A life-changing product! Before using the booster, I was using a natural shampoo with great ingredients but it didn't lather well. By evening, even with my dry scalp, it felt greasy in summer, and I never felt my scalp was truly clean. After using the booster, the rich, creamy lather deep cleanses right down to the scalp! The main shampoo now lathers amazingly well. I love washing my hair at night, and now my scalp stays fresh all day without getting greasy. It's so satisfying! Hey, marketing team! You should be promoting this more! This product is a real gem - it'll skyrocket your quality of life! After using this, I love shampooing at night. My scalp stays fresh all day without getting greasy. It's so satisfying! - ok**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMay 2, 2022
According to the advertisement, it claimed to eliminate dandruff and alleviate hair loss. As someone with fine, flaky dandruff, I had high hopes when using it, but didn't see significant results. Looking back, I think it might be because my scalp condition is actually seborrheic, which is why it wasn't effective for me. On the bright side, the foam dispenser was very convenient to use. However, perhaps due to it being a sample size, the amount dispensed with each pump was too small. I had to pump multiple times to get enough product. If I didn't pump enough, the foam would quickly dissipate, making application ineffective. The need for repeated pumping made it inconvenient to use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 17, 2022
I tried this product after receiving a sample, and I was pleasantly surprised by the foam formula. The fragrance is lovely, and it's easy to apply directly to the scalp. The foam lathers up nicely, better than I expected. After use, my scalp feels fresh and clean. Since I have long hair, I found the amount to be a bit insufficient for covering my entire head. I focused on applying it to my scalp first, then used the remaining product on the lengths of my hair. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedFeb 21, 2022
I tried the boosting shampoo through a trial deal and found it convenient and great. I have dandruff and sensitive scalp, so I usually use expensive shampoos. I felt it was a bit wasteful to use those for pre-washing, so I bought this product. It's so convenient because it comes out as foam, eliminating the need to lather it up separately. You can apply it directly to your scalp. While I can't say this product dramatically improved my scalp, it definitely reduces pre-wash time and makes the process much easier. I loved it so much that after trying the sample, I purchased it separately. Another great feature is that it comes in various sizes, allowing you to choose the purchase size that suits you best. While it's convenient, I'm not sure if this product actually helps improve scalp health. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2022Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Then I use another quarter-sized amount, occasionally with a scalp brush, or just massaging thoroughly by hand. I finish with conditioner and apply a bit of hair essence when drying. Pre-use concerns: For about a year, my usual shampoo suddenly seemed to disagree with my scalp. Even right after washing, certain areas would itch, or my hair would get greasy quickly. I tried various highly-recommended shampoos, but the issues persisted. Actual usage method: After wetting hair thoroughly, the instructions say to massage the scalp for only 3 seconds before rinsing. However, due to my long, thick hair, this wasn't feasible. I ended up using about 3 pumps, applying it to the front and back separately, massaging the scalp, and rinsing - taking about 5-7 seconds in total. Review: - The product comes out as foam. On first use, it felt a bit harsh, making my hair feel stiff even while rinsing. I expected a cooling sensation from a 'boosting' shampoo, but there was none. - The foam is neither thin nor thick - just right, similar to soap bubbles. - For those who double cleanse, you know the second wash usually produces more lather. But with this boosting shampoo as the first step, the lather in the second wash is on another level. You can use even less shampoo and still get an incredible amount of foam. - It resolved my previous concerns about itching, greasiness, and occasional dandruff. - I never had to scratch my scalp. Being unscented, there's no worry about conflicting fragrances with your regular shampoo. Advantages: - Reduces itching - Reduces dandruff - Seems to slow down how quickly hair gets greasy - You can use less of your regular shampoo due to the amazing lather Product features: - Foam formula (like soap bubbles, neither thin nor thick) - Pump dispenser - True to its name - a boosting shampoo (not a shampoo replacement) Disadvantages: - The 3-second massage instruction seems a bit unrealistic - The pump feels slightly stiff One-line summary: This boosting shampoo truly lives up to its name - it's fantastic. If you've been struggling with dandruff, greasiness, or itching, I really recommend trying this. It's rare for me to want to repurchase or recommend a product, but I genuinely want to spread the word about this one. I think I'll keep buying it with my own money and continue using it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2022Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

