The puff that comes with it is a bit of a hassle. The case also tends to pick up fingerprints easily. But I didn't really notice any other major downsides to the product itself. The powder is incredibly finely milled, so it can kick up a bit of dust when using a brush.

The product does a great job of controlling oil and leaves my skin looking smooth and soft. The lasting power is also decent. I bought the lightest shade since I use a base that's a bit too light for my 22-23 skin tone, and I wanted to use it as a sheer highlighter. While it doesn't make my skin super bright, it still does a good job of controlling oil and making my skin look nice, so I'm satisfied with it.

The longevity isn't that great, and after about 3 hours, oil starts to come through.

The particles are fine, so there's almost no clogging in the pores and the skin looks really good. There are no blemishes either. I've tried the Fair and Medium shades, but couldn't tell the difference.
However, the Fair seems to adhere more closely, perhaps because it's more luminous.
As a #23, the Fair shade matched me perfectly.
Once you buy it, it lasts a really long time, and the case with the mirror is super handy!

I really dislike a super matte finish

So after powdering, I lightly cover it with the cushion to get a glowy look

I couldn't find any downsides!
The case, interior, and product were all good

For people who dislike fingerprint marks, the case could be a drawback!!

Even though I had makeup on all day, there wasn't much breakdown!
Around 4 PM, I could see some pores peeking through, but when I covered it with the cushion again, it covered it up nicely:)

I usually don't wear makeup when my skin is acting up, but I just lightly apply this then.
It doesn't help with acne, since it's not a foundation, but it does help with redness and flushing. So it's somewhat helpful ㅇㅇㅇ

💚(Overall) Buy it, buy it!

Not really? The scent was fine and it helped a lot with controlling the shininess ㅠㅜ I liked it!
I used it for about a week and didn't notice any downsides.

Depending on personal preference, the scent might be an issue? Since there's a mask, I could definitely smell the cosmetic scent, but it became fine after using it 3 or so times.

💚Product: The simple and clean design feels sophisticated, not tacky!
Especially, there is a separate space to place the cushion under the cosmetics, which was very convenient and nice!!
💚Scent: It has the typical cosmetic scent. It's a chemical scent, but a pleasant one. 
While scent preferences may vary, I personally didn't find it unpleasant.
💚Review: I definitely felt that it didn't transfer as much onto the mask!! As my skin is oily, it does get shiny and the mask gets a bit stained over time.. But the time it takes for that to happen has definitely increased. It also helps a lot with controlling the oiliness and patchiness of my foundation.

 Overall, the product wasn't bad and worked quite well. But after using it, I did notice a few minor breakouts ㅠㅠ I'm not sure if it's because I didn't cleanse properly, or if it's just because my skin is so sensitive. So if you don't have skin as sensitive as mine, the product might work well for you.

 I'm sorry for the late review, I completely forgot about it until just now. I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, and I have a few things to share.

1. Adherence
There was no issue with adherence around my nose area, even though that's a common problem. The product's adhesion is really good, as they claim. While there are visible pores and redness around my nose, it's much less noticeable compared to other products. I've been wearing a mask due to COVID-19, and the product has been working great.

2. Longevity
I usually have to use powder or compact foundation on top of my base makeup because it tends to transfer onto my mask. But with this product, my makeup stayed intact even after taking off my mask. My makeup looked the same as when I first applied it. It's amazing!

The puff is positioned below the powder, so when you first open it, it's better not to discard the transparent film on top of the powder and to continue using it, as it will be better for the powder compartment and the built-in mirror.

+) Since I don't use foundation often, I've tried using it a few times just on top of sunscreen, and the effect is better than I expected. It has a tone-correcting effect, and it feels less stuffy compared to days when I use foundation.

There was just one thing.

Slight caking (really just a little)

Even on a rainy and humid day today, there was a little caking. Of course, I do have extremely dry skin... But it's a bit sad that there was caking even on a rainy day.
However, I think it's an excellent product for the price.

Personally, I think it's a good, reasonably priced alternative product, though not necessarily better than the Maepo Pressed Powder.

1. Ease of Use
It's convenient. I'm not great at makeup, but I was able to use it easily.

2. Color
The color is bright but neutral. I think the neutral bright 21 shade is perfect for people with my skin tone. It's matte but not overly drying.

3. Design
Compact size
The mirror-like case looks clean and neat at first glance. Plus, fingerprints don't show up much on the material, so it's easy to keep clean.

4. Dryness
I was really worried about it being too matte since it's a powder, but it wasn't drying at all! The day I tested it was rainy, but since I have extremely dry skin, I applied it thinking I'd use it in the summer, and I'm very satisfied.

