In my experience, other cleansing balms were too irritating when they got into my eyes, and even after rinsing with water, there was still a lingering oily feeling as if it hadn't been completely removed. However, with this product, after washing, I felt like my skin's deep hydration was replenished, almost as if I had already applied a serum - it was truly amazing. It's gentle, rinses off well, and leaves my skin feeling clean... simply the best. This cleansing balm is so good that it motivates me to overcome my laziness and order it for delivery since it's hard to find in Olive Young stores!

I'm currently using an entire tub of this product that I bought with my own money! I discovered it through an ad and I'm extremely satisfied with this cleansing balm. I have atopic dermatitis and numerous wounds on my hands from eczema, so I can't use harsh cleansers. Oils and water-based products sting too much when they directly touch my wounds, which is why I started looking for a cleansing balm. They claimed it was a gentle vegan product, and it truly is - I can apply it with my wounded hands with almost no irritation, and it doesn't hurt at all when cleansing my atopic skin. It applies very smoothly and melts easily with body heat, allowing for even application without clumping. After spreading it on my face and rinsing with water, it doesn't feel slippery and leaves a fresh feeling. It also has good cleansing effectiveness, removing makeup thoroughly. So far, I've found almost no drawbacks, and its advantages are so significant that I continue to use it.
Cons
I haven't found any real downsides yet. If I had to mention something, it would be that I always struggle with portion control when using the included spoon. You only need a small amount, but I always end up scooping out more than necessary. However, it's easy to put the excess back, so it's not a major issue!

Pros
I love this gentle cleansing balm! It removes mascara and eyeliner completely, and personally, I found it incredibly effective for managing blackheads and sebum!!! Compared to other products I've used, I feel like there's more sebum coming out of my nose pores after cleansing with this... Haha!
Cons
It's a bit uncomfortable if it gets in your eyes... So I use a separate eye makeup remover and just use this for cleansing my skin

Pros
This cleansing balm has a refreshing sorbet-like texture and scent. I often try different types of cleansing balms, and I found this one to be great - the firm texture made it easy to scoop out and apply, and the packaging with the spatula built into the lid was very convenient and nice. Despite the firm texture, it melted easily in my hands and cleansed thoroughly, leaving my skin feeling gentle, moisturized, and great!
Cons
This was one of the rare products that had no downsides for me! The only potential issue is that since the balm is quite firm, it didn't adhere to my face immediately after scooping it out, so I had to start cleansing right away without being able to close the lid.

There's no irritation at all But it's cleansed thoroughly without any residue The scent is refreshing and nice (Clean baby - lemon scent?) It comes with a spoon, so it's easy to scoop out

Pros
The warmth of my hands alone is enough to easily melt it, allowing for smooth rolling. Using just a small amount and rolling it a little at a time works well. The scent is subtle and not overpowering, and it doesn't bother me. There was no burden in using it, and my skin didn't feel tight or pulled after application. It had a slightly velvety texture with a sense of moisture, so there was no uncomfortable tightness. It also didn't feel slippery after use, and it wasn't irritating, so I think even those with sensitive skin could use it. When I used it as a second cleanse, I felt it cleansed well and left my skin refreshed without any residue. I didn't experience any breakouts after using it, and the built-in spoon in the lid made it hygienic and easy to control the amount.
