Cleansing effectiveness - When removing makeup, I used a dedicated lip and eye remover for eye makeup, and only used the Dokdo Cleansing Milk for my base. I was surprised at how well and thoroughly it removed everything! Gentle - I didn't feel any irritation while using it. If you're looking for a mild cleanser, I highly recommend this one. Texture - While it has a thin consistency when dispensed, it doesn't drip or run excessively.
ConsScent - When I first dispensed it, the scent seemed citrusy, but when I applied it directly to my face, it had a slightly sour smell. Those sensitive to fragrances might not appreciate this aspect. Feel - Initially, it feels very hydrating, but as I continued massaging it into my skin, it started to feel a bit dry.

Pumping: One press dispenses just the right amount, which is great. It makes controlling the quantity easy! Skin: There's definitely a noticeable difference! Usually, after cleansing, my face would feel extremely tight and turn red and painful. But after using this, my skin feels firm and comfortable even post-cleansing. I'll probably use it often, especially in winter. Overall: I'm generally satisfied with it. I think I'll use it frequently!
ConsScent: It has a unique scent that reminds me of wood glue. Personally, I'm not a fan of it. Texture: Although it says to use on dry skin, I find it too thick. Sometimes I wash my face with water first, pat it slightly dry with a towel, and then apply it.
TipI use it on days when I'm not wearing makeup! Recommended!

I'm super sensitive! I switched from cleansing oils to cleansing waters a few years ago on my dermatologist's advice. This was my first time trying a cleansing milk, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, since I was already using a cleansing water from the same brand, I felt comfortable giving it a try. After about a week of use, I'm thrilled to report no blemishes or facial swelling - which alone makes me very satisfied! The texture is soft and hydrating, true to its 'milk' name. It applies smoothly too. I don't wear much makeup, usually just sunscreen or CC cream, and this milk cleanser removes it all effortlessly in one go. It even manages to remove light eye makeup, though I'd recommend a dedicated remover for mascara and lipstick. For the sake of this review, I deliberately skipped double cleansing, instead focusing on massaging the milk cleanser thoroughly and rinsing well. The result? A clean face that stayed hydrated until I started my skincare routine.
ConsWhile this product is sufficient for me as I don't wear heavy makeup, it might not be enough on its own for those who do. Also, while it initially applies smoothly and massages in nicely, it does thicken up after a while, making continued massaging a bit difficult. The scent might be divisive, but I personally didn't find it unpleasant.
TipI'd recommend using a generous amount to ensure effective cleansing without irritating your skin.

However, even after pumping about 5 times, it becomes a bit tacky while massaging, similar to how glue gets sticky when rubbed. This makes it difficult to massage thoroughly, which is why I deducted one star. ❣Cleansing effectiveness Despite feeling like I couldn't massage it in completely, it removes my usual sunscreen, eyebrow makeup, and tint effectively. With sunscreen, if you don't double cleanse, there's usually a stiff feeling when water touches your skin. But using this cleansing milk alone, I could finish cleansing with a hydrated and fresh feeling. ❣After-feel When I use a deep clean foam cleanser, my face feels too tight, and with oil cleansers, I feel the need to follow up with foam. This product, however, leaves my skin feeling moisturized, similar to using a low pH cleansing foam. Although the massage was a bit uncomfortable, there was no redness or tightness, indicating it didn't particularly irritate my skin. ❣Blackheads and whiteheads With cleansing oils, I could remove blackheads well, but whiteheads under my chin were always a challenge. Surprisingly, after using this cleansing milk morning and night for 5 days, the whiteheads under my chin significantly reduced, which I'm most satisfied with. An unexpected delight! Also, blackheads on my nose gradually come out while massaging, which is satisfying.
Cons❣Scent and application As others have mentioned, the scent is a bit unique. Personally, I found it close to unscented, but as it becomes tackier during massage, it starts to smell a bit like craft glue. Also, it becomes quite sticky during massage, making it feel like you can't massage thoroughly, which is a bit disappointing.
TipIf you pump generously, at least 5 times, you can use it with minimal irritation while massaging. It's perfect as a daily cleanser when you're only wearing sunscreen or light makeup without pearls or glitter. For combination dehydrated skin, the after-feel is moisturizing, and it's satisfying for managing whiteheads. I'm considering repurchasing!

I've been using Dewytree Cleansing Milk before, but I got selected as one of The Hwahae Testers and had the chance to try this product. It's not irritating and suits my skin well, so I wanted to share my review quickly. I usually only wear sunscreen and eyeliner when I go out. While it's hard to see if the sunscreen is removed, I tested the cleansing milk on my eyeliner (Kiss Me brand), and it was able to remove it effectively. However, it didn't completely remove my long-lasting tint in one go. Still, I think the cleansing effectiveness is pretty good for this type of product.
ConsPerhaps because I'm used to my previous cleansing milk, this one felt a bit stiff when rolling it on my skin. There's also a faint scent, which I found slightly disappointing.
