The fragrance is clean and the product is relatively gentle. One side of the pad is slightly rough and the other side is smooth, so it's good to use the rough side to exfoliate areas that need it. I've been using the Chungbo Cleanser for the second time and noticed significant improvement in my skin texture. I also tried the toner pads and was pleasantly surprised - my skin felt so smooth the next day. The toner is incredibly hydrating, so I'm very satisfied with the product. ▪️It's easy to open and close, and the tweezers inside are hygienic when you open the lid! The essence is visible from the bottom, and the design is clean. The pad size was just right as well. ▪️For me, the cleansing pad had a slightly irritating feeling at first, but it became fine as I used it. After use, the pad feels moderately bouncy and smooth, with a moisturized feel. I don't like oiliness or stickiness, and the absorption is not bad, and the exfoliation also feels somewhat organized! I was able to try the product as a winner of the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program. The first thing that impressed me was the clean ingredients. Often, products with good ingredients lack in performance, but this one excelled in both. The cotton pads are of great quality - they feel smooth and can be used without any irritation. The fact that it comes with a separate case to store the tweezers is a nice hygienic touch. The toner-like texture is slightly bouncy, which helps to better hydrate the skin. The toner was soaked in just the right amount, which was great, and the fragrance-free scent was even better! I used it twice a day, in the morning and evening, for a week, and I definitely noticed my skin texture becoming smoother and much more hydrated. I was amazed that even after just one use, my skin felt plump and my makeup applied better. I will definitely repurchase once I finish this bottle!! As the weather is starting to get warmer, I plan to use this as a cooling face mask when my skin feels heated. The amount of toner that the pad can hold seems perfect for masking, as the pad remains moist even after thoroughly cleansing and allowing the toner to absorb (the embossed side and regular cotton side both work great for this!). A particularly nice feature was the built-in plastic tweezers, which allow for hygienic application.

There was nothing I disliked - this toner worked incredibly well for my skin and I could feel the effects after just one day of use!

As a self-proclaimed 'toner pad enthusiast', I've tried various toner pads and would like to share my review after using this product for over a week. Since today is the last day of the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program, I've been using it for about 3-4 days. Size - Small (3/5) Compared to other pads I've used, such as the Abib Heartleaf Pad and the B.Plain Gauze Pad, this one is also quite small. As a male user, I found it slightly inconvenient as it would partially cover my cheeks. However, if you're using it for exfoliation and cleansing purposes, the size may not be an issue. Essence Amount - Not too much (3/5) Some toner pads are soaked in an abundance of essence, to the point where the pad feels saturated. On the other hand, there are pads that feel quite dry. The Vegan Effect Pad strikes a balance - the essence is not overly abundant, but the pad is still sufficiently damp. Usage & Functionality - Moisturizing and effective (5/5) As those who use toner pads know, even after cleansing, there can still be impurities left on the skin that get picked up by the pad. This pad effectively removes those impurities, while also providing exfoliation and cleansing benefits. The moisturizing effect also lasts for a good amount of time after use. Overall Rating - 4/5 Overall, this is a good product! Even though I received it as part of the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program, if I had come across it at Olive Young, Lala Blah Blah, or other drugstores, I would have definitely taken a closer look and considered purchasing it. The only minor inconvenience for me as a male user was the smaller size and the relatively moderate amount of essence, but these are not major drawbacks.

When I'm busy, I find it's great to wipe and then immediately cleanse both sides. Just pat it on and it leaves my cheeks so smooth! And then using a tone-up stick really helps too! The end.
Cons
It's a shame the product couldn't help with my acne. While a face mask alone couldn't fix it, I wonder how much better it could have been if I had used a mask as well. 😂

💧I'm the type of person who usually doesn't remove the plastic lid inside creams when using them. But this pad also has a thin lid (?) for evaporation prevention. However, that lid can only be detached by twisting the main lid, so the open-type lid becomes useless...😂 It would have been better if I could detach the lid when opening the main lid.
