The packaging, easily recyclable container, and minimal yet effective ingredient list all impressed me. It's my first time trying Dermafactory, and I hope brands like this that care for both consumer skin health and environmental health thrive! Eco-friendly As mentioned above, the easily recyclable packaging. Seeing the very simple container made me feel they're not just pretending to be eco-friendly, but truly aiming for sustainability. Minimal and effective ingredients I'm really impressed with the ingredients. Even if all ingredients are top-grade, I prefer a minimal list rather than dozens of various components. I also prefer products with a base other than purified water. My cheeks are dry, so hydration is important. This product: ✅ Has rose flower water as the base ✅ Has a minimal ingredient list ✅ Contains 20% niacinamide ✅ Plus hyaluronic acid for extra hydration I'm absolutely in love with it. I'm writing this review with sincere appreciation. I've tried products with niacinamide before, but this is my first time with a high concentration of 20%. I was worried it might not suit me, but fortunately, I could use it without irritation from day one. Although niacinamide is the main ingredient, the hydration was better than expected! I was concerned it might be drying, but using this product and applying cream 1-2 times was sufficient. Of course, it might not be as hydrating as products focused on moisture. If you want more hydration, you could mix it with other products as the brand recommends.
ConsThere's nothing I dislike about it~ I used two pumps, but when I tried three pumps one day, I felt itchy and tingly around my chin. I thought it might be due to the high concentration, so I went back to two pumps the next day and it was fine. Adjust the amount and frequency of use while checking for any skin irritation~
TipI knew it was best to avoid direct sunlight when applying niacinamide, so I thought I had to use sunscreen during the day. That's why I only used it at night, but I saw on the homepage that it can be used day or night. Just for your reference~

The fact that it's fragrance-free and non-irritating, as well as being gentle, were all great points.
ConsMy eyes sting when I use this. I thought I might have confused it with another product, so I tried using it alone, but it still stung. The sensation goes away quickly, but I can't figure out why it irritates my eyes.
TipGiven its generous size, you can apply it thoroughly to areas that need hydration in winter, like your face, elbows, and heels. It feels incredibly moisturizing!

I've tried countless hydrating serums and moisturizers, but this product is truly amazing. Despite its watery consistency like a toner, I think it's designed this way to enhance absorption. Pumping once on each cheek and forehead, it absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling deeply hydrated. I used to apply two types of serums, but now this niacinamide hyaluronic serum alone is enough, reducing skin stress and saving time. • Based on the product description, I expected good hydration and moisturizing effects, which it delivered. But I was surprised by its excellent soothing properties. When I applied it before bed, I woke up to find my emerging blemishes had calmed down - an unexpected bonus! I highly recommend it as a hydrating and soothing serum. • It seems to provide ample hydration to the skin, and I love that it also has a pore-tightening effect. I'm very satisfied that it performs various functions with just one application.
Cons• After 2-3 days of use, I tried layering it by applying two coats. This led to clogged pores and a hard, red pimple at the end of my eyebrow. When I adjusted the amount back to normal, it subsided, but it's clear that over-application can lead to blemishes. Even if it feels less moisturizing, stick to just one layer!
Tip• For those with combination dehydrated skin, this serum paired with a moisturizer is a holy grail product.

Unfortunately, this product didn't agree with my skin, causing it to react badly and leaving me struggling with blemishes for quite a while. I've been using various products containing niacinamide, such as sheet masks, toners, and serums, for years without any issues. This particular product caught my eye because it not only contained niacinamide but also rose water, an ingredient I'm fond of. Personally, I understand the importance and effectiveness of hyaluronic acid. However, products containing this ingredient, especially those that boast about having very small particles or a high concentration, have always caused blemishes for me. At first, I never thought hyaluronic acid could be the problem. How could such a crucial hydrating ingredient not suit me? But as I kept digging into the cause, it seemed that hyaluronic acid was indeed the culprit. In this case, I thought that since hyaluronic acid wasn't the main ingredient, and even if it was present, it would be in small amounts compared to other ingredients, so it would be diluted enough. I assumed that such a small amount wouldn't cause significant issues... That was my misjudgment. After testing for 2-3 days, my skin started to react, and the day after I applied it twice, my skin completely flared up. Now I'm trying to calm it down by using my regular products, applying patches, using medication, and doing masks. It's somewhat better now, but I'm still upset about the marks left behind. I have an important appointment in just two days too. I really hoped this serum would work well for me... It's such a shame it didn't.
ConsAs I mentioned above, this product didn't suit me and caused small bumps and what seemed like pustular acne that wouldn't come to a head... However, for those who don't have sensitivities to specific ingredients like I do, this product might work well. So if you're not in the same boat as me, give it a try.

ConsAs soon as I applied it, I felt an intense burning sensation, stinging, and it was way too irritating. I pumped just a tiny amount into my regular skincare routine and spread it over my entire face, but it caused some kind of allergic reaction, and my face broke out in tiny bumps everywhere... It was a disaster!
