Pros
Applying the Epillow toner pads and this product before makeup prevents the makeup from coming off! And it's great for light use in the summer, so I'm very satisfied. Even though my skin tends to look pale after applying sunscreen, there was no dryness or flakiness at all after using this! The finish is also refreshing, so it's really nice.
Cons
Although I'm not sure if it's because I have extremely dry skin, I felt a bit dry in the morning when I used it before bed. When I applied a generous amount and slept in it during the summer, there was no tightness, and it was good! For extremely dry skin, I wouldn't recommend using it in the evening during the winter.

It's so moisturizing and incredibly soft, it's great! I guess you could say it's a bit chewy? Anyway, it's like that, and I have sensitive skin but it's not drying at all and applies lightly (I think those with dry skin should avoid it..) But I've only been using it for a few days, so I'll have to use it more to know for sure, but so far there haven't been any breakouts, which is good☺️

Pros
This is a highly moisturizing soothing cream. It focuses more on soothing rather than just hydration. It was good to use as a supplementary product. It has a moisturizing, dewy, and lightweight feel. I don't have acne-prone skin, but I don't know about troubles either. However, it was good at calming the 'irritated feeling' of sensitive skin. It helps reduce redness on the cheeks. If you store it in the fridge and use it, it applies even more moisturizing. At room temperature, it's similar to the Etude House Soonjung Moisture Barrier Cream, but a bit lighter. I applied the Houttuynia Cordata Soothing Cream and then mixed another moisturizing cream with the Houttuynia Cream and applied it again. This resulted in a highly moisturized and hydrated skin condition.
Cons
For dry skin, it might be too drying to use on its own (It might work in the summer though..) I don't recommend this cream if you want to finish your skincare routine with just this cream. It's better to mix it with another cream or apply it as a supplementary product. When I first used it, I was surprised by how lightweight it was, but the soothing and moisturizing feel was good. Using it like an essence worked well for me. It's like giving water to the skin, you know?
