I'm more sensitive to dyes than fragrances, and this product is free of both colorants and shimmer particles. 2. Rich lather. The formula is lightweight and foams up well. It rinses off easily without feeling too slippery. 3. No stiff hair feeling. After washing, hair definitely feels less stiff and more manageable. 4. Gentle ingredients. Compared to other brands, the ingredients are milder, which I appreciate the most. 5. No irritation. Even the kids didn't experience any eye stinging or irritation.
ConsThe unscented formula was actually a bit disappointing. I think a refreshing citrus scent would have made it even better.
TipFor those with a bubble maker at home, try mixing one pump with a bit of water to create a rich, creamy lather before applying it to the hair. Kids love it even more this way!

There wasn't a day without scalp wounds. After trying many gentle wash and shampoo products, I skeptically applied for a trial of this specialized baby shampoo. 1. First, we bathe the baby every 2-3 days. After the initial use on July 14th, the frequency of scratching noticeably decreased after washing. 2. 2-3 days later, when I washed the baby's hair again, I don't remember seeing any scratching. 3. Due to summer, the baby sweats during feeding and scratches their head, so I started washing their hair daily instead of every 2-3 days. 4. Unlike before, there's no dead skin cells or scabs on the scalp - it's clean. The scalp seems soothed, and the baby rarely scratches their head now. I regret thinking that 2-in-1 (bath and shampoo) products were the only option for babies. I feel sorry that my child suffered so much because I didn't use this earlier.
Cons✓ It has a scent similar to dish soap. (However, I'm satisfied that it becomes almost unscented after rinsing.)
Tip✓ Despite its watery consistency, the pump isn't precise enough, sometimes dispensing more than needed for a baby. You can wrap scotch tape or a rubber band around the pump to reduce the amount dispensed, making the shampoo last longer. (I recommend removing excess water before shampooing.)

The result? No blemishes at all - it's great!
ConsThe scent is a bit like... dish soap? But since the ingredients are so gentle, I'll give it a pass.

ConsWhile the rich lather initially feels great, the frustration sets in when it's hard to rinse off. It leaves a slippery feeling, making it difficult to tell if it's fully washed away or not. The scent can be reminiscent of dish soap if you're not careful (though it completely disappears once dry).

It's free from harmful ingredients, which is why it's become my go-to product.
ConsThe scent is a bit disappointing. It smells slightly like detergent, unfortunately.

I wanted to wash her hair gently every time she bathed, so I tried this product, though I was skeptical about its cleansing effectiveness given its gentle ingredients. One pump is enough to thoroughly clean shoulder-length hair, and for shorter hair, half a pump should suffice. The cleansing power is actually better than I expected.
ConsSome people mentioned it smells like detergent, and I have to agree. It's similar to the scent of dish soap. I have a Dr. Bronner's Pure-Castile product that I use for showering, and personally, I think the smell of this shampoo is on par with that one in terms of intensity.

For my 7-year-old with thick, abundant hair, the Pure Baby Shampoo left it feeling soft and smooth, which was very satisfying. My 5-year-old has severe atopic dermatitis and can't use irritating products, but this shampoo didn't cause any itching. However, it did sting a bit when it got in his eyes while washing. For my youngest, who has fine, sparse hair, I found it a bit tricky to control the amount dispensed. The quantity that was perfect for my 7-year-old seemed too much for my 18-month-old baby.
ConsThe scent... it reminds me of dish soap (and not even a modern one). The fragrance is quite off-putting. It felt like I was washing my child's hair with cheap dishwashing liquid. Also, it's disappointing that it's not easy to control how much product comes out.

I've tried so many shampoos claiming to have great scents, even using up all the samples, but that unique musky odor just wouldn't budge. Then I won this Botanical Shampoo I'd heard rumors about, and I've been using it for about 10 days now. I waited to write this review because I wanted to give it a fair shot. First off, it actually tackles that sweaty boy smell. The ingredients are great quality. My son's eczema behind his ears has improved significantly. He developed it after his dad washed his hair a few times with adult shampoo. When we went to the doctor, they said it was a cosmetic allergy and told us to wash with water only. But trusting in this Botanical Shampoo, we've been using it for evening washes for 10 days, and I'm amazed to see his skin returning to normal!
ConsWell, the scent is quite amusing - it smells like dish soap! But once the hair is dry, there's no lingering fragrance. Actually, I prefer it that way.
TipSince it's a children's product, I think the key is to use a small amount and rinse thoroughly. Even when he showers alone, dad makes sure to help with the rinsing.

My 43-month-old is constantly running around and even when just lying down, sweats enough to soak through two handkerchiefs. Even after washing, there used to be a peculiar odor from the crown, but it's much better now! Of course, saying there's no smell at all would be a slight exaggeration. When my child sweated excessively, I sometimes used regular adult shampoo instead of baby shampoo (because the sweat smell wouldn't go away), but I was always a bit uneasy about the ingredients and fragrance. Since using this shampoo, those worries have completely vanished. I highly recommend this to moms whose children (especially boys) sweat a lot and have strong odors from their heads! We used to use the same product for hair and body for babies, but that doesn't seem to work for active toddlers who sweat so much. It's also praiseworthy that the ingredients are good and there are absolutely no harmful components included!
ConsThe scent that many people mention is slightly disappointing. It's similar to dish soap? Personally, I didn't find it overly bothersome, but this might vary from person to person. The pump, as many have pointed out, needs improvement - it's really difficult to control the amount. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the price point isn't exactly cheap.
TipAfter lathering up and washing the child's entire head, I used a foam maker to create some extra foam and gently placed it on the crown area. Then, after washing the body and rinsing everything off thoroughly, I found it really effective in eliminating the crown odor!

After she got a perm, the body wash left her hair tangled and frizzy, so I tried some store-bought baby shampoos, but they didn't really help. Then I got to try this product as part of The Hwahae Testers for about two weeks. From the first day, I was impressed! It's so gentle, lathers well, and doesn't cause dead skin cells to build up. I was worried it might sting if it got near her eyes, but my daughter said it was fine (she always speaks up if something's uncomfortable). I think I'll definitely be purchasing this to continue using in the future.
ConsAt first, when I was about to use the shampoo, I noticed it had a strong alcohol smell like soju, which made me wonder if it was okay to use. But as I continued using it, I got used to the scent.
TipWhen I give my child a scalp massage with a scalp brush along with this shampoo, it seems to help her sleep better that night.
