ConsI used it as a first-step cleanser, but it doesn't seem to cleanse effectively. There's a lingering oily feeling that remains until the end. The scent is slightly off-putting, and it feels like it doesn't quite agree with my skin, so I find myself not using it often.

ConsIt's slightly oilier than the Make P:rem Cleansing Milk. You could say it feels a bit heavier. Because of this, you need to be more careful when rinsing it off. If you don't remove it thoroughly, you might get breakouts. Make sure to emulsify it well.
TipI've seen many YouTube videos recommending using cotton pads with cleansing milk, but I wouldn't suggest this for super sensitive skin. Even when I tried to be as gentle as possible, my cheeks became red, felt hot, and it was uncomfortable. You might consider using cotton pads very occasionally, and only on areas prone to frequent breakouts.

Normally, I don't prefer products with an oily texture for applying or removing makeup, but I was intrigued when this cleansing milk came out and decided to try it. With its emulsion texture, I applied one pump to my made-up face with dry hands. As I massaged it in, it felt more like applying an emulsion than removing makeup, making me doubt its effectiveness. However, after rinsing, I was pleasantly surprised to see my makeup had been removed! Still, following up with a foaming cleanser left my skin feeling extra refreshed. Since it's mildly acidic, I'll need to use it longer than a week to fully assess its benefits. --------------------------------- After using it for a few more months, I can confidently say it removes makeup thoroughly. Using the cleansing milk as the first step, followed by a foaming cleanser, leaves my skin clean and clear. However, starting from March as spring approached, I noticed some changes. Right after cleansing, my skin felt free of sebum and oil, but soon after, it would become oily again and I started getting blemishes. I found that using a cleansing water, followed by a light rinse and toner pads, reduced the oiliness. To prevent breakouts, I switched to using a slightly alkaline foam cleanser for my first cleanse after work, and then used the cleansing water followed by a foam cleanser when removing makeup. This helped calm my skin. It seems that while this mildly acidic cleansing milk is effective at removing makeup, it might not suit my skin type. Even for those with oily skin, individual results can vary.
ConsThis product doesn't completely remove glitter eyeshadow or heavy makeup in one go. For those cases, I recommend using a separate eye makeup remover. Fortunately, it does effectively remove light or natural makeup. The emulsion texture is gentler than oil, but it does leave a slight residue, so I follow up with a foaming cleanser. If your skin responds well to mildly acidic products, this could work for you. However, if you have oily skin that doesn't agree with mildly acidic formulas like mine, you might want to pass on this one.

My skin is super sensitive and easily gets irritated with the wrong products, but this one isn't harsh and doesn't cause any blemishes. The texture is like an emulsion, so it pumps out well and absorbs nicely when you roll it on! For heavy makeup, I use oil or water-based removers, but this milk cleanser is perfect for removing brightening moisturizers! While the container is opaque, you can still see how much product is left inside.
ConsI usually follow up with a cleansing foam after using this milk cleanser, but I find there's still some residual richness left. That's why I often do a triple cleanse: milk cleanser, deep cleanser, then a low pH cleanser. Since this is my first time using a cleansing milk, I'm not sure if it's normal for it to leave a rich feeling afterwards. If you prefer that squeaky clean feeling, you might want to consider double cleansing!
