The cleansing effectiveness is also good. I have a dry, itchy scalp, and this shampoo seemed to improve that issue. It's not just good for hair loss, but also for soothing an itchy scalp. I tried it because I heard yeast extract shampoo is beneficial for thinning hair. While a week is too short to claim it prevents hair loss, I did notice some effects. When I went two days without washing, I saw less hair fall compared to my previous shampoo. Usually, my bathroom would be covered in hair after showering, but that was noticeably reduced. Even when drying my hair, which typically causes a lot of shedding, I experienced less hair loss. I'm quite satisfied with the results. After washing my hair at night, it didn't feel greasy the next day. I usually use shampoo, conditioner or treatment, and hair oil after drying, but with this shampoo, even without applying hair oil, my hair felt less dry and frizzy. I was worried my hair might feel stiff after shampooing, but it's actually quite manageable even without hair oil.
ConsThe scent is a bit disappointing. It smells like men's skincare products, which might not appeal to everyone. Also, after shampooing, the hair feels a bit dry, so using conditioner is a must.
TipI don't have any special tips, but here's what works for me: After pumping some shampoo into your hand, work it into a lather and gently massage it into your scalp. Rinse, then follow up with conditioner for smoother hair. When drying your hair, instead of rubbing it vigorously, try lifting sections gently and drying them carefully, like they do in salons. This can help reduce hair fall!

I wash my hair at night, so I rinse after 3 minutes. Texture: Thinner than regular shampoo, tends to run off the palm Actually feels gentler than sticky types, which I liked Application: Doesn't lather much but feels like it cleanses well Somehow the lack of foam makes it feel better for the scalp? Like it's healthier? Doesn't have the cooling sensation when washing like Labo H Hair loss prevention: Honestly, can't tell much after less than a week of use But it takes longer for the drain to clog now If Labo H used to clog after 2-3 showers, this takes about 3.5-4 days? The difference is subtle, to be honest Definitely less hair collecting when drying Hair texture: Can't really tell I naturally have straight, good-quality hair and don't style much besides occasional heat styling But then again, this product isn't meant for improving hair texture... heh Acne: Hasn't cleared up yet, but it's too soon to blame the product Still gets greasy if I skip a day, so not sure if it's great at controlling oil
ConsScent: Some might like it, but personally, I don't At first, I thought 'Oh! Nice floral scent!' but gradually it started smelling like men's cologne... I usually prefer fruity scents, so this is not my cup of tea, but it's really a matter of personal preference Definitely doesn't smell like beer fermentation though Texture: I liked it, but my sister who uses it too said it runs off too much If you dislike runny textures, you might not like this Cooling effect: Labo H had a distinct cooling sensation, but this one barely has any Can hardly feel it even after leaving the lather on for 3 minutes Maybe there's a tiny bit if you really focus... Additional con: As I kept using it, I noticed the scalp odor returning... The persistent smell I thought had improved with Labo H is creeping back... This might be why I won't repurchase
TipFor those who wash at night, I've heard you should leave the lather on for a while before rinsing to prevent greasiness in the afternoon. This doesn't seem to be a hair-improving type, so you might need to use conditioner or treatment along with it.
