I've always thought that centella didn't work for me because whenever I used it, my skin issues seemed to get more inflamed and irritated. So, as a final test of centella, I purchased and tried the renewed Aromatica Aloe as a substitute! -Advantage: Inflammatory acne calms down quickly

There's nothing much to it... The only good thing is that the price is affordable.

I bought the cica gel because I had great results using the aloe gel, but within two days, I suddenly broke out in small bumps all over my forehead... This is the only new product I've introduced, and it's really distressing. I've been suffering from these small bumps for almost two weeks now, and they just won't go away. If you've been using the aloe gel well, I'd recommend just sticking with that.
