The ingredients are good, and it absorbs quickly, penetrating deep into the skin. It doesn't leave any sticky residue and gets absorbed right away.
ConsThe biggest drawback is the container cap. It's extremely inconvenient to use and prone to leakage. Worst of all, the metal outer shell and cap seem to be fixed with adhesive, but the solution seeps between them, causing separation and making it slippery over time... I hope they improve this soon.
TipIt's much more convenient to transfer the product to a different container or replace the cap with a spray nozzle if possible.

Overall rating: 4/5 stars I'm satisfied with this toner as it didn't cause any blemishes on my sensitive skin and provided great hydration! 🌱 Unique features Unlike other toners, this one has a separate oil layer, which I found intriguing (I usually stick to basic hydrating toners). Despite being a water-based formula with oil, it didn't leave my skin feeling dry. 🌱 Application I thought the oil would make absorption super slow, but that wasn't the case. It glided on smoothly without feeling too slippery. 🌱 Fragrance I'm not usually a fan of scented products, but the subtle fragrance in this one was surprisingly pleasant. 🌱 Vegan cosmetics I love that it's a vegan product! I wish all cosmetics were vegan!
ConsIngredients While it didn't cause any blemishes, I found the ingredients a bit disappointing. It would be great if they could reformulate with less concerning ingredients. Packaging The packaging is inconvenient... it's prone to spilling during use. Also, it's a shame that the container isn't recyclable.
TipInstead of using it as an exfoliating toner, gently pat it into your skin to help it absorb better!

I finally got the chance to try it, and after a week of use, here's what I loved: 1. I've tried various toners before, including watery and runny ones, but always felt they weren't enough to deeply hydrate my skin. I thought I needed emulsions or creams for that extra moisture. However, Dalba's toner, with its oil-infused formula, actually forms a moisture barrier, keeping my skin hydrated for longer. 2. The lightweight, oil-infused watery texture is perfect for layering. I can apply multiple layers, which is fantastic! With this layering technique, I found I could skip emulsions or creams entirely - the toner alone was enough to combat dryness.
ConsDalba, known for its flight attendant mist, has been on my radar for a while. I finally got to try it, and after a week of use, here's what I wasn't too thrilled about: 1. Since it's a water-based toner with oil, you need to shake it well before each use. If you don't, you might end up with just the oil dripping out. The need to shake it every time could be a bit of a hassle for some people.

Great for dry skin I have naturally atopic and dry skin. It feels comfortable to apply both before bed and under makeup, doesn't interfere with makeup application, and seems to penetrate deeply. (No worries about pilling) Usually, I'd need to apply an emulsion after toner to prevent tightness, but with this product alone, my skin doesn't feel tight. 2. Long-lasting hydration This product provides lasting moisture without excessive oiliness. Although I have dry skin, I don't like overly rich products. This one feels hydrating and smooth without being greasy, making it more comfortable to use. Over time, the surface may feel slightly dry, but there's a sense of retained moisture deep within the skin. (Highly recommended for those with dry skin who dislike stickiness but want long-lasting hydration) 3. Ingredients Dalba's cosmetic ingredients are so gentle, I feel reassured while applying them. (As an additional note, although I received this product as part of The Hwahae Testers program, I've decided to purchase it with my own money once I finish it. I've tried Dalba's sunscreen before, which I liked for its light, emulsion-like texture and hydrating properties. This experience has really confirmed the quality of Dalba products for me.)
ConsThe opening of the container makes it easy to spill product around the rim, so a dropper or pump-style packaging might be better. It often drips down the sides when applying. Other than that, I can't think of any particular drawbacks.

While I've been using mostly fragrance-free skincare products lately, this one lives up to its name. Applying this toner instantly lifts my mood and gives me a sense of comfort. - I was initially worried that the oil layer might make it feel greasy, but contrary to my concerns, it balances oil and moisture well, actually improving dryness. - Even after cleansing and applying skincare, I often feel tightness in my skin. But with this toner, I can get distracted and delay applying serum and cream without any discomfort - my skin stays supple and hydrated. - I was a bit concerned about some potentially problematic ingredients, but I've been using it without any issues, maintaining moisture and overall satisfaction.
Cons- On first use, when I shook the bottle and popped the cap, oil splattered out the front. (However, I quickly learned the trick: after shaking, cover the opening with your hand before popping the cap to prevent splashing. Then, a quick swipe keeps things relatively clean.) Still, I'm a bit anxious about oil getting everywhere when dispensing it into my hand. - It seems like the oil separates quickly after shaking, so you need to dispense it immediately after opening the cap. - On the first day, I experienced some slight itching after application, but it was fine from the second day onward. (I'm not sure if it's related to this toner, but occasionally I feel a bit of itching on my cheeks and around my lips.)

