I've finally found my holy grail facial oil! I saw a celebrity endorsing it on Instagram and thought I'd give it a try. Let me tell you, it's absolutely amazing! It seems they've done a recent reformulation, and it suits my skin perfectly. My dry, tight skin is gone, no blemishes in sight, and my skin texture has improved significantly. I'm loving every bit of it! I'm not sure if it's because it's imported, but the price is quite steep. It's also a shame there aren't any physical stores to check it out in person. Plus, the scent might be polarizing. The oil smell can be a bit overwhelming at times, but I've learned to use it without paying too much attention to that. For best results, apply two drops on each cheek after your serum and essence, just before your finishing cream. Be careful not to touch your phone afterward, as it can get a bit greasy. - mo*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 14, 2020
I discovered Neal's Yard during a trip to England. Our day tour guide recommended it as an organic brand, and luckily it was on sale. I ended up stocking up on various popular products. Among them, the facial oil is one I keep repurchasing even after returning to Korea. The ingredients are excellent, and it provides deep hydration, leaving my skin moisturized. There aren't many stores in Korea, so I buy multiple bottles when there's a sale on their website. Since it's made with organic ingredients, it has a short shelf life of 3 months once opened, so you need to use it diligently. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJul 17, 2019
I've never finished a facial oil product before, but I used this one up completely and loved it so much that I repurchased it. Since my cheeks are the only dry area, I apply it there. It's moisturizing and has a lovely scent that helps me sleep well. The dropper doesn't reach the bottom of the bottle, so when there's a little left, you have to tilt it to use the remaining product. Sometimes I skip my entire skincare routine and just use this. I apply about three drops on my cheeks and forehead, then gently massage it all over my face, allowing it to absorb slowly. The next morning when I cleanse, my skin feels incredibly improved. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 10, 2018
As a fan of the Frankincense Cream, I tend to trust and purchase all Neals Yard products. I decided to try the oil instead of the cream, as it suits my dry skin well and has great absorption for massaging. I'm pleased to find it's not excessively rich, gives a nice glow, and feels like it creates a protective layer on my skin. Plus, I absolutely love herbal scents, so I'm personally very satisfied with this product. In the past, there were many shops, making it convenient to buy in-store. But now, the number of stores is decreasing. I'm worried they might withdraw from the market if they haven't been promoted well in Korea. Fortunately, you can still find small quantities in larger Boots stores, so keep that in mind. I apply the oil by dropping a few drops into my palm, rubbing my hands together to warm it up, then gently pressing it onto my face for absorption. Afterwards, I massage along my jawline, nose, forehead, and eyebrows using my index and middle fingers. It feels incredibly refreshing and helps with oil absorption. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 20, 2017
The reviews show that many people are bothered by the fragrance. For me, the fragrance is the next best thing about this product after the ingredients. I really dislike artificial rose scents (the kind you often find in car air fresheners that give me an instant headache), so I'm happy that this has a natural, pleasant fragrance that lifts my mood. I had to stop using it because it was very oily. I got some small bumps on my forehead as well.. I guess it depends on one's skin type. It says to use it within 3 months of opening, but even using just a drop or two in the morning and evening, I don't think I would have been able to use it all up in that time. It took me about 2 months to get through the whole bottle when I was applying it all over my body. This is a great oil for winter use. When I massaged it into my skin, I could really feel the warmth spreading through my body. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2017
My skin is combination, with both oily and dry areas that are prone to acne. As winter approached, my regular moisturizer alone wasn't enough, so I was looking for a lightweight oil. I was drawn to organic skincare and thoroughly researched Nils Yard, eventually purchasing their rosehip oil, which is said to be good for blemishes. The oil has the right amount of oiliness, and after just washing with water the next day, my skin still feels moisturized. It doesn't seem to be causing any major breakouts, and since my acne tends to flare up when I have issues with my diet or sleep, gentle products generally work well for me. I hope this helps! Since it doesn't have a dropper, it's quite inconvenient to dispense the right amount. I'd recommend using a product with a dropper. You can mix in a couple drops of the oil with your moisturizer, or apply the oil first and then follow up with your cream. On days when your skin feels very dry, the oil alone can provide enough hydration and be quickly absorbed. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 24, 2016
Simply cleanse, tone, and apply a generous amount of oil before bed, and it's easy and effective. I trust the safe ingredients and use it without any issues, even though it's an oil. It may sting around the eyes, but that can be avoided with caution. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJun 25, 2016
I heard good things about this oil, so I looked it up and simply bought it because I liked the rose scent. Despite being an oil, it doesn't feel sticky at all and applies very smoothly. After applying, my skin feels silky and glowy. The price is also quite reasonable compared to other brands. It's a very gentle product and being organic gives me confidence in it. It might be a bit drying for extremely dry skin. However, I highly recommend it for combination or oily skin types as it doesn't feel sticky at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2016
eBrand originally started with these essential oils, so I trust and use the oil products. I just apply them directly to my skin, and it's also great to rub a drop on my upper lip before bed for some aromatherapy. It's a bit heavy for facial use and doesn't absorb very well, so I mix it into my moisturizer when I use it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinMar 14, 2016
Adding a drop or two of this to your moisturizer makes it feel nice and hydrating. The fragrance is a bit disappointing, I suppose. Being an organic product, it does have that slight downside.
