Pros
I've been using it since winter and it has good moisturizing properties. After applying, it feels a bit sticky.
Cons
After using it for about a month, I had an allergic reaction. Eyelid and facial swelling like atopic dermatitis I discontinued all Sang-te related products.

I think it would be good for those with dry skin. It's a mucus-type toner, and when you put it in a bubble container, you can use it like a bubble skin to help control dryness. Even after applying it, the moisture lasts for a long time.
Cons
But I don't recommend it for those who are not dry, like combination, oily, or acne-prone skin types. After I applied it, pimples started popping up, so I can't use it.

I came across the Sante products while looking for something to address my dry skin. This toner left my skin feeling instantly hydrated and glowing the moment I applied it. I've been using it consistently.
Cons
After using it diligently, once summer came and I was exposed to sunlight, I started to feel it becoming a bit sticky and noticed some blemish-like bumps appearing. I'll have to put this aside for the summer and bring it back out again in the winter.
Tip
In the winter, when I layer it and apply more, it leaves my skin feeling deeply moisturized and radiant.

Moisturizing?! I'm not sure about the benefits of millet, but my sister with dry skin raves about it... Highly recommended for those with dry skin!
Cons
I bought it because the ingredients were good, but it's sticky and there's excess oil in the morning (At first I thought it was moisturizing, but I think it's the oil from the cosmetics). I should have searched Hwahae first before buying it. I did a sheet mask for 2 days in a row and got millet pimples. Those with combination/oily acne-prone skin should not use this.
Tip
For oily, acne-prone skin, don't do a sheet mask with this toner. You'll get millet pimples. 😭

💧 Skin Type - Not exactly oily-dry, but after cleansing without applying anything, the skin feels taut and some oil comes out after a day, but it's an unpleasant, sticky oil...
