  For someone with severe deep dryness, this product manages to tackle that issue after just two applications... That's the main thing I noticed.

  Cons

  First off, it's extremely sticky. Strangely, it also causes a burning sensation on my face. While the Sante mist works perfectly for me, I'm not sure why this one reacts differently. Most importantly, it triggered a massive breakout of folliculitis.

  Tip

  I'd recommend this for those with dry skin without acne.

  This seems great for those with dry skin. It's a mucin-based toner that can be used in a bubble container like a bubble skin, which helps combat dryness. The hydration lasts long after application.

  Cons

  However, I wouldn't recommend it for combination dehydrated skin, oily, or those who don't have dry skin. After using it, I noticed blemishes popping up, so I had to stop using it.

  The scent is pleasant, and it's great to apply when your skin feels dry! I'm even more satisfied using it in a bubble dispenser for easy portioning. I bought the pads too and use them like a mask, but I actually prefer this method more!

  I'm using the set I purchased, but when I use all the products together, it can lead to some blemishes due to over-nourishment. It might be better to apply just one or two items depending on your skin's needs.

  My skin was dry, so I was looking for solutions when I came across Centella products. This toner gave me an instant moisturizing feeling and a beautiful glow as soon as I applied it. I've been using it consistently.

  Cons

  I had been using it regularly, but when summer came and my skin became sensitive to sunlight, it started to feel a bit sticky and seemed to cause some blemishes. I'll put it away for now and use it again in winter.

  In winter, when I layer it and reapply, it makes my skin feel hydrated and gives me that Inner Glow effect.

  Hydration?! I can't see any benefits since I got small bumps, but my sister with dry skin raves about it... Definitely recommended for dry skin types!

  I bought it for the good ingredients, but it's sticky and when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels excessively oily. At first I thought it was hydration, but now I realize it's probably just product residue. I should have checked Hwahae reviews before buying. After using it as a skin pack for two consecutive days, I got small bumps. Those with combination to oily skin, please avoid this product.

  I have super sensitive skin that reacts instantly even to the gentlest sunscreens if applied incorrectly. Wondering if it's due to lack of hydration, I've been trying every basic skincare product known for moisture. That's when I discovered Santé. I've used it as a toner and as a mask. First off, I love how generous the volume is!

  Cons

  Due to the product's nature, it has a sticky texture and absorbs slowly. You need to apply it in small amounts, allowing each layer to absorb fully. Because of its viscosity, a little goes a long way on your face. Otherwise, you might experience small bumps or blemishes appearing quickly. While massaging in the toner, it sometimes foams up, but that dissipates quickly. The sticky feeling, however, lingers... It's kind of like having candy residue on your hands. Once it's fully absorbed, the sticky sensation does go away (mostly, leaving just a slight residual feeling).

  Tip

  Face wash pack. To be honest, I now use this as a face wash pack. Please, everyone, try it as a face wash pack. Mix 700ml of water with one full cap of toner. Use this mixture for your final rinse. You'll truly feel the difference. I'm not kidding!

  Skin Type: - Not extremely dry, but feels tight after cleansing if I don't apply anything. After about a day, some oil appears, but it's sticky and unpleasant... Not sure if I have sensitive dry skin or combination skin. I rarely get cystic acne, but occasionally get small bumps. - BB cream works fine, but for foundation, I need to use a mask the night before and be really thorough with toner and skincare on the day of, plus put extra effort into the base. If I carelessly pat it on with a puff like others do, it all separates. - Currently using a mineral sunscreen due to eye sensitivity, even though I feel deep dryness when applying makeup. However, it caused small bumps every time I used it, so I had to stop. I'm not sure if it's just my skin, but the application isn't great either. It feels slippery, and foam appears, making it feel unpleasant. It also makes my face feel itchy. There's a firm feeling, but it's more like an oily shine. I was too lazy to cleanse again, so I just slept thinking it was hydration, but it seems the oiliness caused small bumps. It's not cheap either, which is disappointing

  I had been using another toner, but this winter my face was exceptionally dry and felt like it might crack, so I decided to give this a try. Having purchased it in the dead of winter, I was amazed and pleased to find that even after sleeping, my face no longer felt dry or on the verge of cracking when I woke up. It even seemed to reduce some of my small bumps. They call it the 'Soother Toner' because it's hydration plus hydration, and it truly feels like it's recharging my skin's moisture. The ingredients are excellent, which makes sense given that it's used in professional skincare clinics.

  Cons

  The price is quite high. While it worked well when my face felt like it might crack in the cold winter, it doesn't seem suitable for warmer seasons like now. As someone with dehydrated yet oily skin, I find it too heavy and sticky at the moment. As the weather has warmed up, I've noticed occasional blemishes appearing. Although I'm using it with a foam dispenser, the original bottle cap is a bit inconvenient to use directly.

  Tip

  You can find it at a slightly lower price through Instagram group buys. For combination dehydrated or oily skin types, I'd recommend using this only in the depths of winter. It's great for calming the skin if you soak a cotton pad with the toner, chill it in the fridge, and use it as a skin pack. For those with dry skin, this toner would likely be perfect year-round.
