It's great as a first step for those in their 30s and up. If you're younger, I'd recommend using a more hydrating toner first, then applying this as your essence step.

This first essence has a slightly viscous texture, making it perfect for the initial skincare step. I've given my mom various cosmetics before, and she usually just uses them without much enthusiasm. However, this product was different - she actually asked for it again later, saying she really liked it. The pump dispenser makes it convenient to use.

It would be nice if it had a pump dispenser. Other than that, I have no complaints.
