It has a slightly plum and rose-like feel? It's a calm and atmospheric color that seems to suit the fall and winter seasons well. The formula is... dry and powdery? It's a fluffy, doughy-like formula that applies well with good adhesion, spreading thinly and creating a nice gradation, making it one of my favorites among the Rom&nd Lim products. I hope they'll release a true light pink shade next time.
ConsIt's not as cool-toned as I expected. There's a slight clumping when first applied, but it disappears as you spread it out. The case is pretty, but it keeps peeling off ㅠㅠ

The color is absolutely gorgeous... If you have a cool skin tone, this lip tint can literally light up your face with its perfect saturation - it's a true beauty! 2. When applied, it feels so lightweight and truly melts into the lips, leaving a powdery matte finish without feeling heavy or suffocating. It just wraps your lips in a cozy, thin layer. 3. The case is simple and pretty, and even though I've used most of it, it hasn't leaked at all!! When I used the Rom&nd Pig Pig before, it would constantly leak, which was really annoying, but this one doesn't have that issue. 4. The subtle chocolate scent is nicer than typical cosmetic fragrances. I still have a bit of the Cool Rose Up left, but I'll definitely repurchase it, and I also want to try the other shades. I've used various Rom&nd tints before, and I generally prefer tints over lipsticks, so I've experimented with lots of different tints, but this is the most satisfying tint I've ever tried. You should buy it without hesitation!
ConsThe only downside I can think of is that the case does get a few scratches, but it's not really noticeable and the matte finish of the case kind of hides it. Overall, the tint itself is 100% satisfactory.

I think the summer muted tone would look lovely and bright. The formula is really great!! First of all, it's thin and blurs well (the blurring effect was really nice, allowing me to use it with a light touch). Also, since it doesn't have much pigmentation, the chroma increases without becoming too deep, which I liked. And there was less emphasis on flaky skin and dryness compared to the previous Romand tints. The longevity was also good.
ConsThere's really nothing bad to say. The blurring tint is just so, so good.
TipFrom the top: Cool Rose, Moby Chic, Petal Tassel, Trendsetter, Allure

The texture is slightly creamy and has a bit of tackiness, but with the sharp and firm tip, it spreads smoothly without clumping. Even when layered, it applies evenly and smoothly without any patchiness or clumping. The color has a subtle plum undertone, a vibrant azalea pink. The brand described it as 'Plum Rose', but the color I saw had more of a plum-tinted azalea pink tone. It's not too deep, but can be considered a cooler-toned plum pink.
ConsThe opening is too narrow. When I try to dispense just the right amount by pushing out the tip, the product comes out too thinly because the opening is small, and it ends up getting messy around the rim if I don't wipe it off. And out of the four colors I bought, this 'Cool Rose Up' is the only one that tends to clump a bit if I apply it thicker or layer it on the lips.

I compared a few cool and deep-toned lipsticks, and even though I slightly corrected them to be more similar to the actual color, they still came out a bit warmer. In reality, it's not lukewarm, but a definite cool rose color! Compared to the Zero Velvet Tint, this applies much more thinly and has better adhesion. The gradient is also really pretty. I didn't really feel any emphasis on flaky skin either. I love the smudge expression of the Zero Velvet line so much that I have 6-7 of them, but I was disappointed by the transfer, so I think I'll use this line more going forward. I hope they add even more beautiful color tones in the future! The color seems to be a rose color when applied thinly, and can even give a deep purple vibe when layered. I've seen a lot of ambiguous warm-toned colors labeled as 'cool-toned dried rose', but this is definitely a cool-toned rose color. It's deep, but not murky, and the chroma is clear, so it doesn't have a dried-out look, and my face looks bright white. In fact, I went to buy a different color, but this ended up being the prettiest.
ConsThis tint seems to have addressed the downsides of the Zero Velvet (beautiful blurring expression but heavy transfer and weak lasting power). I didn't really feel any particular downsides. It's not extremely drying, but it doesn't feel particularly moisturizing either.

The critical flaws of the previous Zero Velvet Tint have been noticeably improved. 2. It has a completely matte, blurred-out texture. 3. It applies more thinly and transparently compared to the Zero Velvet Tint. 4. No need to adjust the application. 5. Depending on the number of layers, it can be used across a wide range of cool-toned complexions from summer to winter. 6. It has relatively less transfer compared to the Zero Velvet Tint. 7. The minimal staining was actually a good thing. It's easy to cleanse off.
Cons1. It's a pity that Rom&nd always has questionable ingredients. 2. While the mask transfer is less than the Zero Velvet Tint, it still transfers significantly more than the advertising claims (Rom&nd's Lip System Tint and Glasting Water Tint have almost no transfer). 3. Personally, I prefer the packaging of the previous tints.
Tip1. Using the Hera Sensual Powder Matte in the Episode color as a base, and then layering the Rom&nd Blur Fudge Tint in Cool Rose Up on top, creates an incredibly beautiful cool-toned look.
