I love how it's moisturizing without being too sticky!!! I've tried other brands' ampoule balms, but they were often so sticky I couldn't finish them. This purple ampoule balm, however, is less tacky and absorbs well, so it doesn't feel heavy. I'm almost done with it now, haha. I'll definitely repurchase!
ConsThere weren't really any downsides... except maybe that the packaging material tends to show fingerprints easily? Haha!
TipI think it works even better when used together with the purple ampoule!

My skin gets especially dry in the evening, but using the Missha Ampoule Stick has reduced the dryness significantly. It's also very convenient to use, so I'm quite satisfied with it!
ConsIt's a bit disappointing that it's difficult to immediately check how much product is left.

The product itself is lightweight, making it highly portable. It absorbs well into the skin. For dry skin types, it provides excellent hydration. It's great for moisturizing dry areas around the mouth after brushing teeth. You can also apply it around the eyes instead of eye cream, gently patting to spread. I recommend using it as a neck cream alternative too. Rather than incorporating it into your main skincare routine, it's best used on areas that need extra moisture after your regular skincare steps.
ConsWhile it's a matter of personal preference, skin types other than dry may find it leaves a greasy feeling. It glides on smoothly without much pressure, but this means it gets used up quickly. Sometimes, if you apply too much pressure during use, it can clump up on the skin.
TipThe texture makes it a bit tricky to layer other products on top, so I recommend using it as a finishing step. While it provides good hydration, I wouldn't recommend it for pre-makeup moisturizing.

It gives a beautiful glow to the skin!
ConsBeing an ampoule stick, I was disappointed that it didn't absorb quickly and felt like it was just sitting on the skin when I kept rubbing it in
TipI highly recommend patting the product into your skin after application to help it absorb better!

First off, the purple stick... The darker center part is a wrinkle balm, while the white part is for firmness. It's great for use during these dry days. After toner, it's convenient to swipe it on a few times. Compared to other stick balms, it's less heavy, feels light, and moisturizing. I find myself applying it frequently, so the mesh might wear out soon. The quantity is on the smaller side. The scent isn't strong, but I wouldn't say it's particularly pleasant. It's reminiscent of something you might find in children's accessories... My sensitive, eczema-prone skin hasn't experienced any blemishes from it. The price point is reasonable for what you get. I haven't been using it long enough to comment on its effectiveness, but I'm continuing to apply it based on the clinical trial results for firmness and wrinkles.
ConsPersonally, I find the intense glow a bit overwhelming. I spread it out with my hands after application.
TipApplying it to the forehead area after makeup really brings out the glow.

ConsThe scent that rises when applied all over the face and neck before bed is a bit off-putting. (However, this is a matter of personal preference)
TipIt's great to consistently apply it to neck wrinkles too! Best to apply before going to bed!

My skin type is dry. 1. I've been a fan of Missha's purple ampoule, so I was curious about the stick version. Surprisingly, I liked it even more than the serum! It's as hydrating as the purple ampoule but more convenient to carry around and apply to specific areas. 2. Lately, I've been concerned about eye and neck wrinkles. Some balms are either too soft or too hard for comfortable neck application, but this one has the perfect consistency. It melts into the skin smoothly, making it a joy to apply. 3. Unlike regular multi-balms that only provide hydration, this wrinkle balm is a two-in-one product. It offers both moisture and nourishment, allowing me to simplify my skincare routine. 4. For a balm, it's less rich than expected, and the subtle fragrance is lovely!
ConsI honestly can't think of any downsides! I'm a big fan of balm products in general, and this feels like a solid version of my beloved purple ampoule, so I'm extremely satisfied!
TipIt's fantastic for applying to dry cuticles on the go!

Some days it seems effective, other days not so much... Remember, good posture is just as important as hydration for wrinkle prevention!
ConsFeels overly slippery May cause pilling depending on other products used Lacks hydration, which is disappointing
TipPro tip: Apply with the stick, then gently spread it thinly with the back of your hand. This way, you can care for your hands too and reduce stickiness. It's best to apply this before bed and let it absorb overnight.

First off, it's incredibly portable, making it perfect for travel or everyday use without any hassle. As someone who finds the evening skincare routine quite tedious, I loved how quickly and easily I could apply this and be done. While anti-aging products can often feel heavy, this one strikes a nice balance - it's moderately rich and hydrating. For my typically oily skin that's used to lightweight products, this provides that perfect middle ground I didn't know I needed. Surprisingly, it's also long-lasting despite daily use. With no major drawbacks and a user-friendly formula, I'd say this is an excellent choice for anyone looking to dip their toes into the world of ampoule balms or multi-balms.
ConsThe slightly larger diameter makes it a bit awkward to apply around the eyes or nasolabial folds. However, it's just the right size for those pesky neck wrinkles. It's a bit of a double-edged sword - both a drawback and an unavoidable aspect of the product design.
TipFor best results, apply this as the final step after your regular skincare routine - it glides on smoothly this way. Be cautious about applying it to dry skin, as the friction could potentially cause more wrinkles during application. Make sure your skin is well-hydrated first.

No eye irritation (which is a big deal since I've been focusing on eye makeup due to masks, and my usual routine of remover plus cleansing was really taking a toll on my under-eye area, worsening dark circles and making my skin feel paper-thin and dry). As someone with oily skin, I hate sticky products, so I'm thrilled this feels light and fresh. Applying an ampoule first, then finishing with this stick makes my skin feel extra firm and bouncy. I've been exploring this brand lately, and I'm especially eager to try their purple ampoule. The product description mentions a boosting effect when used with this eye stick, so I went ahead and purchased it! Currently using a brightening ampoule, and pairing it with this dual-purpose stick balm seems to fill in any gaps nicely. I'm applying it to my eye area, nasolabial folds, and neck. Some reviews mentioned an unpleasant scent, but personally, I find it fine - no issues there. You can layer it multiple times without any pilling or stickiness.
ConsNo complaints so far. It's a product I'd like to keep using consistently to see more results.
TipNow that I'm in my mid-30s, I'm paying more attention to my skin. I've become particularly interested in wrinkles, and here's a tip I've picked up from using eye creams and stick products like this. My evening routine after cleansing goes like this: Toner (or essence) - Mist (optional) - Ampoule - Balm stick - Cream. After prepping my skin with toner or essence, I add an extra layer of hydration with mist. Always let each layer absorb before moving on. Then I apply a brightening ampoule, let it sink in, and follow up with the balm stick. I massage it in circular motions on areas of concern. For example, if you're worried about under-eye areas, start from the eyelids, circle down to under the eyes, and then up to the eyebrows, massaging as you go. I once read that you shouldn't just apply to the under-eye area if that's your only concern. Finally, I seal everything in with a moisturizer. As someone with oily skin, I find most creams too heavy, so a light hydrating moisturizer works best for me.
