ConsIt felt a bit heavy for summer use I'll save it for the changing seasons or winter

It worked great as an exfoliating toner, helping to remove dead skin cells. I enjoyed using it on a pad before bed. This product not only smoothed out my skin texture and gave me a beautiful glow, but it also had a calming effect. I usually don't use toners much, preferring pads instead, but this one was so good that I kept reaching for it. It's become my go-to when my skin feels dehydrated, and I use it a lot before applying makeup. When I use this product before makeup, my foundation applies more evenly without any patchiness or heaviness. I highly recommend it, truly!! I'm currently on my third bottle. It's especially great for those with dry skin, but I think it would work well as an exfoliating toner for oily skin types too. Honestly, this seems like a product that would suit any skin type.
ConsThe only downside is that it disappears quickly with daily use. Don't leave me, my precious toner... It's so good that I can't stop using it!
TipFor a more beautiful skin finish, try using this toner on a pad as an exfoliating step before applying makeup!

I finally got the chance to try it, and after a week of use, here's what I loved: 1. I've tried various toners before, including watery and runny ones, but always felt they weren't enough to deeply hydrate my skin. I thought I needed emulsions or creams for that extra moisture. However, Dalba's toner, with its oil-infused formula, actually forms a moisture barrier, keeping my skin hydrated for longer. 2. The lightweight, oil-infused watery texture is perfect for layering. I can apply multiple layers, which is fantastic! With this layering technique, I found I could skip emulsions or creams entirely - the toner alone was enough to combat dryness.
ConsDalba, known for its flight attendant mist, has been on my radar for a while. I finally got to try it, and after a week of use, here's what I wasn't too thrilled about: 1. Since it's a water-based toner with oil, you need to shake it well before each use. If you don't, you might end up with just the oil dripping out. The need to shake it every time could be a bit of a hassle for some people.

Great for dry skin I have naturally atopic and dry skin. It feels comfortable to apply both before bed and under makeup, doesn't interfere with makeup application, and seems to penetrate deeply. (No worries about pilling) Usually, I'd need to apply an emulsion after toner to prevent tightness, but with this product alone, my skin doesn't feel tight. 2. Long-lasting hydration This product provides lasting moisture without excessive oiliness. Although I have dry skin, I don't like overly rich products. This one feels hydrating and smooth without being greasy, making it more comfortable to use. Over time, the surface may feel slightly dry, but there's a sense of retained moisture deep within the skin. (Highly recommended for those with dry skin who dislike stickiness but want long-lasting hydration) 3. Ingredients Dalba's cosmetic ingredients are so gentle, I feel reassured while applying them. (As an additional note, although I received this product as part of The Hwahae Testers program, I've decided to purchase it with my own money once I finish it. I've tried Dalba's sunscreen before, which I liked for its light, emulsion-like texture and hydrating properties. This experience has really confirmed the quality of Dalba products for me.)
ConsThe opening of the container makes it easy to spill product around the rim, so a dropper or pump-style packaging might be better. It often drips down the sides when applying. Other than that, I can't think of any particular drawbacks.

I apologize for writing it on the 10th when it was due by May 9th. Appearance: The packaging is so luxurious that it makes you want to display it on your vanity. Hydration: I've tried many skincare products, and those with an oil layer like this one seem to balance oil and moisture well, providing long-lasting hydration. This product gives instant and long-lasting moisture. I understand why Dalba became famous for their flight attendant mist - airplanes are incredibly dry. Application: Despite having an oil layer, it doesn't feel greasy and absorbs well into the skin. I was worried the oil in the toner might interfere with the next skincare steps, but there's no need for concern at all! Scent: The floral fragrance is absolutely delightful.
ConsPackaging: How did this lid design get approved? It's extremely inconvenient. Irritation: As someone with super sensitive skin, I have to be careful with oils even though my skin is dry, as sensitive skin can easily be irritated by them. The irritation isn't redness, but rather a slight itching sensation when applied. It's not severe, but it's noticeable, and on days when my skin is in poor condition, it becomes more itchy. On days when my skin feels irritated, I avoid using it.

It provides deep hydration without any inner dryness - absolutely fantastic! With truffle extract as an ingredient... what more needs to be said? Despite its water-based formula, it delivers moisture deeply without any stickiness, which I found extremely satisfying.
ConsI wouldn't recommend this for those with oily skin during summer! I'm afraid it might feel a bit sticky for them.
TipIf your skin is in poor condition or feeling extremely dry, try layering it on multiple times!

