I thought Sulwhasoo products would be super thick, but this formula wasn't that heavy at all! It absorbs well and has a nice texture when you pat it into your skin. It's on the pricier side, and the herbal scent might not be everyone's cup of tea. - pk*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessMar 27, 2024
The ingredients are great, and the applicator that comes with it is excellent too Unfortunately, it didn't suit my skin and caused a lot of milia - hi*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 20, 2024
I applied it on my mom, and after just one use, she said many of those tiny bumps - you know, like milia? - disappeared. Wow, that's Sulwhasoo for you! It goes on smoothly and feels great. The spoon that came with it has a rounded end, which I was puzzled about at first, but then realized it's for applying and massaging the product. Clever! Interestingly, while the sample had a honey-like scent, the full-size product has more of a pleasant herbal medicine aroma. The price? Well... There's not much to complain about, to be honest. - se**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 28, 2024
As an eye cream can't magically erase existing wrinkles, it's more about prevention. So, I'll compare textures and share my experience using it. As someone with oily skin, I've been using lighter eye creams, which were fine. But with winter, my eye area was getting dry quickly. I was layering multiple light creams to get by when I spotted an unused eye cream on my mom's vanity. Trying it out, I found it nourishing without being too heavy - perfect for now! Compared to my usual cream in the photo, it's thicker and holds its shape without spreading. It absorbs well without causing any blemishes, so I'm quite satisfied! The price, I suppose? It's not something I bought myself - I'm just using samples my mom received with her Sulwhasoo purchase. It's nice to use without thinking about the cost... but that's the catch! Just a note - it has that traditional herbal scent that moms tend to love. - ma********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 16, 2024
- Slightly effective for wrinkle improvement - Feels rich and nourishing - Works well even with a small amount - On the pricier side - Has a moderate rich feel - Could use a bit more product in the package - bl********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 31, 2024
Effectively targets eye wrinkles and works wonders on laugh lines and forehead creases. As someone with oily skin, I found it a bit too rich and greasy for my liking. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJan 20, 2024
It has a rich, creamy texture with a bit of oiliness. Even though I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive, I'm using it well. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. - so****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJan 18, 2024
✓ Perfect application and lasting power. Applies neither too lightly nor too heavily. Absorbs flawlessly after application without any residue, yet you can definitely feel its presence. ✓ I believe it's effective. I have a habit of rubbing my eyes often, and one day I noticed sudden dryness and fine lines. So I tried this, which is said to be the best. It quickly addressed the dryness, and I could feel the effect even after washing my face the next day. With the dryness gone, the fine lines seemed to disappear too. ✓ Would repurchase. Although it's expensive, you don't need to use a lot, so it lasts quite long. Since it's effective, I plan to use it continuously. No irritation for atopic or sensitive skin! If I had to pick a flaw, the tool it comes with is a bit flimsy. But since I'm still using it to apply the product, there's really no downside. - gk********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJan 1, 2024
I love the rich texture of this cream. It absorbs well without sitting on the surface, and it's not overly sticky or greasy. When applied, it releases a wonderful ginseng scent that I absolutely adore. For an eye cream, it seems to lack a bit in terms of hydration. - al*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 25, 2023
I tried this as a gratis gift with my Sulwhasoo purchase, and it's way richer and thicker than other eye creams. That must mean it's really good, right? The regular price is jaw-dropping. I'm not sure if I can afford it with my modest salary. It would make a nice gift for parents though.
