I purchased this product at the beginning of this year and I'm still using it well even now in June. It's a tint that gives a plump, glossy look, and true to its name, it does seem to have good staying power. I used the "Salmon Brick" shade, which I really like because it has a unique toned-down brownish tint while still preserving a nice pink-based nude color. I think it offers great value for money, especially since I bought it on sale for less than 10,000 won. If you're thinking of trying it, I'd recommend this shade particularly for those with warm complexions! While it does have good staying power... It seems to come off a bit easily when eating oily foods. Other than that, I'm quite pleased with both the color and the glow it gives. The product being reviewed appears to be a lip tint with fixing properties. The reviewer emphasizes its glossy finish, good staying power, and attractive color, particularly for warm skin tones. They also mention its affordability. The main drawback noted is that it may not last as well when consuming oily foods. - no*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 8, 2025
I have such fond memories of using Etude's Fixing Tint in Midnight Mauve, so when I bought it again, I picked up this shade as well, aiming for something similar. I'm absolutely in love with it. It looks great applied thinly on bare lips, and it's equally beautiful when layered on thickly with a full face of makeup. The staying power is impressive even after drinking... In person, it has a much more toned-down, subdued look compared to the photos. Occasionally, the color doesn't turn out exactly as I want. But to be fair, that's probably more due to the condition of my lips rather than an issue with the product itself. - bj********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 19, 2025
Color payoff: The pigmentation is absolutely gorgeous! It applies beautifully. True to its 'fixing tint' name, it sets instantly upon application. Longevity: The staying power is truly top-notch. It even remains intact after eating. Staining power: When you vigorously remove it with a wet wipe, it leaves a subtle, pretty stain. Personally, I find this quite appealing. Recommended skin tone: Warm-toned beauties will go crazy for Etude House. It's seriously stunning! The color seems a bit too intense. The actual color on the lips differs slightly from the photo. It sets so quickly that it's challenging to blend with your fingers. Personally, I find the fragrance too sweet, which is a bit off-putting. - dk*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 9, 2025
The color is absolutely gorgeous. I've been buying tints lately, and this one has such a beautiful shade. It feels a bit drying and can be dehydrating. The color is similar to BBIA's 'Rococo Classic', but Salmon Brick has a slightly redder tone. I like to mix this with BBIA's 'Rococo Classic'. I apply 'Rococo Classic' on the outer part of my lips and use Salmon Brick, which has a slightly redder tint, on the inner part. - ju********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 8, 2025
The color payoff is just right - not too intense, with great adherence and lasting power! I actually prefer it this way, as overly pigmented lip products can alter my natural lip color and feel overwhelming. The shade 22~23 Autumn Soft is my absolute favorite... Though applying it full-on can make it too deep, so I usually apply and smudge it out. It's perfect for when you're tired of brick lips and want a subtle pink makeup look! The matte texture complements it beautifully too. It can be a bit drying on the lips, so regular lip care is essential. I usually apply it with a smudged, matte finish. For a more moisturizing look, I layer Dior Rosewood on top - it pairs wonderfully and looks gorgeous! I own several shades from this line, but I keep reaching for this one... For reference, the product color matches the packaging exactly. However, you really need to try it on your own skin to see if it suits you. I realized the final look can vary greatly depending on your makeup style, like how much you smudge it or how many layers you apply. - jj******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 6, 2025
Personal: deep undertone muted to true (doesn't pick up orange or yellow tones, no high-saturation colors) #12 Salmon Brick This is truly a tint I absolutely adore!! I initially bought it as a gift for my mom, but I loved it so much I got one for myself too. Color: It's like a pink-brown with a few drops of red mixed in. Actually, I bought it because I heard it suits warm muted to true undertones well. For those with a deep undertone that matches more with mauve and low-saturation colors, it might look a bit off! The color is quite intense. Full lip application is definitely not for me, but it looks gorgeous as an accent color. Personally, I'm really tempted to buy the Ginger Milk Tea shade. Texture: The texture is the main reason I love this tint. It starts off thin but as it absorbs into the lips, it becomes matte. It's on a whole different level compared to other matte tints - it adheres well to the lips while remaining soft and moisturizing!! While it doesn't completely eliminate lip lines, it applies so smoothly and evenly that it's impressive. Staying power: As expected from a fixing tint, the staying power is better than other tints! In terms of staying power, it's slightly below what I expected. The staining effect is good, but occasionally, the stain can be a bit light. - dh********Normal SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 31, 2025
The color adheres perfectly to lips with deep undertones. It's absolutely wonderful! It doesn't completely set, but the staying power is excellent, so I use it frequently. It's my go-to product. - cu********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 16, 2025
I was a bit worried when I saw it on screen, but the actual color is different from what I saw online, which turned out to be better. It's perfect as a base after makeup, not too flashy. Even when applied on bare skin, it doesn't look cakey and gives a subtle, lively glow. It's quite matte, so sometimes it can accentuate dead skin cells on the lips. When used alone, it can feel a bit drying. - se***********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJan 9, 2025
This shade complements warm undertones beautifully and looks lovely when applied. The staying power isn't bad either. It's quite matte, which seemed to accentuate dead skin cells a bit. I wouldn't recommend it. - lo********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsDec 12, 2024
I've been using the Fixing Tint in Vintage Red from the same product line and really enjoying it, so I decided to try a different shade. This one is a toned-down dried rose color. However, if you naturally have darker lips, even applying it lightly won't quite achieve the intended color. The staying power and pigmentation are pretty good, and personally, I didn't find the scent off-putting. I was too lazy to take a photo, but I was horrified to find that it left a fluorescent pink stain (cool-toned) on my lips. I quickly put on a mask to cover it up... Since it's a fixing tint, it doesn't come off easily without using a remover, which was really disappointing. Next time, I'll probably stick to the shade I was using before.
