It's great for soothing the skin and feels light when applied to the face or body for calming effects.
ConsIt feels a bit heavy, and if you don't control the amount well, it can pill. The slightly sticky texture is also a bit disappointing.

ConsInitially it feels cool, but soon your skin becomes dry and needs hydration. This is probably true for any aloe gel. For some reason, my skin felt red and tingling. I thought it might be due to alcohol, but was surprised to find it doesn't contain any. The ingredients seem good, so I'm not sure why it doesn't suit me... There's also some pilling

While it cools down heat, I didn't notice significant soothing effects on blemishes. Excessive use can lead to pilling, similar to dead skin cells. 1. Ingredients: Both aloe and propolis are top-notch soothing ingredients, and this product didn't cause any blemishes. 2. Soothing effect: When you want to cool down your skin after sun exposure or if you naturally have a lot of heat in your skin, applying this as a mask gives a refreshingly soothing sensation. If you apply it generously as a mask, it may pill when you finish with a cream, so it's good to wipe it off once with a thin cotton pad soaked in essence.
Cons1. I've had great results with aloe soothing gels before, so I tried this one with propolis, but it wasn't as effective on blemishes as I expected. It might be a personal issue where propolis cosmetics don't work for my skin, but it didn't help much with soothing blemishes. 2. If you apply it generously, wait for it to absorb, and then apply cream on top, it can pill like dead skin cells, so you need to control the amount. Rather than applying a thick layer, it's best to apply just enough for the skin to absorb.
TipIf you apply it generously, it can pill like dead skin cells when you finish with a cream, so wipe it once with a cotton pad soaked in essence before applying your night cream!

The aloe gel and propolis combination works well, and I think it would be great for oily skin types. It's interesting to find a product that combines aloe gel with propolis! The ingredients list is simple, and I didn't see any problematic components, so I decided to purchase it. I applied it either after toner or on its own after cleansing. Although it contains propolis, the main ingredient seems to be aloe, so I didn't notice much difference from other aloe products. It's refreshing without feeling greasy, perfect for when you want to simplify your skincare routine. However, I didn't notice any outstanding benefits.
ConsLike most gel products, it can feel a bit drying after a while. Despite claims of no pilling, when I applied a thin layer, it seemed to absorb, but trying to add another layer or apply a different moisturizer resulted in pilling like dead skin cells. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that every 4-5 days, I'd get one or two small blemishes that looked like mosquito bites. I tried taking breaks and reapplying, and even mixed it with jojoba oil thinking it might need more hydration, but I'd still occasionally get these small bumps. It also runs out quite quickly. I'd recommend buying it when it's on sale for 9,900 won. For these reasons, I won't be repurchasing.

ConsWhen I apply this, my makeup pills and it doesn't absorb well. It also seems to reduce skin elasticity. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

ConsLike the toner, a major drawback is that it pills if applied too thickly

Excellent for soothing: - Perhaps due to the propolis content, it's great for calming the skin and reducing redness. Less sticky: - Usually, I dislike aloe gels because they stick to my pillow, but this product absorbs well into the skin without excessive stickiness. @ The authenticity mark provides peace of mind, and the eco-friendly packaging is great for environmental protection. @ The tube packaging, rather than a pump, makes it convenient to store in the refrigerator for use.
ConsThe formula pills: - After applying toner, essence, and moisturizer, I was surprised to see the aloe gel pilling on my face like dead skin cells...
TipIt's a bit disappointing that the formula pills... It might be better to reduce the skincare steps before applying this product.

Texture & Application True to its nature as a soothing gel, it has a suitable viscosity and applies like a protective layer on the skin, but without feeling heavy or greasy like an oil film. 2. Calming Effect When I felt my face getting too hot while sitting in front of the monitor, I applied this gel. It quickly reduced the heat and gave me a comfortable feeling, which I really appreciated. To be honest, I consider soothing and cooling to be the main functions of a soothing gel, so there aren't many additional standout features to mention. It's generally good, so if propolis works well for you, give it a try.
Cons1. Underwhelming Effectiveness (not a flaw, but comparatively speaking) While this product is designed for pure soothing and contains high amounts of aloe and propolis extract, I didn't see dramatic effects on inflammation, hence listing it as a drawback. I've experienced more impressive results with Isoi's propolis soothing gel, so this one felt somewhat lacking in comparison. 2. Pilling When the product dries, it tends to pill like dead skin cells, similar to when you rub a gommage peeling gel. However, this is likely due to the propolis extract, so it might be best to apply it for soothing and then wipe it off. + I often feel a tingling sensation after it dries. + Compared to the Isoi product with the same concentration, the characteristic scent of propolis seems weaker. While this could be due to dilution with the aloe's natural scent, it makes me wonder if the concentration might be lower.
TipIt's great to apply anywhere you feel overheated. Mixing it with an emulsion is beneficial as it both soothes and improves absorption.

My skin is always super sensitive as a result. When I apply this before bed, I wake up to find my skin has calmed down significantly.
ConsIf you apply this without exfoliating first, it tends to pill a bit!

I requested a sample first to try it out. The moment I rubbed it between my hands, I was surprised by its firm texture. While it applies with a rich consistency, it absorbs beautifully, leaving the skin silky smooth. I personally dislike slippery or sticky formulas, so this was perfect for me. I kept it in the fridge and applied it cold, which felt refreshing. Thanks to the propolis, my blemishes seemed to disappear. When I woke up the next morning, my complexion looked much brighter. It's really fantastic! I've tried various products with propolis from different brands, but Benton has been the most effective for me.
ConsThe price is quite steep compared to other aloe products. To be honest, it can feel a bit tight if used alone. It gives a temporary firming effect that makes wrinkles less noticeable, but my skin still feels dry underneath. Applying a second layer causes pilling. Unlike Sidmool's Aloe Essential, which never left my skin feeling parched, this one does. So I don't use it by itself. I mix a drop with jojoba oil and always follow up with a hydrating cream to reduce the dryness. Even with a moisturizer, I still experience some dryness, which I believe is due to this product. When I skip it and only use a moisturizer, I don't feel any tightness or dryness at all. Now that my skin has adjusted, I don't see as dramatic an improvement in blemishes. However, I still recommend it for the initial visible effects on blemishes and brightening.
TipIt feels great when applied cold - cooling and firm. If using alone, it can be drying, so mix with something else or make sure to layer a hydrating cream on top. To make the price more manageable, look out for 1+1 deals, half-price sales, or use PayCo coupons when purchasing!
