Pros
Rose color that is not too deep is suitable for all cool-toned people. It can be used as a standalone or as an accent color. The color of the case and the tip is the same as the color that is applied.
Cons
The feathery texture allows for full coverage with just a small amount, making it my favorite formula among the Rom&nd tints. There really isn't any downside to it.

Pros
The color is just perfect when you use Gyekkeul, and it's like dried roses themselves.
Cons
When it dries, there is some visible flaking of the skin and the longevity doesn't seem that great.

Pros
This rose shade can also be worn by those with cool undertones. It has a slightly plum and rose-like feel? It's a calm and atmospheric color that seems to suit the fall and winter seasons well. The formula is... dry and powdery? It's a fluffy, doughy-like formula that applies well with good adhesion, spreading thinly and creating a nice gradation, making it one of my favorites among the Rom&nd Lim products. I hope they'll release a true light pink shade next time.
Cons
It's not as cool-toned as I expected. There's a slight clumping when first applied, but it disappears as you spread it out. The case is pretty, but it keeps peeling off ㅠㅠ

The blending is easy, the application is easy, and it seems quite nice. The Coolrose color is perfect for cool-toned skin!
Cons
The slight dryness? After applying, it doesn't feel tight, but I do feel a sense of dryness. However, it's not that severe!

It's so fluffy and the blurring works really well, it's just like a dried rose.
Cons
I didn't like the unique scent at all, and the taste was really bad...Ugh 😫😫

Apply only in the middle and blur it with your fingers.

The lasting power is really poor ㅠ At first, the color is a true cool rose and looks so pretty, but as time passes, it fades and the original color changes. ❗Color change It seems to be related to the lasting power, but even without doing anything, the color changes just by wearing it for a while! Pros
This is a review of the No. 23 Dry Gye-Kkeul Deep product. 1. Color The Cool Rose Up color is truly a color for cool-toned people!! It has a plum-tinged dried rose color that is not overbearing and looks absolutely gorgeous. It's perfect as an everyday lip color. 2. Texture The powdery texture makes it easy to gradient, and there's no clumping! It seems like a tint that even first-time tint users can easily use. As a blurring tint, it's not too matte, which I liked. 3. Packaging I really love the packaging. It fits perfectly in one hand, and the matte finish looks very luxurious and pretty. The amount that comes out is also just right. I'm personally using it and am really satisfied with it.
Cons
1. Ingredients When I looked at the ingredient list, I was shocked. The ingredients are much, much worse than I had thought. 2. Lasting Power The lasting power is poor and it wears off easily.
Tip

Pros
First of all, I have an estimated skin tone of 13-17 on the Hwahae scale! I compared a few cool and deep-toned lipsticks, and even though I slightly corrected them to be more similar to the actual color, they still came out a bit warmer. In reality, it's not lukewarm, but a definite cool rose color! Compared to the Zero Velvet Tint, this applies much more thinly and has better adhesion. The gradient is also really pretty. I didn't really feel any emphasis on flaky skin either. I love the smudge expression of the Zero Velvet line so much that I have 6-7 of them, but I was disappointed by the transfer, so I think I'll use this line more going forward. I hope they add even more beautiful color tones in the future! The color seems to be a rose color when applied thinly, and can even give a deep purple vibe when layered. I've seen a lot of ambiguous warm-toned colors labeled as 'cool-toned dried rose', but this is definitely a cool-toned rose color. It's deep, but not murky, and the chroma is clear, so it doesn't have a dried-out look, and my face looks bright white. In fact, I went to buy a different color, but this ended up being the prettiest.
Cons
This tint seems to have addressed the downsides of the Zero Velvet (beautiful blurring expression but heavy transfer and weak lasting power). I didn't really feel any particular downsides. It's not extremely drying, but it doesn't feel particularly moisturizing either.
