◾Texture A clear and transparent shampoo with a lightweight formula that feels hydrating and flows easily when pumped. ◾Lather Despite its watery, hydrating texture, this shampoo lathers well. When you mix it with water and rub, it starts to create a soft foam. It produces the gentle, fluffy lather typical of low pH shampoos. The foam is abundant but soft, so if you prefer a denser lather, you might find it slightly lacking. I have long hair that covers my shoulder blades, and about 3 pumps were enough to create a rich lather for a thorough wash. With a generous 500ml bottle, even those with long hair can use it liberally without worry. ◾Cleansing Effectiveness This low pH shampoo has a gentle cleansing power similar to a foam cleanser. It removes excess oil from the hair, but if you have an oily scalp, you might notice it getting greasy again after a day. If you're concerned about daily washing being too harsh on your scalp, this could be a good option for everyday use. ◾Scent It has a lovely fragrance that rivals perfume shampoos, but it's not overwhelming - more of a sophisticated, classic perfume scent. When you first pump it, you'll notice fresh apple and peach notes. As you rinse, it evolves into a cozy blend of amber, sandalwood, vanilla, and musk, giving it a perfume-like quality. The subtle fragrance made it very pleasant for me to use. While the formula is light and hydrating, I found it disappointing that the shampoo tended to solidify around the pump nozzle. It still dispenses, but it comes out in spurts, which is a bit inconvenient. This low pH shampoo is great for daily use without burdening your scalp. For best results, I'd recommend using this for two days, then alternating with a deep cleansing shampoo every third day. - fa******Combination SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 3, 2023
The fragrance is wonderful and I love how fluid the texture is. It rinses off easily. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but I wish it were a bit more affordable. - je**********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 3, 2023
It's a gentle shampoo that doesn't cause irritation. I'll definitely use it again. I can't think of any downsides at the moment. If I do, I'll update my review. - w6********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2023
1. Texture: It's a transparent gel-type shampoo. 2. Lather: It foams up easily when rubbed. 3. Cleansing effectiveness: Being mildly acidic, it cleanses gently. I use it on days when I haven't sweated much and don't want to irritate my scalp. 4. Fragrance: The scent is really pleasant. It has a sweet aroma. I wouldn't recommend this for those with extremely oily scalps. I alternate between shampoos for oily and dry hair, and this product seems closer to the 'dry hair shampoo' category. For those with oily scalps, I'd suggest doing a pre-wash, then following up with a second wash. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 20, 2022
I haven't been using it for long, so I'm not sure about its effectiveness yet. I think I'll need to use it for a bit longer to see definite results. - ch********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 10, 2022
The cleansing effectiveness is decent and it doesn't make my scalp itchy. Despite being a scalp shampoo, it leaves my hair feeling soft. The ingredients are high-quality. It even cleared up the small bumps along my hairline and neck. The scent might be polarizing for some. You need to use two pumps for each application. - ye********Normal SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesRecommendedMay 29, 2022
@ Review after nearly 2 months of use @ ☆ Would repurchase. ☆ Bleached 3 times, dyed 9 times, medium-length hair. ☆ With hair between short and long, I use two pumps every night to wash. Still have half the bottle left. ☆ I didn't have hair loss issues, but started care in my early 20s as prevention is key. Noticeably less hair fall. ☆ Feels like my hair has more volume. The roots, which seemed thinner due to frequent dyeing, appear to have regained their thickness. ☆ Lathers extremely well. Seems gentle on the hair. There are no drawbacks to mention. Make sure to thoroughly wet your hair before applying the shampoo. - yh****Combination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 21, 2022
I bought this because of its great ingredients and positive reviews. Unlike hair loss shampoos, it lathers well and has a pleasant scent! It was fine at first, but it's getting increasingly itchy. My scalp starts hurting from intense scratching less than an hour after washing. I've also developed blemishes in various spots on my scalp. I'll have to either reduce usage or switch to a different shampoo. - Hwahae UserOily SkinFeb 17, 2022
Lathers well, not too harsh, and has excellent cleansing effectiveness After using it for a week, I'm getting inflammation on my scalp, especially on the crown and back of my head. It seems to be definitely due to the shampoo. I bought it because the ingredients looked decent, so I'm wondering why I'm having this reaction. If it gets worse as I continue using it, I'll switch shampoos. If my skin adapts, I'll come back to update my review. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 20, 2021
The best part about this anti-hair loss shampoo is that it doesn't leave your hair feeling stiff or doll-like, which is common with other products in this category. The subtle, luxurious fragrance is a delightful bonus, leaving you feeling refreshed after washing. While I wish the scent lingered a bit longer, it's not a major issue since I usually follow up with a treatment anyway. With its high content of brewer's yeast, consistent use should yield even better results over time.
