Pros
I've been using this product for almost 6-7 years straight. It's moisturizing without being sticky, has good moisture content, doesn't irritate the skin, and my skin seems to have even improved for no particular reason.
Cons
There's really not much to complain about, but if I had to point something out, it's that the quantity is too small, so I end up having to buy it often. The price isn't particularly cheap either..

It has great moisture and I recommend it for dry skin! There's no irritation at all, so it really does its job as a soothing, moisturizing cream.

This cream really hydrates and soothes my skin! I've bought it from Cue multiple times and have been using it, and the delivery is also very fast!!! The volume is generous and it feels luxurious ❤️ It truly works wonderfully.
Cons
There's nothing disappointing!!! I use it every day so ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I wish they would release an even bigger size ^_^
Tip
When I have breakouts, I apply this chilled, layer it, and then cover it with a sheet mask!!! The blemishes all go down and my skin becomes super moisturized ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.

It's really moisturizing! Even though it's not a thick cream, it still provides great hydration during the winter. It's gentle and nice.
Cons
I have oily skin, so I can't apply too much. I have to be careful with the amount. When I applied too much, my makeup started to slide off. I need to make sure it's fully absorbed before applying makeup.

It's so moisturizing and incredibly soft, it's great! I guess you could say it's a bit chewy? Anyway, it's like that, and I have sensitive skin but it's not drying at all and applies lightly (I think those with dry skin should avoid it..) But I've only been using it for a few days, so I'll have to use it more to know for sure, but so far there haven't been any breakouts, which is good☺️

While this is a great product, the packaging is a jar type, so I think it would be even better if it came in a tube form!