The foam was quite rich and plentiful, allowing for a nice massage with just the right amount. I was surprised that despite the high glycerin content, my scalp didn't feel stiff or dry after cleansing. It seems suitable even for those with dry scalps. As someone with a particularly dry scalp and hair, I usually need conditioner or treatment to avoid stiffness, but this product had enough hydrating ingredients that I could skip those steps. It was great to find a shampoo with such good moisture balance. The fragrance is too strong. Considering you need to shampoo twice, and thinking about how it combines with the scent of products used afterwards, I wonder if such a strong fragrance was necessary for the first wash. While I personally like the scent, it felt a bit unbalanced because the second volumizing shampoo has a relatively milder fragrance. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2022Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Let's focus here! Excess oil on your scalp can block hair follicles, preventing 2-3 hairs from growing where they should. But fear not! A game-changing product has arrived to cleanse our scalps - the Boostimo Boosting Shampoo! ❗My scalp condition: 💙 Extremely oily 💙 Always double-shampoo, yet oil persists How to use: 1. Wet hair with warm water 2. Apply Boosting Shampoo, focusing on the scalp, and massage for 3 seconds 3. Rinse lightly (optional) 4. Follow with your regular shampoo 💟 Advantages: 💙 Noticeably reduces scalp oiliness (feels fresh) 💙 Gentle cleansing without harsh irritation 💙 Effective cleansing power 💙 Easy to use 💙 Complements your existing shampoo routine 💟 Disadvantages: I couldn't find any drawbacks! There are none, I swear! How can I invent something that doesn't exist? 💟 Highly recommended for oily scalps (easy scalp cleansing) 💟 Great for those who love perfumed shampoos I strongly recommend this shampoo for those with oily scalps! Personally, I love perfumed shampoos. I was worried that other functional shampoos might not have pleasant scents, but with this product, I can rinse it out and then use my regular fragrant shampoo. That's a big plus for me. The bottle isn't huge, but it's a foam formula (like 'Machi I'm Clean'), so you don't need much to cover your entire scalp. The foam texture is a genius move in my opinion. It doesn't require long massage times and lasts quite a while... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2022Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

After washing my hair, I feel so refreshed. These days, I'm starting each day with a wonderful new sensation! The shampoo comes out as foam, so there's no need to lather it in your hands. This makes it convenient and easy to control the amount. I thought the foam might not be enough while washing, but it was just perfect throughout the entire process (simply great). I haven't been using it for long, so I can't speak to any dramatic changes yet. However, my hair does feel softer than before, which I'm quite pleased with! The character design on the bottle is adorably cute! I'll come back and add more after I've used it a bit longer! The quantity is smaller than expected. The shampoo bottle seems about the size of a foam cleanser. (Though it does look pretty in the bathroom and doesn't take up much space!) - ci*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2022Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It's the type that doesn't show much even if I skip washing for a day. The concept of a boosting shampoo was new to me, and I didn't even know pre-shampoo was a thing until now. I followed the instructions on the bottle, massaging it into my scalp for 3 seconds. I didn't use it exclusively during the review period, but alternated it with my regular shampoo. *I was worried that massaging for more than 3 seconds might cause issues, but I didn't experience any burning sensation or irritation. I didn't leave it on for long and rinsed it off quickly, so following the instructions seems best. *The scent is neither good nor bad - it's subtle, and I didn't feel the need to smell it up close. Since I follow up with another shampoo and treatment anyway, I didn't worry too much about the fragrance. If you're layering multiple scented products, a mild fragrance in the pre-shampoo seems appropriate. It's barely noticeable unless you smell it closely. *The most important factors are scalp refreshment and cleansing effectiveness. Personally, I felt my scalp was lighter and more refreshed compared to using regular shampoo alone. It's not the intense cooling sensation you get from cooling shampoos, but more like a thorough cleanse between the hair strands. I was surprised by how different my scalp felt compared to just using shampoo and treatment. It would be great to use on evenings after exposure to heavy pollution. I think even those with very oily scalps who usually wash twice a day might be able to get away with washing just once when using this. Of course, that may vary from person to person. *The pump is a bit stiff. *If you're only focusing on the scalp like me, it might be okay, but for long hair, you'd need to pump quite a lot. Even for just the scalp, I had to press it about six times, which was a bit inconvenient. *Adding another step to your shampoo routine can't help but be a bit cumbersome. *While I noticed a difference when using it, I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to buy it again, which is disappointing. It seems like it needs a more clearly defined target audience. Since I followed the instructions, I don't have any particular tips to share. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2022Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

After using: I've been using it for two weeks, about 4-5 times. While there wasn't an immediate dramatic effect, I noticed a significant reduction in dandruff. Especially, those scab-like formations from scalp inflammation seemed to disappear! Scent: While it's not my personal favorite fragrance, it's certainly not unbearable. Texture: It feels like applying conditioner, but before shampooing. When you lather it up and apply it to your hair, it has that conditioner-like sensation. Overall: It's worth trying at least once. If you're someone who's really into hair care, you'll likely find it very satisfying. It could be great for those struggling with dandruff too! The real downside for me is that I'm not particularly interested in hair care, so it felt quite bothersome. For someone like me who skips conditioner and treatments out of laziness... it was quite challenging. I found it works better when you divide your scalp into sections. Pump 2-3 times for the left side of your scalp, then another 2-3 pumps for the right side, applying thoroughly to each area. When rinsing, make sure to cleanse thoroughly all the way to your hairline, just like you would with shampoo and conditioner. This helps prevent breakouts that can occur if foam residue is left behind.
