  Pros

  The scent is close to unscented, but I liked the very faint baby emulsion fragrance. Although it's mildly acidic, it still gives a squeaky clean feeling, and there's less of that slippery sensation after washing. Since I don't wear much makeup, I can't really comment on its cleansing effectiveness.

  I had to stop using it because of blemishes. Looking at the ingredients, it seems like a gentle product, so I'm not sure why I'm getting breakouts. I think there were some small particles in it, but I'm not certain if that's what caused the irritation. I developed a lot of pustules and whiteheads, so I had to discontinue use. It's really disappointing.

  Tip

  This would be great as a gentle second-step foam cleanser for those without sensitive skin. The value for money is also excellent.

  As someone with dry and combination skin, I didn't experience any tightness after washing my face

  Cons

  This was the first time my skin stung after cleansing, so I didn't realize it was the cleanser's fault. Only after using a different product did I realize it was because of this cleansing foam. It's way too harsh on the skin

  I think it cleanses well... That's about the only advantage for me though.

  Initially, I was using this product with great satisfaction and no blemishes. However, halfway through, my eyes started to sting terribly. After washing, applying toner would cause severe pain around my eyes. Eventually, something like atopic dermatitis began to appear. I thought it was an issue with my makeup remover and changed it, but it turned out to be the cleansing foam. At first, everything was fine, but after using it for over a month, I wondered if this was a cosmetic allergy. My eyes hurt so much every time I used it that I ended up throwing the product away.

  ★First off, I have a skin type that becomes extremely dry when the weather turns cold. When I won the Ultra Calming Cleanser, I was really excited because I heard it had gentle ingredients! I apologize for not being able to use it for a long time as the delivery was delayed. -Absorption When I first massaged it onto my face, it felt incredibly soft, which was great! Sometimes you come across cleansing products that feel a bit stiff, but thankfully this one wasn't like that! -Cleansing effectiveness I was worried after reading some reviews saying the cleansing power was insufficient, but I found it to be fine! However, for delicate areas like eye makeup, it might be good to remove that separately.

  Cons

  -Scent I'm quite sensitive to fragrances, and this has a unique scent that's somewhat like milk. I think it might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of smell! Personally, I didn't like the fragrance. -Skin type compatibility This is a really disappointing aspect, but it seems like it doesn't suit my skin. The first time I used it and washed it off, I was surprised by a burning sensation on my face. I thought maybe my skin was just sensitive that day, so I tried it again the next day, but the same thing happened. I can't tell you which ingredient doesn't agree with me, but I think there might be others like me who find it incompatible with their skin.

I noticed many reviews saying the scent wasn't pleasant, but since I usually use Dokdo Cleansing Foam (which smells like laundry soap?), I found this scent quite tolerable in comparison. If a product with various ingredients smells too nice, it often feels like it's loaded with fragrances. So I'm actually okay with a less pleasant scent if it means fewer artificial fragrances! The Centella Asiatica extract seems to help with skin soothing, and as someone with blemish-prone skin looking for a gentle cleanser, this seems to be a perfect match for me. It even helps with dead skin cell management!

  To be honest, this was my first time trying a pH 5.5 foam cleanser... and it's fundamentally different from the cleansers I've used before. The consistency is really thin, but it cleanses so well and removes makeup effortlessly. I used to think that a squeaky-clean feeling was good and always removed my makeup that way, but with this pH 5.5 cleanser, my skin feels soft until the end. It made me realize, 'Ah, this is why we need to maintain a slightly acidic pH.'

  So far, I haven't experienced any blemishes or negative effects. It's a bit runny, so even a small squeeze releases a lot of product - I think a pump dispenser might work better.   I love that all the ingredients in this product have an EWG green rating! Thanks to its excellent formulation, it's suitable for all skin types. (Free from harmful artificial fragrances and sulfates) The foam is so gentle! You can cleanse your face without any irritation. Being a low pH foam cleanser, I found the overall ingredient list to be much better compared to regular foam cleansers!
