Pros
Even though I have a warm-toned complexion in the fall, I wanted to try a cool-toned lip and bought it! The color is so pretty and it looks natural with just one application💓 (Repurchase intention is 90 percent?)

Since it's a matte tint, there was no avoiding accentuating the flakes on my lips, unfortunately ㅜㅜ

Pros
When used with Movis 06, it creates the most beautiful cool-toned gradient lip! The color is a plum rose shade? I felt that the shade really complements the formula well.😆 First, I had tried the existing Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint, and I found that the Rom&nd tints tend to feel a bit thick. But this Blur Purge Tint feels much thinner, just as the name suggests. The blurry, velvety formula adheres really well and leaves a soft, smooth finish. I loved it! When I first applied it and blotted lightly with a tissue, there was hardly any transfer onto the mask, which was great!
Cons
Given the matte and blurry formula, if you don't exfoliate your lips beforehand, it can accentuate any flakiness at first, but it will smooth out over time.🥲 Be sure to exfoliate your lips well before using, and then you'll be able to achieve a smooth, seamless lip look.
Tip

Pros
1. The color is absolutely gorgeous... If you have a cool skin tone, this lip tint can literally light up your face with its perfect saturation - it's a true beauty! 2. When applied, it feels so lightweight and truly melts into the lips, leaving a powdery matte finish without feeling heavy or suffocating. It just wraps your lips in a cozy, thin layer. 3. The case is simple and pretty, and even though I've used most of it, it hasn't leaked at all!! When I used the Rom&nd Pig Pig before, it would constantly leak, which was really annoying, but this one doesn't have that issue. 4. The subtle chocolate scent is nicer than typical cosmetic fragrances. I still have a bit of the Cool Rose Up left, but I'll definitely repurchase it, and I also want to try the other shades. I've used various Rom&nd tints before, and I generally prefer tints over lipsticks, so I've experimented with lots of different tints, but this is the most satisfying tint I've ever tried. You should buy it without hesitation!
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that the case does get a few scratches, but it's not really noticeable and the matte finish of the case kind of hides it. Overall, the tint itself is 100% satisfactory.

The color was so beautiful, and it seemed to be a perfect summer mute lip for me! There didn't seem to be much peeling, and the gradation worked well too! When applied lightly, it gives a soft color payoff, so you can apply it to your liking!