On hot days like now, I think I could just use this product lightly in the morning. The oil and moisture balance was good too, not greasy, just the right level of moisturizing hydration. Scent: The fragrance might be a bit divisive, but I personally liked it. It has a subtle floral scent that made me feel good when applying. Design: As I'll mention below, the container is inconvenient, but it's so pretty... Maybe it's the gold accents, but it looks luxurious. When I put it on my vanity, it feels like my whole makeup area suddenly becomes more upscale. Toner pack: If you soak a cotton pad generously with the toner and use it as a toner pack, the effects rival those of a sheet mask! It provides just the right amount of hydration, making it great for light use.
ConsContainer: I think many people will agree with this - the container is really inconvenient. When you shake it to mix the oil and toner, the product leaks out of the lid. Opening and closing the lid was also difficult. I tried to rationalize it by thinking 'at least the container looks pretty'. Ingredients: I noticed there are three potential allergens, plus fragrance! I didn't experience any blemishes, but if you have super sensitive skin, please carefully check the ingredients before purchasing.

As a pregnant woman, I'm paying close attention to ingredients and have become sensitive to fragrances. After using this product, here are the advantages I've found: * Hydration - My skin usually feels tight and dry right after washing, but with the Dalba serum, I didn't feel any dryness throughout the day! For someone with extremely dry skin like me, long-lasting moisture is crucial, and this product worked well for my skin that's become even drier due to pregnancy. It contains oils, so I recommend it for those with very dry skin! * Scent - Pregnancy has made me sensitive to strong or artificial fragrances, often causing headaches. However, this product has a fresh, floral scent when first applied that I can use without any aversion. * Absorption - Despite containing oils and being very moisturizing, it doesn't feel sticky at all! It applies with a nice glow, doesn't make my hair stick to my face, and feels like it's deeply hydrating my skin. * Blemishes - Even though I'm prone to small bumps, I've been using this for a week without any skin issues.
Cons* The oil layer separates, so you need to shake it before use, which can be a bit inconvenient. I wonder if the oil will run out faster than the rest of the product! * The packaging is a bit tricky to use, making it difficult to control the amount dispensed. Since the formula is quite runny, I often spill some, which feels wasteful. * While I appreciate the fresh scent from the fragrances used, as a pregnant woman, I wish it didn't have any fragrance at all.
TipIf you have dry skin, you must try this! It'll become your holy grail product. When you apply makeup after using this, your skin looks beautifully dewy and glowing.

It's not heavy and provides just the right amount of moisture for a toner! ❤ Absorbs well ❤ Fragrance The scent is luxurious and I absolutely love it. It's a fragrance I want to keep smelling!
Cons💔 Packaging Please change the packaging, I beg you! Even when I shake it gently, it leaks. When I pour it into my hand, a drop or two always spills, making a mess. If it's just me being clumsy, I apologize. However, this is an inconvenience I've always experienced with cosmetics in this type of packaging, so I really hope you'll take note of this. Also, after shaking, when you first open it, sometimes the toner sprays out like it's being dispersed, so you need to be careful.
TipRecommendation The fragrance is amazing and it's quite moisturizing for a toner, but the packaging is really inconvenient. I'd recommend this to those who don't mind this type of packaging. The oil mixes well, but separates quickly, so mix it and use it promptly!

I need to apply Vaseline and mix face oil with cream just to keep my skin hydrated. It's that severe! As someone with truly dry skin, I usually only use toners for skin prep or cooling. I've been using the Dalba Essence Spray, which was just okay. So when I got the chance to try the Dalba Toner, I was really excited. And let me tell you, the hydration is fantastic! You can trust Dalba when it comes to moisturizing. It absorbs almost instantly without any stickiness or pilling. And guess what? It's vegan! The ingredients are really great. Even though I have somewhat sensitive skin, I had no adverse reactions. I think that's why it worked so well for me!
ConsAs others have mentioned, the packaging is really inconvenient. At first, I thought it had a controlled dispenser, so I tipped it without thinking. But it poured out like water, which was quite surprising! Still, this 'flaw' can be useful when you're in a rush in the morning, haha.
TipTry soaking a cotton pad with this toner and placing it on your face. The cooling and moisturizing effects are incredible! Your makeup will apply so smoothly afterward. I recommend trying this method on days when you really need your skin to look its best. Here's another tip: Soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently press it against your lips for a moment. It's amazing at removing dead skin cells from your lips. Use it like a lip mask!

After application, it gives a subtle glow. For dry skin types, water-based toners alone often feel insufficient for hydration, but this one, with its oil content, feels moisturizing even when used on its own. Of course, being dry-skinned, I still feel the need for subsequent steps to maintain hydration. It's my first time trying an oil-infused toner, and it definitely feels like it delivers a good balance of oil and moisture to the skin right from the first step, more so than regular toners.
ConsAt first, I thought the scent was reminiscent of high-end 'mom' cosmetics, but I found it too strong and off-putting. With continued use, I've gotten used to the fragrance and it's okay now. The cap design is very inconvenient - when opening, the product tends to spill and smear all over the cap and bottle. Due to the oil content, the whole toner bottle has become slippery a few times. Also, as I prefer to layer the toner multiple times rather than applying it just once, it's annoying to have to close the cap, shake the bottle, and reopen it each time as the oil layer separates quickly. The bottle gets slippery in the process. Oh, and when you shake it before use, a drop or two always seems to fly out!
TipI like to soak cotton pads generously with the toner and place them on my cheeks and forehead as a toner mask. After this, even when I apply the next steps in my routine, my skin has this beautiful glow. It's not an oily shine, but more of a healthy, radiant glow that makes your skin look really good!
