I've been using this product for a few years now, since my first purchase. Although it's a bit pricey without discounts, I always come back to it because other products just don't seem to work as well - my skin gets dry and irritated. This item really keeps my skin refreshed and hydrated. When I apply it, it just gets absorbed so smoothly and evenly. Personally, I prefer the 'refreshing' version in the summer and the 'nourishing' version in the winter. The nourishing one really locks in the moisture on my skin.
Cons
Hey Nature! Could you guys please have sales and promotions more often? The discounts are really lacking. The full-size version is only available on Olive Young, and a lot of people don't even know about the Hey Nature brand, only the Innisfree one.

I had a lot of millet-like acne, but it's all gone now. For big pimples, I can squeeze and get rid of them, but the millet-like acne doesn't come out even when I squeeze, and my skin texture looks bad. But with the Hei Nature toner and ampoule, I've completely gotten rid of it and I'm so happy. I've tried all sorts of things that are said to be good for millet-like acne, but this is the most effective and there's no substitute. I was worried it might be drying like an acne ampoule, but it's incredibly moisturizing. If you have millet-like acne or big pimples on dry skin, you should get this.
Cons
I didn't have any downsides. It was just all good.

I've been using it for years, and the moist version was just right. Since it's a liquid type, there was no dry feeling like with the water type, and the moisturizing effect was also good.
Cons
I wish they would offer a larger size. I always have to buy the small size, which feels a bit expensive.

The absorption and moisturizing power of this cosmetic product seem to be the best among the ones I've tried... Strangely, my skin tends to get extremely dehydrated and oily at times, but this product absorbs well regardless of my skin condition, which is its biggest advantage in addressing the dehydration issue.

I purchased this based on a YouTuber's recommendation. (Purchased along with a mist) Skin type: T-zone oiliness + large pores, dehydration, acne, sensitive skin Pros: Moisturizing, no stickiness, no heaviness, good absorption. I am currently using this along with the mist. It is moisturizing and absorbs well, so I use it day and night. It is lightweight and absorbs well, so I also mix it with other ampoules. It worked well as a soothing ampoule after extraction.
Cons
There are no particular dissatisfactions. However, using this did not make my acne disappear.
Tip
If you layer it several times, it is perfect for rehydrating dry skin.

When my skin condition is poor, after using the toner, applying this ampoule generously (3-4 droppers) makes my skin calm down a lot the next day. It also helps with dehydration, and my skin feels much better overall~~
Cons
This ampoule feels just 'so-so' compared to the toner. I don't know what else to say...