5. Breakouts
I was really worried since I have sensitive skin, but it actually feels less irritating than just using a cushion foundation.

🐾To get the best results, I first built a hydrated skin base, then applied a very thin layer of base makeup. Afterwards, I lightly dusted this powder all over with a brush. For areas where my pores were especially noticeable, I tapped on an extra light layer with the puff, which made my skin look the most smooth and perfected.

The mirrored case is both a pro and a con, as it shows fingerprints easily😅
Having the puff stored underneath felt a bit inconvenient, and if you don't control the amount well with the puff, it can emphasize dryness, pores, and flakiness on dry skin🙈

I usually wear foundation in shades 17-21 and have dry, combination skin with large pores and a lack of moisture. I used to prefer a dewy base makeup, but since wearing masks, I've been using a more matte finish to reduce transfer. After applying foundation or cushion, I lightly dust powder all over to control shine.

⚬ Color and adhesion
The color matched my fair skin perfectly, and the finely-milled formula adhered lightly yet evenly when applied with a brush.

⚬ Appropriate matte finish and slight blurring effect
The product provided the right amount of matte control without drying me out, and had a subtle blurring effect, which I really liked👍

⚬ Packaging
The simple, pretty case is convenient as it has a built-in mirror.

⚬ Longevity
True to its powder purpose, the makeup stayed fresh and transfer-resistant on my mask, maintaining a smooth, non-shiny look for a good amount of time.

I think this will be great to use in the upcoming summer season☀

💜TIP
Don't apply too much, just dab it on lightly one or two times. That way, there will be less caking, clumping, and creasing later on.
Using a powder brush would be even better~!

🤯Downside
The puff is built into the powder case, but if you don't open the case lid all the way, it's really hard to take the puff out.

💛Minimal transfer
I've used many of the so-called famous oil powders, but when I wear a mask, the fixing doesn't work well and they transfer a lot. But this product has relatively less transfer compared to other products, which I really liked.

💛Smooth application, adherence
The fine particles make it smooth to apply, with no powder scattering, and it has good adherence.

💛Color
I was worried that the #1 shade would make my face look too pale, but when I applied it, it matched my skin tone perfectly, which I really liked.

💛Design
And the case has a mirror-like surface, so it's good to carry it around instead of a mirror. It doesn't get fingerprints too much, so it's not too much of a concern.


You shouldn't expect an amazing fixation.
It's just so-so. Not particularly great or bad.

The opening for the puff in the bottom compartment is a bit inconvenient. Even with short nails, it's a bit of a struggle to pry it open. It might be even harder if your nails are shorter.

I think it's a bit too large to carry around as a portable option.
It's not so much that it's large, but rather that it's a bit bulky and takes up a lot of space.

It's great for finishing up your makeup!
It gives a clean and fluffy finish, just the way I wanted. 
When I use it at home, I prefer to sweep it on with a brush instead of the built-in puff. I'll try using the puff when I'm on the go.

It's a neat and portable package that looks pretty.
To be honest, this is a brand I trust and use without much concern.

Even though it's a fair product, there was no change in my skin tone at all haha. I wish there had been a brightening effect, but it was disappointing.
I'd recommend this more for oily skin types rather than dry skin~🙂

🌱Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review
I barely wear any makeup other than sunscreen, so it was very difficult for me to apply eyeshadow due to the oiliness.
That's why the eyeshadow was always tucked away in the corner, but after being selected for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer, I tried using it to remove the oil!
After applying the sunscreen and spreading the fixing powder, the finish felt soft and fluffy, not sticky at all, which was great🙂
The cushion foundation also has a soft and lightweight texture, so lightly tapping it on helps control the oil a bit more compared to not wearing any.
While there may not be a significant change when applying it, it seems fine as it allows for more delicate expression compared to other powders~

The mask does leave some residue, but other than that, I don't have any complaints.
However, the fact that there is a base and powder on top makes it a bit inconvenient to use.

The product is just so beautiful... And I always get cakey when I use powder, but it didn't get cakey this time! The severe dryness was really good since it didn't get cakey.

As in the photo, the puff is inside the powder and there is a thin plastic cover on top of the powder. It's not fixed to the case, just a round membrane. But when you open the lid, this plastic easily falls off and the powder comes into direct contact, which worries me about hygiene.
And it seems to have quite a bit of transfer. About 2 hours after applying makeup, when I lightly wiped my nose with a tissue, an enormous amount of powder came off, almost as if I hadn't applied any powder at all.

The particles are fine, so the pore coverage is good and it applies thinly. Even as oil comes up over time, it seems to rise up nicely.
