Pros

I had a terrible experience with this product. I've never had acne before, and my skin is on the dry side. After using this, I developed painful, cystic-like acne on my nose, chin, and forehead. The inflammation was severe. I tried taking a break and using it again, but the acne came back immediately. I've attached photos showing the different stages of the breakout. The pink spots are the current inflamed blemishes, the blue ones are about 2 weeks old, and the green ones are new, hard, and uncomfortable. My skin also doesn't seem to be producing less oil at all. In fact, the pores on my chin have expanded, and there are more whiteheads and blackheads. I even tried using it on my legs, where I have mild keratosis pilaris, but that just caused inflammation there too. I've never had my skin react this badly to a product before, and I don't have any other allergies or sensitivities. I'm at a loss for how to restore my skin after this disaster. I'm so disappointed. The advertisements and reviews were so positive, and I tried other products from this brand, but they've all been terrible. I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience has been so awful that I had to share. I bought 2 bottles, but I can't even bear to look at them. Even 1 star feels too generous.

Pros
I selected 4 stars, but to be honest, I would like to give it 3.5 stars. The reason I decided on 4 stars instead of 3 is that the packaging design was a major factor. I've tried several pad products, and the difference in whether the tweezers can be hygienically stored is really significant. Even if the product has tweezers, if they can't be stored properly, it eventually becomes a hassle to use them, and you end up losing them. But this product has a feature that allows you to store the tweezers on the lid, which I really liked. The pad size is also not too large, so in my case, I could manage all areas with just a few fingers, which was great. The thin thickness also meant that I could feel the intensity on my skin more accurately during cleansing, allowing me to minimize the pressure and avoid irritation.
Cons
Since it contains exfoliating ingredients, I didn't use it every day. For the first few times, it seemed to manage the dead skin well, and I was pleased. But after about 2 days of use, the dead skin became even worse. Pros
The pad embossing provides good cushioning, and it feels soft, so it seems like a good option for using as a toner pad! I've also used other toner pads, but the ones from other brands are thinner, so using them just for the toner pack and not as a toner pad can feel a bit rough. This product seems good for using as a toner pad.
Cons
