  My skin has a damaged skin barrier, resulting in dry and sensitive skin. Especially in the winter, severe dryness occurs, and I suffer from a ratio of about 8 closed comedones to 2 inflammatory acne. After extracting the inflammatory acne, I saw some effect in calming the redness.
