This is simply the holy grail cushion for combination skin. It's semi-matte, but goes on moisturizing at first. As it sets, it gradually becomes a hydrated matte finish. I highly recommend it! You need to buy one shade lighter than usual. I normally use shade 21, but I heard Javind runs dark (some even mentioned darkening, though I didn't experience that). So I bought shade 20, which is one shade lighter. - kw**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedJun 29, 2025
This is my first time trying a matte cushion after only using dewy ones, and the skin finish is incredible! The staying power is also great. It was a bit disappointing that it caused some darkening. Other than that, everything else was good. - yz********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 29, 2025
I bought a shade lighter than usual since I heard it was dark, and it turned out perfect! The coverage seems average. I think this cushion is really great for combination skin. The wink cushion design is unique, and the magnetic closure is convenient. It's definitely worth trying at least once. Since I have blemish-prone skin with acne and redness, my skin didn't look pretty with this. Even with concealer, it didn't cover the redness. Worse, it accentuated my skin texture, making me look older... I'd recommend this only for those with already good skin. The reviewer mentions having combination skin, which is a common skin type that can be challenging to find suitable products for. They appreciate the unique "wink cushion" design and magnetic closure, which adds to the product's appeal. However, the second review highlights the importance of considering individual skin concerns, as the product didn't work well for someone with acne and redness issues. This contrast in experiences emphasizes how personal skincare can be and the importance of choosing products that match one's specific skin type and concerns. - cy*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 28, 2025
It has great staying power and doesn't separate. The coverage is also better compared to other cushion foundations. As I have a lot of blemishes, I found the coverage a bit lacking for my needs. - gi****Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 28, 2025
Decent staying power I wore this makeup for about 7 hours while sweating profusely, and it didn't come off except around my philtrum where I touched it a lot due to sweat. The foundation did melt slightly from the combination of sweat and oil, but it didn't break down in an unsightly way. For combination dehydrated skin, it's a semi-matte finish that's neither too dry nor too moisturizing. Before setting, it transfers easily, but after applying powder, it adheres well to the skin with no transfer. The shade comes out darker than expected, so I recommend going up one shade. For shade 21, shade 20 is just okay. It doesn't particularly brighten your complexion, so if you want a brightening effect, go up two shades. There is some darkening over time. This foundation seems to work hard to stay put even in challenging conditions. It strikes a good balance for those with combination dehydrated skin, providing a semi-matte finish that doesn't exacerbate dryness or oiliness. However, the shade range might be tricky, and it may not provide the brightening effect some users desire. Setting with powder appears to be crucial for optimal performance. - do**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 26, 2025
It adheres well to the skin and has great staying power, not budging even after hours. It's less likely to settle into pores. My middle school daughter tried it and says it's the best she's used for covering blemishes. The shade numbers are different from the previous line. I usually use shade 21, but for this one I'm using shade 20. It varies from person to person - some say shade 19 is the right match for them. When purchasing, make sure to read lots of reviews or test it out at a store if possible. The foundation seems to offer good coverage and longevity, which is appreciated by both adults and teens. However, the shade range might be tricky to navigate, so it's advisable to do thorough research or testing before buying to ensure you get the right match for your complexion. - dl***********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 24, 2025
When I saw Ramnukki promoting this product so much during group buys, I got curious and decided to give it a try. The verdict? You absolutely must buy it! I have oily skin and had been resisting the purchase, but my curiosity got the better of me. I wondered, "How can someone praise a product this much?" Well, all my reasons for holding back vanished in a day. It's seriously amazing! Just buy it already, I'm telling you! First off, it doesn't slide off your face. Plus, it makes your skin look gorgeous. Want to catch the eye of that cutie you've been crushing on? This is your secret weapon! I'm begging you, please buy it. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin with some redness and texture, and this covers it all beautifully. I can't recommend it enough! If I really had to nitpick and find something to complain about, it would be that the amount of product is quite small. The reviewer is extremely enthusiastic about the product, emphasizing its effectiveness for oily and sensitive skin types. They praise its staying power, coverage, and ability to improve skin appearance. The only drawback mentioned is the small product size. - ge*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 24, 2025
For oily/combination skin For sensitive skin I absolutely can't recommend this enough!!!!!!! Everyone needs to try this. I love it so much I even bought the foundation. My skin isn't the best, but whenever I use the Javind line, I always hear things like "What did you do to your skin?" or "Your skin looks amazing!" I'm not exaggerating when I say I've heard this at least a thousand times. Staying power ๐ Pore coverage ๐ No darkening ๐ Skin appearance ๐ It's a semi-matte cushion that feels moisturizing yet matte. I think those with combination dehydrated, combination, or oily skin will be especially satisfied. It even has a bit of an Inner Glow, making your skin look incredibly good - it's a game-changer! If I had to point out a downside, it might be that it comes out a bit dark? But you can easily fix this by choosing a shade that's one tone lighter than usual! - ks*******Oily SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 21, 2025
The coverage isn't bad at all, and it adheres well to the skin. I think this would be great for those with dry skin. Maybe because I sweat a lot, but my foundation just slides right off. When I apply powder, my skin looks as cracked as a desert. Overdoing your skincare routine won't help, but neither will skimping on it. You need to find that perfect balance. - 8q********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 17, 2025
This is the best cushion I've ever tried! The adherence, lasting power, and coverage are all excellent! I rarely stick to one product, but this one has been my companion for quite a while now. It can look a bit patchy if your skin condition isn't great or if you haven't properly prepped your skin. However, it's less noticeable compared to other products. I recommend getting one shade darker than you think you need!
