Pros
I tried my friend's product and I really really really really like the product I bought as well. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth the price and I really like it. It's bouncy and effectively controls sebum and dryness, and I really like it. It's one of my holy grail products.
Cons
It's greasy to use in the summer, so I use a different toner in the summer.

- It was extremely moisturizing, especially nice to use in the winter I used it in a foaming dispenser, and it provided a satisfying combination of moisture and oil - While personal preference, I liked the fragrance - Even just using it twice was enough to feel sufficiently moisturized
Cons
- I don't think it's overpriced given the volume - It has good moisture, but the oiliness may not be ideal for summer
Tip
Using it 4 times a day in a foaming dispenser, it lasted about 3-4 months

Pros
It is moisturizing. It has a glossy finish. It helps control sebum. It applies makeup well.
Cons
It feels sticky. Even though I applied it thinly on my forehead, it gave me white sebum the next day ㅜㅜ I tried it again hoping it would calm my skin, but the same phenomenon happened again ㅜㅜ I guess I'll have to use it only in the winter Since it's summer and the humidity is high and my skin is oily, it doesn't work for me yet... I just use a toner pad and a moisture pack on my cheeks.

Moisturizing?! I'm not sure about the benefits of millet, but my sister with dry skin raves about it... Highly recommended for those with dry skin!
Cons
I bought it because the ingredients were good, but it's sticky and there's excess oil in the morning (At first I thought it was moisturizing, but I think it's the oil from the cosmetics). I should have searched Hwahae first before buying it. I did a sheet mask for 2 days in a row and got millet pimples. Those with combination/oily acne-prone skin should not use this.
Tip
For oily, acne-prone skin, don't do a sheet mask with this toner. You'll get millet pimples. 😭

The moisturizing effect was great and it was gentle. It's like a toner or an ampoule? You can skip the ampoule and just use this toner alone for your morning skincare routine.
Cons
If you apply too much, it can feel heavy and have a lot of oil. If you're looking for a refreshing toner formula, you might want to try something else.

This product would be great for those with dry skin. I've only been using it for about 3 days, so I'm not sure yet, but I bought it because the esthetician said it's good for dealing with milia.

Don't use this if you have oily skin. It will just make it worse. They say it's good for milia, but that's not true. The oil content is no joke.

I received a sample, tried it, and liked it so much that I bought the large size. It has great moisturizing power and smooth application. There are many reviews about it causing bumps, but I did not experience that. It's a great product.

For someone like me with dry skin, the moisturizing power will likely satisfy you. However, for oily skin types, it may be a bit heavy. My boyfriend has oily skin, and it took a while for his skin to absorb it, and he said it felt greasy. And the price... For toner, it's better to use a good value option and apply generously.
