I decided to try some home care, and based on YouTube recommendations, I started using the Hei Nature toner and ampoule. After trying various acne-focused skincare products, I finally found a routine that works for me. This product also helped me realize that Centella works well for my skin.

The biggest benefit I've seen from this product is on my closed comedones! After cleansing in the morning and evening, I apply the Hei Nature Centella toner and let it absorb, then apply the ampoule. I also use it as a last step before my moisturizer. This routine has really helped clear up my closed comedones.

Hey Nature! Could you guys please have sales and promotions more often? The discounts are really lacking. The full-size version is only available on Olive Young, and a lot of people don't even know about the Hey Nature brand, only the Innisfree one.

I've been using this product for a few years now, since my first purchase. Although it's a bit pricey without discounts, I always come back to it because other products just don't seem to work as well - my skin gets dry and irritated. 
This item really keeps my skin refreshed and hydrated. When I apply it, it just gets absorbed so smoothly and evenly.
Personally, I prefer the 'refreshing' version in the summer and the 'nourishing' version in the winter. The nourishing one really locks in the moisture on my skin.

The amount is too little compared to the price. I wish it was a bit more affordable.

I love the Hey Nature brand!! I've already gone through 5 empties!!Among them, the ampoule is highly recommended!! It's refreshing and great for summer, but I prefer a more moisturizing formula, so I use the moisturizing one all year round.

I'm an extreme/dry skin type who uses cream even in the summer. I recommend the moisturizing one! For normal, combination, and oily skin types, the refreshing one is generally recommended!

For some time now, the options have been divided into 'refreshing' and 'moisturizing'. Last time, since it was about to be winter, I bought the moisturizing one to try it out, but... I actually prefer the refreshing version much more ㅎㅎ... When I apply it, my face feels a bit hot, like that kind of moisturizing sensation ㅠ.. After using this product consistently for about 3 days, the irritation has significantly subsided, and my skin, which was previously blotchy and uneven, has calmed down.

The fragrance was a bit lacking, and personally I preferred the refreshing version over the moisturizing one. I also didn't feel it was very helpful in calming my acne.

The texture was a bit slippery and felt like it was just sitting on the surface, but the next day my skin became smooth and moisturized.

I've come to recognize the scent of centella, and it's not really my favorite. 
But I still apply it because the effects are good.
The price feels a bit higher compared to other ampoules.
