This is an essential item for extremely dry skin during fall, winter, and spring when it is extremely dry. The product itself is mild yet creamy, and the oil-moisture balance is good, but it has a lot of oil content, which is exactly what extremely dry skin needs. Trouble is not an issue, but it's not recommended for summer or humid days. There is a slight stickiness, and the oil content rises due to humidity. For seasons with a lot of sweating or high humidity, it would be better to use the same product one step down from the Ultra version. I tend to use it all year round except for summer. This is an amazing product that makes my extremely dry, 93% dehydrated skin become moisturized and supple. I think this will be my go-to lotion for life. After application, it appears greasy, so I can't go out immediately after applying it.. I always use this one. It's a bit thicker than other body lotions, but it seems to moisturize well! My skin sometimes seems to have small bumps, but it seems to be well-moisturized, so I just use it.
