I've always been interested in kids' shampoos, but I've just been window shopping since my current product is well-priced and doesn't cause any blemishes. With kids' shampoos, I noticed that when the price is good on sale items, I worry about the ingredients. And when I like the ingredients, the price tends to be quite high (even with discounts or promotions). I was thrilled to win a product I'd been eyeing, giving me the chance to try it out. 1. It's fragrance-free. Being a baby shampoo, the lack of scent is reassuring. 2. It's incredibly gentle. As an adult user, I found it soothing on my scalp with minimal irritation. It even left my hair feeling hydrated. 3. The lather is fine and soft, though not particularly abundant.
Cons1. It doesn't leave you feeling as refreshed. Perhaps due to its gentleness, it lacks that invigorating clean feeling. It's like an all-in-one baby wash leaning more towards the shampoo side. 2. After washing, hair feels stiff and is difficult to comb. While the lather is soft, it's not abundant, so it barely feels like you're washing your hair before rinsing. It's even hard to run your fingers through wet hair after squeezing out excess water. This might not be an issue for babies with short hair. 3. The formula is quite runny and drips easily. Being transparent, it's hard to notice when it's running off your hands. 4. As an adult, I had to pump two or three times to get enough lather since it doesn't foam up generously. 5. It's on the pricier side. Even with discounts, 200ml costs between 10,000 to 20,000 won.
TipSince babies don't need hair treatments, I don't have any particular tips to share.

It's gentle enough for newborns, and we're still using it without any irritation even at 5 years old. I love that the shampoo and body wash come separately, as I'm not a fan of 2-in-1 products.
ConsSince it's a children's product, you can't expect the rich lather you'd get from adult products. But that actually makes it more trustworthy in my opinion!

We've always used 2-in-1, so this is our first time trying a dedicated baby shampoo. #I trust the ingredients and use it with confidence. I first discovered Botanical Therapy thanks to a sample I received somewhere during my pregnancy. Since it's for the baby, I always research the ingredients, and I found that most of their products have gentle formulations. Shampoo is applied directly to the scalp, and even adults are advised to use good quality shampoos, so it's even more important for babies who have more sensitive skin. I use this with complete trust. #Being fragrance-free, it suits my personal preference and doesn't cause any aversion, which I really appreciate.
ConsThey don't use chemical surfactants like SLE and SLES, claiming it produces fine, delicate bubbles rather than rich lather, but ironically, it foams up quite a lot! The excessive foam means I have to rinse the baby for quite a while, which can be a bit tiring. I can't help but think it might have been better if it produced a little less foam.

I love that it's fragrance-free and can be used on both the scalp and body. The best part? Thanks to its excellent ingredients, there were no complaints about tingling or irritation.
ConsDue to its slightly acidic nature, it doesn't produce a rich lather.

My child has started practicing washing their hair alone, and sometimes it gets in their eyes, but it doesn't hurt, which is great.
ConsFrom a child's perspective, the scent isn't sweet enough, which disappointed them. The formula doesn't create rich lather, so we keep having to pump out more product.

I've written my genuine thoughts without exaggeration, so please excuse the casual tone in the main text. I have oily skin and scalp, prone to both facial and scalp blemishes. I'm particularly sensitive, and incompatible shampoos can even cause blemishes on my forehead. Consistency: - When squeezed onto the palm, it feels like a very thin hair essence - It flows smoothly like water when tilting your hand, rather than being sticky Scent: - Initially has a slight dish soap scent, but becomes nearly fragrance-free when lathered Lather: - Surprisingly creates a rich foam despite its thin consistency and low pH - Foam dissipates quickly, almost as if absorbed by the scalp Gentle Formula: - Being a "baby" shampoo, it strikes a perfect balance - not too weak, not too harsh - Made me realize that baby-safe shampoos could be the solution for sensitive scalps - Leaves no noticeable residue and feels incredibly gentle - While the foam might not be enough for thick hair (I needed two pumps), it seems perfect for babies - Though pricey for adults, it's ideal for infants with its gentle formula and appropriate lather - While my scalp blemishes haven't fully cleared, it has helped reduce forehead blemishes caused by my previous shampoo. The gentle formula is its biggest advantage
ConsLather not as rich as expected for the amount pumped: - Slightly insufficient for adults with thick hair - Likely perfect for babies with less hair Very runny consistency: - Can easily spill if not careful when dispensing - However, I'd prefer to keep this thin consistency if changing it would require adding harsh chemicals
TipTips: - Create a 'well' in your palm before dispensing the shampoo - For adults seeking more lather, consider using a bubble maker or similar tool

I appreciated how it gently removed impurities. The packaging design was so sophisticated that you wouldn't even guess it's a children's product, making it perfect for gifting. Many baby bath products combine body wash and shampoo, which can sometimes leave hair feeling stiff. However, this product left my child's hair soft, and they really enjoyed it! I felt confident using it due to its safe EWG green ingredients, scalp-soothing effects, herbal extracts, and pH-balanced formula specifically designed for babies.
ConsSince it's a product for children, the lather wasn't as rich as some might expect. Also, I was hoping for a herbal scent, but it smelled more like dish soap. I assumed this might be due to the safe ingredients used in its formulation.

Unlike other mild shampoos, this one doesn't leave any itchy sensation, which I really appreciate.
ConsIf you prefer shampoos that lather up with rich foam, I'd recommend trying a different product.
