplying about every 3 hours, possibly due to how quickly it absorbs. 2. Application inconvenience Being a stick format, you twist the base to push up the lip balm. However, after going back and forth over my lips several times, it tends to twist back down on its own. When this happens, my lips end up rubbing against the plastic casing, which feels quite unpleasant. To address the second drawback I mentioned, I found that holding both the base and the stick part together prevents it from twisting down. However, this method is a bit awkward to use. - ho*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 24, 2020
Skin type: With most lip balms, not only do I wake up with dry lips the next day, but I often end up with inflammation or small blemishes around my mouth. Because of this, I've been hesitant to apply lip balm before bed. I bought this product with some skepticism and initially applied just a little to my lips. To my surprise, the next morning my lips felt comfortable for the first time in ages. While other lip balms might moisturize, they often lead to inflammation or breakouts around my lips over time. What I loved most about this one is that it doesn't cause those issues. Now, I always keep it on my bedside table and apply it before sleep with a quick swipe. It doesn't provide dramatic hydration, but it moisturizes adequately without feeling heavy, which is actually a plus. I can apply it without a second thought, which is great. The colorless formula is another bonus, and I think I'll be sticking with this product for a while. There's no sticky feeling at all. It's disappointing that it contains fragrance. I wouldn't recommend this to those looking for intense hydration. It provides moderate moisture without irritation or feeling heavy. When applying, I noticed you need to hold the bottom part of the lip balm to prevent the stick from retracting. That's a bit of a drawback. It's great to keep by the bedside for easy application right before falling asleep. If you use it consistently as part of your daily routine, it makes applying lip makeup much easier. - ee************Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 16, 2020
Being a stick format, it's convenient to use. The application is smooth, and it works well on my dry lips. There's not much to complain about. The scent is reminiscent of Nivea, but that's not really an issue. - da*****Combination SkinRecommendedNov 21, 2020
The chubby case makes it convenient to carry around and apply! The container design is sleek and pretty too. The ingredients are great! It applies smoothly and lightly, so you can layer it multiple times without pilling, leaving your skin feeling hydrated. The scent is like baby powder or vanilla - in other words, it smells like products for babies, which I love. Some people might dislike it, but I enjoy the sweet fragrance, so it's a win for me! The hydration isn't as powerful as I expected... And I think it would have been even better without the fragrance! - da*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedOct 2, 2020
This lip balm has been my go-to for ages. It keeps my lips comfortable without any greasy shine or artificial coating feeling. It's lightweight, making it perfect for carrying around. The ingredients are excellent too. I especially love that it's made with plant-based oils. The scent has a slightly foreign quality that's a bit off-putting. However, it's so faint that you can barely notice it.
