Pros
The particles are fine, so there's almost no clogging in the pores and the skin looks really good. There are no blemishes either. I've tried the Fair and Medium shades, but couldn't tell the difference. However, the Fair seems to adhere more closely, perhaps because it's more luminous. As a #23, the Fair shade matched me perfectly. Once you buy it, it lasts a really long time, and the case with the mirror is super handy!
Cons
The longevity isn't that great, and after about 3 hours, oil starts to come through.

Pros
My skin type is combination, and I chose a fair shade because it looks brighter and better. The color has a nice tone-correcting effect. It nicely captures the yellow undertone in my skin. The texture is very fine and smooth, and it applies well. Since it has a fixing effect, it doesn't feel greasy or heavy, and it has a slight blurring effect while adhering well. If I just use sunscreen or makeup base and finish with a compact, it can make my bare face look brighter, almost as if I'm wearing a tone-up cream. Even though it's a matte powder compact, it doesn't feel tight or dry after application. It doesn't seem to control oil for a long time, but the finish is great, and it doesn't cake when I reapply it.

The case was neat and overall it could be used as a mirror substitute, so you don't even need to open the actual mirror to comfortably see your face, which was a simple yet small advantage. The interior was neatly divided into a two-tier structure, and the puff was placed at the bottom, so it looked relatively tidy. I tend to use both the 23 and 21 shades, and despite having color, both were suitable without any issues. The adhesion was good, and above all, it did an excellent job of controlling sebum. Lately, I was worried whether the sebum and pores around my nose would last, but it really managed to control the sebum nicely, and I think it's a great product for people with oily skin. You can tell just by lightly swiping with your finger that the texture is really fine. It felt good with a soft, powdery sensation. The fragrance was just right, not too overpowering.

First, as soon as I saw it, the case was so light and pretty!!! It's very light, so it's also good to carry around in a pouch! I usually use shade 21 and do my makeup just slightly brighter than 21. First of all, the case is so pretty... it's shimmering itself. ✨ I did my makeup the same as usual and used this instead of powder at the end, and the adhesion was good and the tone was evenly groomed, so it finished brightly and smoothly. It finished powdery, but the inside of the skin still retained moisture, so it was just right to finish. I usually finished with a powder brush, but the 3ce Fix Powder has a puff built-in, so I finished with the puff, and it was applied a little thickly, but the fixing power was good.