It's more hydrating than other toners I believe the toner is the most crucial step! It's the first skincare step, and it's important to get it right from the start. Other products sometimes evaporate(?) and make my skin feel drier after application, but I was surprised at how incredibly hydrating Dalba is. Maybe it's because it contains essence too, but it's really moisturizing!! 2. It absorbs well without sitting on the skin I especially liked that it doesn't slide around when applying the next steps, which can happen with other toners. It absorbs well but doesn't dry out the skin! 3. Ingredients While it's not completely free of potentially harmful ingredients, I think the formulation is good compared to other products! And above all, I love that Dalba is a vegan brand. 4. Scent It has a subtle floral fragrance that isn't off-putting. 5. Synergy effect when used with the ampoule!! Luckily, I was already using the ampoule before being selected for The Hwahae Testers, so I got to use the toner and ampoule together. Maybe it's just me, but I felt like it worked even better!
Cons1. Packaging I understand it's designed this way to shake before use, but a regular toner bottle would be more convenient. It splashes a bit every time it clicks, and since I'm not used to it, it's a bit inconvenient.
TipI feel like there's a synergy effect when used with other Dalba products! I'm planning to try their cream next. I'm 1000% going to repurchase this!

As someone with dry skin, I loved how the oil content made it feel more moisturizing on my skin. The lasting power was great too, which made me love it even more! The hydration and rich texture were so good that I didn't need to apply a separate heavy cream, which was another plus!
ConsThe only downside, as with all d'Alba products, might be the slightly higher price point. But the product quality is so good that I think it's worth purchasing even if it's a bit more expensive!
TipIf you apply this product once more after your toner, it absorbs even better, making your makeup go on smoothly and giving you that coveted glowing skin!

While I've been using mostly fragrance-free skincare products lately, this one lives up to its name. Applying this toner instantly lifts my mood and gives me a sense of comfort. - I was initially worried that the oil layer might make it feel greasy, but contrary to my concerns, it balances oil and moisture well, actually improving dryness. - Even after cleansing and applying skincare, I often feel tightness in my skin. But with this toner, I can get distracted and delay applying serum and cream without any discomfort - my skin stays supple and hydrated. - I was a bit concerned about some potentially problematic ingredients, but I've been using it without any issues, maintaining moisture and overall satisfaction.
Cons- On first use, when I shook the bottle and popped the cap, oil splattered out the front. (However, I quickly learned the trick: after shaking, cover the opening with your hand before popping the cap to prevent splashing. Then, a quick swipe keeps things relatively clean.) Still, I'm a bit anxious about oil getting everywhere when dispensing it into my hand. - It seems like the oil separates quickly after shaking, so you need to dispense it immediately after opening the cap. - On the first day, I experienced some slight itching after application, but it was fine from the second day onward. (I'm not sure if it's related to this toner, but occasionally I feel a bit of itching on my cheeks and around my lips.)

I used this product until the very last day before writing this review. Hydration and Moisture: Although it's a toner, it's a mix of water and oil, providing excellent hydration and moisture. The texture is watery, but after absorption, it leaves a moisturizing feel. As someone with dry skin, I can use this comfortably in all seasons. The balance of oil and water makes it suitable for combination dehydrated skin and oily skin types without feeling heavy. The oil is light and refreshing, not thick or greasy. After application, it gives a subtle glow, and when used as a toner mask with cotton pads, it creates a beautiful, radiant complexion. Firmness: At 33, my skin lacks elasticity and is very dull. Entering my mid-30s, I've noticed a significant difference in skin texture compared to my 20s. Despite being a toner, it leaves my skin feeling firm and glowing, which I'm very satisfied with. I later noticed it contains tocopherol (Vitamin E), which might be responsible for the firming effect. After absorption, my skin feels incredibly soft. As someone with dry skin, I'm extremely pleased, but I think it would work great for combination dehydrated skin too. For those with oily skin, this might be enough with just a light emulsion in summer. Of course, with my extremely dry skin, I plan to follow up with a light cream even in summer. Mildly Acidic Product: While I've heard of slightly acidic products, this was my first encounter with a 'mildly acidic' one. With a pH between 5.0-6.0, it's close to skin's natural acidity, providing gentle and healthy care. It's also a vegan toner without animal-derived ingredients, which I appreciate as a consumer. From the perspective of someone in their 30s with dull, less elastic dry skin, I'm 100% planning to repurchase after use!
ConsIngredients: Compared to some products with zero irritating ingredients, this might fall a bit short. However, I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation while using it. After using fragrance-free products for a while, I was pleasantly surprised by the subtle, not overpowering scent.
TipTry shaking the toner well, applying it lightly all over your face, patting it in, and then doing a toner mask on your cheeks. It creates such a beautiful glow! I had to go to the emergency room today and was suddenly admitted, so I couldn't bring any of my cosmetics and couldn't attach photos. I'll add photos as soon as I'm discharged! Trust me, this product is really good!
