After rolling, the eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner all melt, and the area around the eyes becomes black with makeup residue. But when you rinse it all off with water, there's no sliminess left, and it's washed away cleanly and refreshingly. I usually do a double cleanse with water at the end, but even just one was sufficient. It's so satisfying to see the makeup just wash away. There's no eye irritation at all. And it's not drying or squeaky-clean, but leaves the skin feeling somewhat moisturized, which is nice. The scent is a light, vitamin C-like fragrance. The cleansing balm stick is very convenient, with a cap that you can easily pull out and put back on. I used to use a cleansing balm that had an additional plastic inner cap, and that would get dirty. The packaging isn't very large, but the balm is so effective that a little goes a long way, so it should last a while! I had a cleansing balm that I used to really like, but this one is so satisfactory that I'm not even sure I need to try anything else going forward.
ConsThe only thing is that when melting it in the palm of my hand, it doesn't fully melt, and some granular bits remain. But even then, when rolling it to remove makeup, it ends up melting anyway.

You can just pull it out and use it, and then put it back into the lid! The scent was also a nice, subtle citrus fragrance that was refreshing and nice!! Of course, the cleansing was also extremely effective!! I had been using oil before, and on days when I only applied sunscreen, I felt the oil was a bit heavy, but the balm type is a bit lighter in texture so I've been using it conveniently on those sunscreen-only days! It melted well in my hands, so it wasn't difficult to use at all It dissolved well in water, so there was no residue left after cleansing Even with my sensitive skin, I didn't get any breakouts!
ConsIt tends to clump up a bit when scooping out, but you just need to rub it in a bit more to melt the small granules~ But the usage experience wasn't uncomfortable at all, so it was fine for me!
TipThere are no additional tips.

Texture It has a texture like ice cream that can be scooped with a spoon. It's not too runny or too hard, just the right firmness. When you scoop it with your hand and roll it on your face, the warmth makes it become oily, which was very convenient. The oil product I was using before often dripped a lot when I rubbed it on my face, but the Simple Log All Cleansing Balm doesn't drip down my hands or neck, yet it can be used smoothly. 2. Cleansing Power It removes makeup very thoroughly! I usually wear foundation, eye mascara, and eye shadow (with shimmer), and I prefer a cleansing product that can remove everything at once without having to use a separate eye makeup remover, which is a hassle. That's why I used to use oil-based cleansers, but since I have oily skin, I would sometimes get pimples after using them for a while. On the other hand, if I use cleansing tissues or liquid cleansers, I can't remove eye makeup like mascara properly. The Simple Log All Cleansing Balm satisfies both of these requirements. A small amount (about one scoop) can thoroughly remove all the makeup on my entire face. You don't need to put a lot of pressure or rub for a long time, as it cleans very thoroughly. I still do a second cleanse with soap, but I think just rinsing off the cleansing balm and finishing with the regular cleanse would be enough. 3. Fragrance/Irritation The fragrance is not strong, and it's not at all irritating. There's no stinging, itching, or any issues. I don't get any breakouts after using it. Sometimes when I use the wrong cleansing product, my skin gets irritated if it's overly cleansed, or I get pimples if there are residues left. But I've been using this for about a week and haven't experienced any of those problems. 4. Packaging The built-in spoon makes it convenient and hygienic to use. I was worried that the balm might melt from the warmth of my hands when I scoop it, but the spoon keeps it sanitary and easy to use.
ConsThere were some small granules that kept appearing when I was rolling the product on my face. It wasn't uncomfortable, but I had to gently crush them while using it.
TipWarming the product with the heat of your hands can help it melt nicely for application.
