ConsIt might be a bit too heavy, or the amount applied needs to be adjusted, as it can feel a bit sticky and thick.

ConsAt first, it feels cool, but it soon becomes dry, requiring additional moisturization. This is likely the case with any aloe vera gel. For some reason, my skin felt red and irritated. I thought it was due to the alcohol content, but it doesn't contain any alcohol, so I was puzzled. The ingredients seem good, but I'm not sure why it doesn't agree with me. There is also some pilling effect.💧

The heat is calmed down, but I didn't feel a clear soothing effect on the blemishes. When used excessively, it can be washed off like a mask. 1. Ingredients Aloe and propolis are the best ingredients for soothing, and this product didn't cause any breakouts either. 2. Soothing When I want to soothe my skin after being exposed to hot sunlight or when I have a lot of heat in my skin, using this as a pack gives me a refreshing, soothing feeling. If I apply it generously like a pack and then finish with a cream, it can be washed off like a mask, so it's good to wipe it once with a thin cotton pad soaked in essence before applying the night cream.
Cons1. I tried this product with propolis mixed in, as I had seen good results with an aloe soothing gel before, but it didn't seem to be as effective for my blemishes as I had hoped. It's possible that propolis cosmetics just don't work well with my skin, but it didn't help much in soothing my breakouts. 2. If I apply it generously and wait for it to absorb, when I put a cream on top, it can be washed off like a mask. It's better to apply just the right amount that can be absorbed, rather than a generous amount.
TipIf I apply it generously and then finish with a cream, it can be washed off like a mask, so I wipe it once with a cotton pad soaked in essence before applying the night cream!

There's a product with propolis added to aloe gel! The ingredients are simple, and I don't see any problematic components, so I decided to purchase it. I either apply this after cleansing and toning, or use it as a standalone product. Even though it contains propolis, the main ingredient is aloe, so I don't notice a significant difference from other aloe products. When I want to create a refreshing, uncomplicated skin state without excess oil, I use this product regularly. I don't really notice any distinct functions.
ConsTrue to its gel-like texture, it can feel a bit drying later on. Also, it doesn't spread easily. Even when I applied just a thin layer, it felt like it was absorbed quickly, and I had to reapply or add another moisturizer on top, which then made it pill up. The main reason I gave it 4 stars is that I would occasionally get a few mosquito-bite-like bumps pop up after using it for 4-5 days. So I would take a break and then try applying it again, but the same issue would sometimes occur. I wonder if it's because there are no moisturizing ingredients, so I tried mixing it with jojoba oil, but I would still get the occasional 'mosquito bite' spot. And it seems to get used up relatively quickly. I think it's better to buy it when it's on sale for 9,900 won. So I don't have plans to repurchase this.

ConsWhen I apply this, my makeup smears and it doesn't absorb well. It also feels like it reduces skin elasticity. I wouldn't recommend it.

ConsJust like the toner, the biggest downside is that if you apply it too thickly, it gets heavy.

It's good for soothing. - With propolis in it, it helps soothe the skin and calm down redness. It's less sticky. - Normally when I apply aloe gel, it feels sticky on the pillow, but this product doesn't feel too sticky and absorbs well into the skin. @ There's an authentic product mark, so I feel assured, and the product packaging is eco-friendly, which is good for the environment. @It's in a tube, not a pump bottle, so it's convenient to store in the fridge and use.
ConsThe formula gets pushed around. - After applying the skin essence and moisture cream, I applied the aloe gel, but it got pushed around on my face like a stain...
TipIt's a bit disappointing that the formula gets pushed around... It seems better to simplify the skincare steps and apply it.

Texture & Application As a soothing gel, it has an appropriate viscosity and applies to the skin like a protective film, but it does not feel heavy or greasy. 2. Soothing I placed it on my face after sitting in front of the monitor and feeling it getting too hot, and the heat went down quickly, leaving me with a comfortable feeling. Soothing gels are mainly for soothing and cooling, so there's not much else to particularly note as an advantage. If propolis suits you well, you can try using this product.
Cons1. Disappointing Effectiveness (Not a true downside, but a relative position) This product is intended for pure soothing, and it contains a large amount of aloe and propolis extract, but I did not see any dramatic effects on inflammation, which is why I included it as a downside. I had dramatic results with the Isol propolis soothing gel, so this product felt a bit lacking in comparison. 2. Pilling When the product dries, it pills up like when you rub a cleansing scrub. However, this is likely due to the propolis extract, so it's best to apply it as a soothing product and then wipe it off. + There are frequent instances of a stinging sensation after it dries. + Compared to the Isol product with the same concentration, the propolis-specific scent feels weaker. This may be because it's diluted by the aloe's own scent, but I wonder if the concentration is not as high.
TipIt's good to apply it anywhere that feels hot. Mixing it into a lotion is also good, as it helps with soothing and faster absorption.

My skin is always sensitive as a result. When I apply it before bed and go to sleep, my skin seems to calm down.
ConsIf you apply it without exfoliating first, there's a tendency for it to slightly peel off!

The moment I started rubbing it on my face, I was surprised by the immediate bouncy, plump feeling. I thought it would feel sticky when applied, but once absorbed, it becomes incredibly soft and smooth. Personally, I really dislike slippery and sticky textures, so I was very pleased with this. I also put it in the refrigerator and applied it cold, which felt refreshing. And because of the propolis, my blemishes also cleared up. When I woke up, my complexion looked much brighter. I've tried many other propolis-containing products from different brands, but Benton works the best for me.
ConsThe price is outrageous compared to other aloe products. And to be honest, using this alone feels a bit too tightening. There's a temporary effect of reduced wrinkles and a tightened appearance, but it still feels dry inside. If I apply it twice, it starts to pill. The Sidmool Aloe Essential didn't have this drying feeling at all. So I don't use this on its own, I mix in a drop of jojoba oil before applying, and then I make sure to layer a moisturizer on top. That helps with the dryness, but I still notice the dryness even after using a moisturizer. When I don't use this product and just apply a moisturizer, the dryness and tightness goes away completely. Now that my skin is more used to it, the blemish-clearing effect isn't as noticeable, but when I first started using it, the brightening and blemish-reducing benefits were quite visible, so I do recommend it.
TipApplying it cold feels refreshing and bouncy. Since using it alone can be drying, either mix it with something else or be sure to apply a moisturizer on top. The price is burdensome, so it's best to look for 1+1 deals, half-price sales, or Payco coupon discounts when purchasing.
