It's perfect for everyday wear!
ConsSometimes when I apply it around my eyes, my skin feels a tingling sensation. I'm not sure why this happens...

I received it as a gratis from Missha, and after looking it up, I found out it's a famous glitter product. The shimmering bronze pearl is incredibly dazzling, so it's essential to apply it sparingly by dotting it on with the tip of the applicator. Although the amount seems small, a little goes a long way, so it'll last for ages.
ConsI'm not sure which ingredient is responsible, but when I apply this, my eyes feel a bit sensitive and there's a slight burning sensation.

It's a brown color with a metallic sheen. The color is vibrant and the pearls shimmer beautifully, creating a dazzling effect when applied. I'd recommend this to those who love a sparkling, radiant look. It really shines when applied to the aegyo-sal (under-eye area) rather than the upper eyelid!
ConsWhile we expect some eyeshadows to get into our eyes over time, Stila's shadow particles seemed larger, causing significant discomfort. As a hard lens wearer who frequently uses eye drops, I was shocked one day to see Stila shadow particles floating in my eyes. The large particles were quite visible and plentiful, which was alarming. This made me realize the shadow's poor adherence. As expected, glitter spread to my cheeks over time. After using this shadow, my eyes became severely irritated. I visited a doctor who noted serious damage. Unknowingly, I tried it again after healing, only to experience more irritation. I've stopped using it since. I can't recommend this for lens wearers or those who use eye drops frequently. Additionally, while it applies smoothly at first, it dries out significantly over time, making touch-ups and removal extremely difficult. These are important factors to consider before purchasing.
TipApplying a matte shadow underneath seems to improve adherence slightly compared to using it alone. The applicator tip is quite thick, making it hard to control the amount and difficult to correct mistakes. I recommend using a thin brush to apply a small amount for better control!

The color is pretty and gives a radiant feel.
ConsWhile it's undeniably beautiful, using this product alone causes the skin under my eyes to turn red, become irritated, and feel painful and tingling. I wasn't sure if it was due to this product, so I compared a few days of using it with a few days without. It became clear that those with super sensitive skin should be cautious with this product. Although I want to use it because it's pretty, I'm giving it up for the sake of my skin's health.

It's like shouting, 'Look at me, I'm glowing this much!' That kind of feeling?
ConsMy eyes keep swelling up when I apply this. Controlling the amount with a cotton swab or brush isn't an issue, but I think the ingredients just don't agree with me.

As someone with monolids, I'm always after products that can create a plump aegyo-sal effect, so I regularly use shimmer. I've tried everything from shimmer pearls to metallic glitters, but nothing compares to the size and sparkle of Stila's Kitten Karma. While its intense pigmentation and dazzling glow are definite pros, creating a glamorous look, they can also be challenging. The large, multi-faceted glitter particles can easily make your makeup look messy if not applied correctly. It's crucial to find the right application method for your eyes. For me, I dot the applicator three times from the front of my aegyo-sal to the center. I blend the front part ever so slightly with a cotton swab, leaving the other two dots as is. In terms of longevity, while all glitter tends to fade over time, this one outperforms many others I've tried. Still, expect a tiny bit of fallout - it's just the nature of glitter!
ConsWhile the sparkle beautifully highlights the aegyo-sal, poor blending can make it look like you've accidentally spilled glitter on your eyes instead of creating a plump effect. This glitter requires extremely careful application. When removing it, I once carelessly wiped it off and my eye area stung terribly. The large glitter particles can act like a harsh scrub if you're not careful. I now use about three cotton swabs, gently removing the particles first, then finishing with an oil cleanser.
TipFor aegyo-sal: Three gentle dabs! For the eyelid: One dab, then gently pat with your fingertip to blend.

It had such a gorgeous glow that it was my holy grail...
ConsTriethanolamine doesn't seem to agree with my skin. When I use this product exclusively, I develop contact dermatitis or eye issues for two consecutive days. My face gets so puffy... I suspect my eye area might have weakened immunity as well.

While some say the glitter is too much for the eyelids, I found that just a light dab creates a natural, ethereal eyeshadow look. It's truly enchanting!
ConsThere's a bit of excess fallout, which gets worse as time passes. It tends to get into the eyes, especially when applied under the eyes. That can be quite bothersome.

At first, I thought it was expensive, but after using it, I feel like I made a great purchase.
ConsIt stung my eyes. I kept tearing up, probably because some particles got into my eyes. Every time I used this alone, my eyes would feel irritated.
TipTry using a cotton swab to apply it. Just dab it on and spread it very gently for the best results.

I'm not a fan of overly flashy makeup, but this is subtle, delicate, and beautiful.
Cons1. You need a separate brush or cotton swab to apply it. 2. Most importantly, the main ingredient... Of all things, an eye product contains ingredients that aren't good for your eyes. I wish I had known before buying! As soon as I applied it, my eyes started stinging, and I had severe dryness all day. I thought it might have been a one-time thing, so I tried again, but the same symptoms occurred three times in a row. Once, my contact lens even fell out... This has never happened to me before! Make sure to test it thoroughly and wear it for a full day before purchasing!
TipIf you don't experience sensitivity after testing, make sure to control the amount you use and try to apply it a bit away from your waterline. Even if it feels fine now, you might experience dryness later... I originally had dry eyes, but within hours, even artificial tears couldn't keep my contacts in place. I experienced these symptoms! It's best not to use it frequently, and avoid applying it to your waterline if possible.
