I used to prefer a dewy base makeup, but since wearing masks, I've been using a more matte finish to reduce transfer. After applying foundation or cushion, I lightly dust powder all over to control shine. ⚬ Color and adhesion The color matched my fair skin perfectly, and the finely-milled formula adhered lightly yet evenly when applied with a brush. ⚬ Appropriate matte finish and slight blurring effect The product provided the right amount of matte control without drying me out, and had a subtle blurring effect, which I really liked👍 ⚬ Packaging The simple, pretty case is convenient as it has a built-in mirror. ⚬ Longevity True to its powder purpose, the makeup stayed fresh and transfer-resistant on my mask, maintaining a smooth, non-shiny look for a good amount of time. I think this will be great to use in the upcoming summer season☀
ConsThe mirrored case is both a pro and a con, as it shows fingerprints easily😅 Having the puff stored underneath felt a bit inconvenient, and if you don't control the amount well with the puff, it can emphasize dryness, pores, and flakiness on dry skin🙈
Tip🐾To get the best results, I first built a hydrated skin base, then applied a very thin layer of base makeup. Afterwards, I lightly dusted this powder all over with a brush. For areas where my pores were especially noticeable, I tapped on an extra light layer with the puff, which made my skin look the most smooth and perfected.

Skin Type: Dehydrated, oily skin (acne-prone) The color I applied for was FAIR, a peach ivory that brightens skin with a yellow undertone. It comes in three shades, allowing you to choose the right color to match your skin tone. When oil comes up, you can use powder to create a smooth, matte skin finish. If you've struggled with makeup breaking down quickly and needing frequent touch-ups, this product can provide great adhesion, fixation, and longevity. Even after 3 hours of going out in the summer, more than half of my carefully applied makeup would wear off. Whether it was my skin 'eating' the makeup, during the oily summer season, this product not only helps control oil but also promises good staying power!
ConsYou need to have a solid base and use a fixing powder to minimize pore clogging. Even if the fine, smooth texture can create a smooth pore appearance, those with larger pores may still experience some pore clogging. While it claims to create a smooth surface finish, it seems inevitable that uneven skin texture will still show through. The makeup may appear lifted or accentuate flaky skin. The case tends to pick up fingerprints that don't wipe off easily. If dropped, the powder lid may open and the powder could potentially break. It would have been better if the puff was on top and the powder was below.
TipWhile using the 3CE Makeup Fix Powder, I recommend using a daily toner with AHA/BHA ingredients.
