It's great to use in the summer. It soothes skin irritated by the hot sunlight and also calms skin troubles, so it's a product that is truly indispensable in the summer.

In winter, the skin dries out quickly, so I don't recommend it.

I thought there was only aloe gel, but I was so glad to find the Cica line. It's great that it helps with redness and acne too.
Cons
If I put it in the refrigerator to use it cold, I'm worried that the bottle structure will cause water to accumulate at the top neck portion and drip down onto the contents below, causing it to spoil.

Pros
This is one of my favorite soothing gels! I've tried all the different types of Aromatica soothing gels, and this Cica Calming Gel was the best one for me. It applies smoothly without any stickiness or dryness, and it's really hydrating. Plus, I saw the calming effects quickly, so I would apply it to any troubled areas and they recovered fast!
Cons
The only downside is the packaging, I guess. Since it's a pump bottle, it's a bit tricky to get the last bit of product out when it's running low - I have to shake and tap it a lot to use up the last of it.

The Aromatica Aloe Gel is a product I always use. I tried the Cica Calming version. It seems to be good for soothing troubled skin.

I have combination skin that develops acne depending on my condition! I keep the product in the fridge and use it, but I used the wrong cosmetics and had a lot of acne on my T-zone, so I used this product to calm it down. Using it cold, the calming effect is definitely stronger. It's good to use as is, but using it cold is just so nice. It takes a little time to absorb, but the calming effect is still great! When you apply it, it has a slightly sticky texture, but putting on lotion after is good!

When I had skin troubles, applying it helped calm them down quickly. And when I used it along with a scar cream after squeezing pimples, the reddish marks seemed to fade away faster.
Cons
The only downside was that it made my skin a bit dry when used alone!!! So I preferred to apply it thickly like a face pack, rinse it off, and then use a toner and moisturizer.
